Description
技术领域

背景技术

控制器22是相对智能的控制器,与一般惯例相同,可以形成在单独的集成电路中。这种电路已经非常公知,集成了校正电路的控制器可以依赖于传统集成电路制造技术。如果第一单元不再充足,则可以使用不同单元11来替代OLED显示器及非易失性存储器单元11。因此本发明使得装置可以随时间升级,而不用考虑OLED显示器的特性。诸如所描述的智能控制器将简单地从非易失性存储器20中读取新信息,并使校正电路适应于所述新信息。所述适应可以包括均匀性校正、老化补偿、可替代显示分辨率的图像呈现、图形呈现技术以及许多其他图像校正操作,例如颜色校正。

Claims (28)
1.一种用于OLED显示器中亮度和均匀性改变校正的***,包括
a)OLED显示器,包括多个发光元件;
b)非易失性存储器,其中存储有用于OLED显示器的均匀性校正信息,所述非易失性存储器与OLED显示器永久地相关联和物理连接;和
c)控制器,连接至OLED显示器以及非易失性存储器,用于从非易失性存储器读取信息、接收输入信号、使用所述信息校正输入信号以形成已校正输入信号,以及将已校正输入信号传送给OLED显示器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的***,其中所述OLED显示器包括衬底,所述多个发光元件形成在所述衬底上并通过位于衬底上的电极电连接,所述非易失性存储器形成在单独衬底上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的***,还包括电缆,所述电缆具有位于其中的导电体,用于将已校正输入信号从控制器传送至OLED显示器,并且其中非易失性存储器固定至所述电缆。
4.根据权利要求3所述的***,其中所述电缆为柔性电缆。
5.根据权利要求2所述的***,其中所述非易失性存储器固定至衬底或者OLED显示器的覆盖层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的***,其中OLED显示器均匀性、亮度、老化特性、标识、颜色、分辨率、像素图案、材料、控制信号或者显示类型信息中的一种或多种存储在非易失性存储器中。
7.根据权利要求1所述的***,其中所述非易失性存储器是只读存储器(ROM)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的***,其中所述非易失性存储器是可编程只读存储器(PROM)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的***,其中所述非易失性存储器是读/写存储器,并且其中控制器将信息写入非易失性存储器。
10.根据权利要求9所述的***,其中写入非易失性存储器的信息包括OLED显示器的使用信息。
11.根据权利要求1所述的***,其中控制器执行均匀性校正、老化补偿、可替代显示分辨率的图像呈现、图形呈现技术以及颜色校正中的一种或者多种。
12.根据权利要求1所述的***,其中所述非易失性存储器包括在集成电路中,所述集成电路在将被处理的已校正输入信号发送至OLED显示器之前对已校正输入信号执行信号处理。
13.根据权利要求1所述的***,其中所述非易失性存储器是一次可编程电可编程只读存储器(OTP-EPROM)。
14.根据权利要求1所述的***,其中所述OLED显示器包括衬底,所述多个发光元件形成在所述衬底上并通过位于衬底上的电极电连接,所述非易失性存储器形成在相同衬底上。
15.一种OLED显示装置,包括:
a)OLED显示器,包括多个发光元件;和
b)非易失性存储器,其中存储了用于OLED显示器的多个发光元件的均匀性校正信息,所述非易失性存储器与OLED显示器永久地相关联和物理连接。
16.根据权利要求15所述的装置,其中OLED显示器包括衬底,所述多个发光元件形成在所述衬底上并通过位于衬底上的电极电连接,所述非易失性存储器形成在单独衬底上。
17.根据权利要求16所述的装置,还包括电缆,所述电缆具有位于其中的导电体,并且其中非易失性存储器固定至所述电缆。
18.根据权利要求17所述的装置,其中所述电缆为柔性电缆。
19.根据权利要求16所述的装置,其中所述非易失性存储器固定至衬底或者OLED显示器的覆盖层。
20.根据权利要求15所述的装置,其中OLED显示器均匀性、亮度、老化特性、标识、颜色、分辨率、像素图案、材料、控制信号或者显示类型信息中的一种或多种存储在非易失性存储器中。
21.根据权利要求15所述的装置,其中所述非易失性存储器是只读存储器(ROM)。
22.根据权利要求15所述的装置,其中所述非易失性存储器是可编程只读存储器(PROM)。
23.根据权利要求15所述的装置,其中所述非易失性存储器是读/写存储器。
24.根据权利要求23所述的装置,其中写入非易失性存储器的信息包括OLED显示器的使用信息。
25.根据权利要求15所述的装置,其中所述非易失性存储器是一次可编程电可编程只读存储器(OTP-EPROM)。
26.根据权利要求15所述的装置,其中所述OLED显示器包括衬底,所述多个发光元件形成在所述衬底上并通过位于衬底上的电极电连接,所述非易失性存储器形成在相同衬底上。
27.一种用于OLED显示器中亮度和均匀性改变校正的方法,包括:
a)提供具有多个发光元件的OLED显示器;
b)提供与所述OLED显示器相关联的非易失性存储器;
c)将OLED显示器属性信息存储至非易失性存储器;
d)使所述非易失性存储器与所述OLED显示器永久地相关联和物理连接;
e)将所述OLED显示器属性信息从非易失性存储器读取至控制器;
f)使用所述OLED显示器属性信息校正输入信号以产生已校正输入信号;和
g)在OLED显示器上显示所述已校正输入信号。
28.根据权利要求27所述的方法,还包括将OLED显示器的使用信息写入非易失性存储器的步骤。
