Abstract

一种镜片组装***,包括一个基座、一个与该基座相连的万向节、一个通过该万向节与该基座相连的镜片承座、一个设置于基座与镜片承座之间的弹性元件以及一个冲头。所述镜片承座具有一个容置腔,用于***组装的镜片。该冲头用于冲压收容于镜片承座的容置腔中的镜片。上述镜片组装***组装镜片过程中,当镜片相对于容置腔倾斜时,冲头向下冲压,在万向节的配合作用下,使得镜片承座也随之倾斜,保证镜片与冲头的轴线一致,从而使得镜片受力保持均匀,减少镜片的损坏率,进而提高了产品的良率。

Description

镜片组装***
技术领域
本发明关于一种镜头模组组装技术,尤其是关于一种用于组装镜片的镜片组装***。
背景技术
随着科技的不断发展,携带式电子装置如移动电话,应用日益广泛,同时也日渐趋向于轻巧、美观和多功能化,其中照相功能是近年流行的移动电话的附加功能。应用于移动电话的数码相机模组不仅要满足轻薄短小的要求,其还须具有较高的照相性能。而数码相机镜头模组组装方法是决定照相性能的主要因素之一,在数码相机镜头模组组装过程中,镜片组装治具及其组装***成为提高镜头模组组装能力及产品良率的关键因素之一,因此,改善镜片组装治具及其组装***将有利于提高镜头模组组装能力及产品良率。
如图1所示,为一种现有镜头模组的结构示意图,该镜头模组包括一个镜筒31、多个收容于镜筒31中的镜片32以及用于间隔镜片32的间隔环33,该镜头模组的组装过程首先要将各个镜片32、间隔环33组装在一起,最后再将组装好的镜片组组装入镜筒31中。
通常用于组装上述镜片32的镜片组装***,如图2所示,包括一个镜片承座40以及一个冲头41。该镜片承座40具有一个用于收容镜片32的容置腔401。所述冲头41设置于机台上(图未示),用于将收容于容置腔401中镜片32冲压在一起。
上述的镜片组装***为刚性结构,当镜片放入容置腔中时,由于镜片与容置腔的尺寸的限制以及人工、机械的误差,有时会使镜片相对于容置腔倾斜向一边,当冲头冲压时,因镜片受力不均匀,会使镜片受损坏,从而降低产品的良率。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种能提高产品良率的镜片组装***。一种镜片组装***,用于组装镜头模组的镜片。该镜片组装***包括一具有容置腔的镜片承座以及一个冲头,所述容置腔用于***组装的镜片,所述冲头用于冲压收容于镜片承座的容置腔中的镜片。该镜片组装***还包括一个基座,一个与该基座相连的万向节,以及一个弹性元件,所述基座通过该万向节与镜片承座相连,所述弹性元件设置于基座与镜片承座之间,所述万向节与镜片承座的容置腔同轴设置且设置于镜片承座与容置腔相对的一侧。
上述镜片组装***组装镜片过程中,在镜片相对于容置腔倾斜时,冲头向下冲压,在万向节的配合作用下,使得镜片承座也倾斜,保证镜片与冲头的轴线一致,从而使得镜片受力保持均匀,减少了镜片的损坏率,提高了产品的良率。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明作更进一步的说明,举以下较佳实施例并配合附图详细描述如下。
请参阅图3所示,为本发明第一实施例所提供的镜片组装***100,包括一个基座10,一个与该基座10相连的万向节11,一个通过该万向节11与该基座10相连的镜片承座12,一个设置于基座10与镜片承座12之间的弹性元件13,以及一个冲头14。
所述基座10固定于机台(图未示)上,用于支撑所述镜片承座12。所述镜片承座12具有一个容置腔121,该容置腔121用于收容待组装的镜片。该容置腔121的直径与轴向长度根据需要而设定,例如根据待组装镜片的直径以及镜片的厚度来设定。
所述万向节11设置于所述基座10与镜片承座12之间。该万向节11位于镜片承座12相对于容置腔121的一侧,且与该容置腔121同轴设置。该万向节11包括一个滚动轴承111以及用于收容该滚动轴承111的第一、第二轴承碗112、113各一个,并且所述滚动轴承111与第一、第二轴承碗112、113同轴设置。优选地,所述滚动轴承111可以为一球形滚动轴承。所述第一轴承碗112固定设置于基座10上,优选地,该第一轴承碗112与该基座10一体成型。所述第二轴承碗113固定设置于镜片承座12相对于基座10的一面上。优选地,该第二轴承碗113与镜片承座12一体成型。该第一、第二轴承碗112、113的与滚动轴承111结合处的形状可以为弧形、锥形,在本实施例中,该第一、第二轴承碗112、113的与滚动轴承111结合处的形状为弧形。所述滚动轴承111的直径大于所述第一、第二轴承碗112、113的最大拱高的总和以使得在基座10与镜片承座12之间留置有一间隙15,以利于在镜片承座12受力时可任意活动。
