本技术属于中西药结合领域。现市场销售的液态驱蚊剂，作用单一。本发明采用的驱蚊剂是第二次世界大战中美国军方配发给在丛林中作战的美陆军官兵和中国在缅甸原始森林中作战的驻印军、远征军。其主要成分是邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(dim ethyl(o-)phthalate)。 现加入化妆品级的500号硅油润肤；再加上苡仁浸取液防晒、润肤，还能防皮肤癌。这对边防军入、野外工作者和到风景区旅游的人，是一种比较完美的保护剂。

背景技术  第二次世界大战期间，美国军方配发给在丛林中作战的美陆军官兵和中国在缅甸原始森林中作战的驻印军、远征军的驱蚊油；其主要成分是邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(dim ethyl(o-)phthalate)，经数十万人使用过的特效产品，它是本配方中的驱蚊部份。
化妆品级的液态硅酮，是润肤部份。
YNA-85，是中药薏苡种子(即苡仁)浸取液。它有防晒、润肤和防皮肤癌的功能。已为现代药理研究所证实，并被用于食疗和化妆品工业。
发明内容

具体实施方式
1)制取YNA-85苡仁浸取液
苡仁(干燥，去杂，粉碎)1份，以60％乙醇10份于室温浸取6小时，用粗滤布过滤。滤液保存于低温(0℃至10℃)、洁净处。残渣以同法再次浸取，第三次在50℃浸取，(最后残渣可作饲料)。合并三次滤液，减压蒸发浓缩至5份(同时回收乙醇)。低温保存。
1)按上节比例及顺序于50℃搅拌混合1小时，冷却至室温装瓶。

1.一种驱蚊防晒润肤液，其特征在于重量百分含量组成：
1、邻苯二甲酸二甲脂  98％
2、YNA-85            1％
3、液态硅酮          1％
其中YNA-85是指中药薏苡仁的种子浸取液。
