Description

防电弧后窜的断路器转轴部件
本发明属于低压电气设备，涉及一种断路器的转轴结构，具体是一种防电弧后窜的断路器转轴部件。
断路器的转轴部件一般包括有一个转轴基体和安装在转轴基体的空腔中的动触头，动触头的转臂前段伸出转轴基体并可绕转轴基体中心转动，转臂前端的触点与静触头接触配合。该结构的转轴部件在工作过程中，动、静触头带电断开时所产生的电弧容易后窜进入转轴的空腔中，从而对转轴中的其他部件造成损害，影响了设备的工作可靠性。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够有效防止电弧后窜进入转轴，并且结构简单、制造方便的防电弧后窜的断路器转轴部件。
本发明的防电弧后窜的断路器转轴部件包括有一个转轴基体，转轴基体中的空腔中安装有动触头，动触头的转臂可绕转轴基体中心转动，转臂前端伸出转轴基体并设置有用来与静触头配合的触点，在转臂内侧还连接有阻燃绝缘板，阻燃绝缘板的主体呈弧面形，它可随着转臂的转动沿转轴基体的圆柱形外表面滑动。
上述动触头的转臂可以对称地设置一对，并分别连接各自的阻燃绝缘板。这种结构可适用于双断点结构的断路器。
本发明结构简单、制造方便，由于在转臂内侧设置了阻燃绝缘板，当动、静触头断开时，阻燃绝缘板可以随着转臂的转动沿转轴基体外表面滑动，将转轴上的空腔遮挡起来，从而可有效地防止电弧后窜进入转轴。

如图所示，本发明的转轴基体1的空腔2中安装有动触头3，动触头的转臂31可绕转轴基体中心转动，转臂前端的触点32与静触头4配合，转臂内侧连接有弧面形的阻燃绝缘板5，阻燃绝缘板与转轴基体的圆柱形外表面11相适应。
图1、图2所示的实施例中，动触头3具有一个转臂31，该结构适用于单断点结构的断路器；
图3、图4、图5所示的实施例中，动触头3具有对称的两个转臂31，该结构适用于双断点结构的断路器。

Claims (2)

1、一种防电弧后窜的断路器转轴部件，包括有一个转轴基体(1)，转轴基体中的空腔(2)中安装有动触头(3)，动触头的转臂(31)可绕转轴基体中心转动，转臂前端伸出转轴基体并设置有用来与静触头配合的触点(32)，其特征是：在转臂内侧连接有阻燃绝缘板(5)，阻燃绝缘板的主体呈弧面形，它可随着转臂的转动沿转轴基体的圆柱形外表面滑动。
2、根据权利要求1所述的防电弧后窜的断路器转轴部件，其特征是：动触头的转臂(31)对称地设置有一对，它们分别连接各自的阻燃绝缘板(5)。
