背景技术
在用于下水管的聚乙烯(PE)管中,经常使用多壁管,例如螺旋双壁管、螺旋三壁管或螺旋PE双壁实心管。由于这种螺旋双壁管被切割成预定的长度,因此在施工过程中必须将切割端接合起来。
在用于下水管的PE双壁管的情况下,与城市燃气管或自来水管(其由相同的材料制成)不同,还没有为管道制造和接合方法制定明确的国家标准。即使生产具有相同管径的产品,由不同制造公司生产的产品的内径和外径有很大的不同。因此,难以通过对接的方法将几个公司生产的产品接合起来。

而且,由于双壁管是一种螺旋管,因此切割端的形状不恒定,即使管是垂直切割的。也就是说,切割部分的形状可能有变化,如图1所示。如图1a和1b所示切割双壁管时,存在实心部分,因而使各个管可以轻松接合在一起。但是,如图1c切割双壁管时,会形成孔。在这种情况下,具有孔的端部无法令人满意地使用一般的对接焊接法相互接合在一起。
为了解决这个问题并满足规定的公差,已开发出了各种技术。
到目前为止,韩国广泛采用各种PE管接合方法。例如,已经提出了PE套管管座接合法、PE圆形管座接合法、不锈钢带管座接合法、电熔薄板接合法、法兰接合法、密封双壁接合法等,其可以由PE管制造商和下水道联接公司命名为略微不同的名称。
但是,如果所构造的管被长时间使用,目前所用的所有构造方法都会引起土地下陷,因此这些方法无法提供可靠的耐用性。而且,不确定这些构造方法是否满足韩国塑料标准(KPS M2009)中规定的接头不透水性测试要求。根据接头不透水性测试要求,将管的两端密封起来并用水或燃气填充管时,管必须保持0.75kgf/cm2的压力达10分钟,并且管的内部压力不能变成超过0.17kgf/cm2
下面将参照图2简要说明目前使用的构造方法。
图2a显示了作为目前广泛使用的各种方法之一的电熔接合法。根据这种方法,将薄板2放在双壁管1的外表面上,以将管1接合起来。但是,这种方法的问题是,必须使用附加的管接合部件,例如熔化薄板、不锈钢带或热收缩套管,从而增加了其构造的复杂性。
而且,电熔接合法的问题在于,即使使用抗腐蚀材料将各个管接合在一起,也无法防止由腐蚀引起的泄漏。因为这些管只在其外表面接合在一起,因此泄漏可能频繁发生。这种方法的所有过程都是手动执行,从而无法实现该方法的自动化。
图2b显示了法兰接合法,其中,使用螺栓和螺母将法兰3紧固到双壁管1的端部,因而将各个管接合在一起。法兰接合法的问题在于,通过将一个单层管与多个双壁管熔合而将这些双壁管接合在一起,因此通过这种方法生产的下水管很贵,并且如果使用螺栓和螺母来紧固法兰3,则可能因腐蚀而发生泄漏。
图2c显示了密封双壁对接法。为了实现对接,将填料4装入各个管的接合部分之间。这种方法提供了极好的不透水性、强度和耐用性。但是,这种方法的问题在于下水管很贵。
图2d显示了热熔法。根据这种方法,制造加热板5,以强制性校正管径的差异,并使接合的表面形成实心壁。但是,当管径之间的差异很大时,会在两个管之间产生台阶。存在于管中的这种台阶会引起透过双壁中的空心部分的泄漏。因此,即使水***漏到管外部,管也会在冬天结冰并爆裂。而且,如果管与完全圆度相差很大,则无法将管接合起来。
发明内容
技术问题
因此,为了解决现有技术中出现的上述问题而提出了本发明,并且本发明的一个目的是提供一种装置和方法,其能够防止水泄漏到多壁管(包括双壁管)的外部,或螺旋管的管壁内的空心部分,并强制校正位于接头相反端上的管之间的内径和外径差异,同时校正管的圆度。本发明的另一个目的是提供一种装置和方法,其在加热板上制作适当的凹槽,从而防止由于每个多壁管的尺寸变化而引起的各个管的不对齐,并且增加接合端的厚度,从而增加接合强度。
技术方案
为了达到这些目的,本发明提供了一种用于接合多壁管的加热板,包括圆形或环形板,在该板的每一侧的外表面提供圆形凹槽,其具有底部平坦的V形横截面,并将热源***板中。
而且,本发明提供了具有带台阶的V形凹槽的加热板。
而且,本发明提供了具有双排式V形凹槽的加热板,以将双壁管的切割端***凹槽中。
而且,本发明提供了一种使用加热板将多壁管接合起来的方法,包括以下步骤:将切割后的多壁管的一端***加热板的V形凹槽中以将多壁管接合起来,通过将电施加在加热板上而加热和熔化切割后的多壁管的该端,并且在取走加热板之后压缩和冷却切割后的多壁管。