所述弹性元件13设置于基座10与镜片承座12之间的间隙15中。优选地,所述弹性元件13为一塑胶弹性环。该弹性元件13的两个端面分别与基座10与镜片承座12相接触。该弹性元件13用于在镜片承座12所受的力消失后,使该镜片承座12恢复原状,以利于进行下一次组装。同时该弹性元件13还可用于缓冲来自所述冲头14的冲力。
所述冲头14优选地为一圆柱形,可以理解的是,还可以是其他形状,如方形或长方形或中空的柱体。该冲头14设置于朝向第一容置腔121的一端且与该第一容置腔121共轴间隔设置于机台(图未示)上,并可在机台的控制下,可沿该冲头14的轴向方向活动。该冲头14用于冲压收容于镜片承座12中的镜片。
如图4所示,为本发明第二实施例所提供的镜片组装***200。该镜片组装***200包括一个基座20,一个与该基座20相连的万向节21,一个通过该万向节21与该基座20相连的镜片承座22、一个设置于基座20与镜片承座22之间的弹性元件23以及一个冲头24。
该镜片组装***200与第一实施例的镜片组装***100的区别在于万向节21的结构。
该万向节21包括一个轴承凸块211与一个用于收容轴承凸块211的轴承碗212。所述轴承凸块211的一端可与基座20或镜片承座22固定相连,在本实施例中,所述轴承凸块211与镜片承座22固定相连,而轴承碗212与基座20固定相连。同理,当轴承凸块211与基座20相连时,则轴承碗212与镜片承座22固定相连。优选地,所述万向节21的轴承凸块211与镜片承座22一体成形,轴承碗212与基座20一体成形。当然可以想到的是,所述万向节21的轴承凸块211还可以与基座20一体成形,而轴承碗212与镜片承座22一体成形。同第一实施例相同,该万向节21与该轴承承座22的容置腔221同轴设置。
如图5所示,为第一实施例的镜片组装***100使用时的状态示意图。在这里,仅以镜片组装***100为例来说明当所组装的镜片32相对于容置腔121倾斜时,即镜片32的轴线与容置腔121的轴线不一致时,镜片承座12的位置变化状态,当然,可以理解的是,当用镜片组装***200组装时,镜片承座22的位置变化与镜片承座12也是一样的。从图5中可以看出,当镜片32在容置腔121中倾斜时,冲头14向下冲压,镜片承座12在万向节11的配合下,也发生了倾斜,其倾斜方向与镜片32的倾斜方向相反,使得冲头14与镜片32的轴线保持一致,从而使得镜片32受力均匀,使镜片32不易受损。
可以理解的是,为了保证每一个镜片与镜片承座的容置腔的轴线一致,每放入一个镜片,包括第一个镜片,都要用冲头冲压一次。
另外,需要说明的是,当将所有镜片组装好以后,用一夹具,如吸嘴来将组装好的镜片组从容置腔中吸取出来,以进行下一组装工序。
上述镜片组装***当将一个镜片放入到镜片承座的容置腔中时,由于尺寸的限制及人工、机械的误差,使得镜片相对于容置腔倾斜。当冲头冲压时,在万向节的配合作用下,使得镜片承座也倾斜,以保证镜片与冲头的轴线一致,从而使得镜片受力保持均匀,减少了镜片的损坏率,提高了产品的良率。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明精神内做其它变化,只要其不偏离本发明的技术效果,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种镜片组装***,用于组装镜头模组的镜片,其包括一具有容置腔的镜片承座以及一个冲头,所述容置腔用于***组装的镜片,所述冲头用于冲压收容于镜片承座的容置腔中的镜片,其特征在于:该镜片组装***还包括一个基座,一个与该基座相连的万向节,以及一个弹性元件,所述基座通过该万向节与镜片承座相连,所述弹性元件设置于基座与镜片承座之间,所述万向节与镜片承座的容置腔同轴设置且设置于镜片承座与容置腔相对的一侧。
2.如权利要求1所述的镜片组装***,其特征在于:所述万向节包括一个滚动轴承以及一个用于收容该滚动轴承的第一、第二轴承碗,所述第一、二轴承碗分别同轴设置于基座、镜片承座上。
3.如权利要求2所述的镜片组装***,其特征在于:所述滚动轴承为一球形轴承。
4.如权利要求1所述的镜片组装***,其特征在于:所述万向节包括一个轴承凸块以及一个用于收容凸块的轴承碗。
5.如权利要求4所述的镜片组装***,其特征在于:所述万向节的轴承凸块与基座相连,轴承碗与镜片承座相连。
6.如权利要求4所述的镜片组装***,其特征在于:所述万向节的轴承凸块与镜片承座相连,轴承碗与基座相连。
7.如权利要求4所述的镜片组装***,其特征在于:所述万向节的轴承凸块与镜片承座一体成形,轴承碗与基座一体成形。
8.如权利要求4所述的镜片组装***,其特征在于:所述万向节的轴承凸块与基座一体成形,轴承碗与镜片承座一体成形。
9.如权利要求1所述的镜片组装***,其特征在于:所述弹性元件为一塑胶弹性环。
10.如权利要求1所述的镜片组装***,其特征在于:所述冲头与镜片承座的容置腔同轴设置。