有利效果
根据本发明,多壁管的切割端精确地对应于加热板的凹槽,从而防止因管的尺寸变化而引起的不对齐,并且增加接合表面的面积,从而增加接合强度。

具体实施方式
下面将参照附图详细说明本发明。
图3是显示根据本发明的实施例的装置的透视图。
本发明的加热板10包括具有圆盘形或环形的主体11。在主体11上形成具有V形横截面以及平坦底部的圆形凹槽12。在主体11的两侧提供了钩部13,将其钩到管对齐装置的支轴上。
为了减轻加热板10的重量,使用铝合金来制造加热板10。加热板10的外表面可以涂有特氟纶,以防止聚乙烯或杂质粘在加热板10上。
将热源***主体11中。将与用于加热热源的电源相连的电源线14连接到主体11上。而且,在主体11上的预定位置提供热电偶15,其检测加热板10的温度。将热电偶15连接到温度控制器(未示出),从而自动控制加热板10的温度。
为了容易处理温度控制器(未示出),更优选地是将热电偶***加热板中并整体提供于加热板的上部。
根据图3的实施例,主体11包括两个薄板,以便将热源***主体11中。通过将螺栓和螺母紧固到螺栓孔16中而将主体11的薄板相互耦合起来,从而提供加热板。
而且,根据另一实施例,更优选地是以铸造的形式来生产内有热源的主体11,并且随后在主体的外表面上形成V形凹槽。
图4a显示了根据本发明的另一实施例的装置的外表面,而图4b显示了该装置的内部。
如图4a所示,在主体上形成两种凹槽,即用于较大直径管的凹槽21以及用于较小直径管的凹槽22。而且,如图4b所示,在加热板20中安装热源23,以加热用于较大直径管的凹槽,并且在加热板20中安装另一个热源24,以加热用于较小直径管的凹槽。优选地将具有适当容量的管式加热器用作热源,但不限于具体的热源。
一般较大直径的管具有300mm的直径,而一般较小直径的管具有200mm的直径。
图5说明了本发明的V形凹槽的实施例。
图5a是显示具有平坦底部的V形凹槽31的视图。具有凹槽的加热板熔化并填充PE管的管壁的空心部分,从而使各个管可以轻松接合在一起。
图5b显示了底部平坦但具有台阶的V形凹槽33。与具有凹槽31的加热板类似,具有凹槽33的加热板熔化并填充管壁的空心部分,从而使各个管可以接合在一起。与具有凹槽31的加热板相比,这提供了更可靠的填充。
图5c显示了底部平坦并包括两排的V形凹槽34。这适合将管壁接合在一起,而不必填充切割端。
图5d显示了将三壁管接合在一起的方法。在图5d中,使用具有V形凹槽31(其与图5a相同)的加热板将三壁管36焊接在一起。
图6是显示图4的加热板已组装好的状态的剖视图。
将较大直径的双壁管25***加热板20的V形凹槽21中,并且在加热板20中提供了热源23和24。
下面将参照附图说明使用本发明的加热板来接合多壁管的过程。
图7是显示使用本发明的装置将多壁管接合起来的方法的照片。
接合过程包括:管对齐步骤;加热板***步骤;压缩和熔化步骤;热保持步骤;加热板取走步骤;压缩和冷却步骤。
图7a显示了使用一般管对齐装置来对齐管的状态,图7b显示了***加热板以及压缩和熔化管的状态,而图7c显示了压缩和冷却熔化管的状态。
用于熔化PE管的最佳温度是210℃左右,并且用于熔化PE管的最佳压力是1.5kg/cm2。加热时间根据管径的大小而变化。最好是加热PE管,直到熔化的PE管在管的外部形成2~3mm的熔珠为止。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于接合多壁管的加热板,其包括:
圆形或环形板;
圆形凹槽,其位于所述板的每一侧的外表面上,并具有底部平坦的V形横截面;
以及热源,其***所述板中。
2.如权利要求1所述的加热板,其中,所述V形凹槽包括具有台阶的V形凹槽(33)。
3.如权利要求1所述的加热板,其中,所述V形凹槽包括双排式V形凹槽(34),以便将双壁管的切割端***凹槽。
4.一种使用加热板来接合多壁管的方法,其包括以下步骤:
将切割后的多壁管的一端***加热板的V形凹槽,以接合如权利要求1至3项中任何一项所述的多壁管;
通过将电施加于加热板上而加热和熔化切割后的多壁管的所述端;以及在取走加热板之后,压缩和冷却切割后的多壁管。
