Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及生产非织造布(nonwoven)的机械设备,尤其涉及包括一个或多个纺粘塔(pun-bond tower),和任选的包括一个或多个熔喷头(melt-blown heads)的生产非织造布的机械设备,所述熔喷头用于在传送机的上部传送带上将细丝或细丝和纤维(熔喷纤网)沉积成纤网。这样沉积的纤网仍很脆弱,然后纤网被送入水射流固结装置。
背景技术
将一种给定的物料喂入纺粘塔,这类非织造布生产机械设备可能仅得到单一等级的非织造布。
发明内容
本发明通过一种非织造布生产机械设备弥补了这种缺陷,该非织造布生产机械设备可以将同一种物料喂入纺粘塔,而得到不同等级的非织造布。
因此本发明的目的是提供一种非织造布生产机械设备,其包括在第一传送机的上部传送带上将细丝沉积形成纤网的纺粘塔,其特征在于,还包括第一装置,所述第一装置将纤网沿着不同于第一传送机的上部传送带的方向从第一传送机向第一水射流固结装置推进,在第一传送机的上部传送带方向的下游是砑光机(calender),根据需要在所述砑光机的下游提供用于使经砑光的纤网偏转的装置,使经砑光的纤网或者直接通向用来将产品涂敷于纤网的涂敷装置,或者间接地通过***第二水射流固结装置通向用来将产品涂敷于纤网的装置;还包括第二装置,用于使离开所述第一水射流固结装置的纤网向所述第二水射流固结装置推进。
因此,同一台机械设备可对纤网经过简单的砑光操作后,接着通过涂敷装置对其进行处理,该处理可能包括涂敷表面活性剂、粘合剂、润滑剂、膨胀剂或染料,以及印花操作,接着是烘干处理和缠绕处理;或者将纤网向砑光装置推进,然后向第二水射流固结装置推进,最后到达涂敷装置;或者将纤网向第一水射流固结装置推进,然后到达第二水射流固结装置最后到达涂敷装置。第一水射流固结的压力在20至400巴之间,第二水射流固结的压力在50至600巴之间,这样在纤网被砑光后可对其进行软化,或者,如果纤网没有被砑光,可进一步对纤网进行固结或打孔,或在纤网上制作标识或三维结构。
每次固结可用滚筒或传送机来实现,并伴随水射流喷射。
根据一个实施例,第一装置包括滚筒,其作为执行第一水射流固结操作装置的一部分。偏转装置可仅包括使纤网偏转的辊,根据纤网是否沿着凹面朝上或朝下的弧而通过该辊,而使纤网绕过第二水射流固结装置,或使纤网通过第二水射流固结装置。将离开第一水射流固结装置的纤网向第二水射流固结装置推进的第二装置,可包括第二传送机。另一种可能性可以选择绕过或者经过第二水射流固结装置,在绕过的情况下喷水装置不运转。
根据一优选实施例,在涂敷装置的上游提供一种除去存在于纤网中湿气的装置。该除湿装置可优选地包括第三传送机,所述第三传送机具有产生真空的装置,例如真空在400至700毫巴之间。由于有上述装置,可以制造由疏水性细丝组成的纤网,例如聚丙烯、聚乙烯或金属茂细丝;接下来使用表面活性剂和/或粘合剂进行处理,或者进行另一个深加工处理,因为纤网变得足够干以成功地接受这类处理。而且,由于前面的除湿处理,纤网在烘干处理中很少有液体被蒸发出来。上述处理可在纤网的一面或两面进行,其可以是固态的、结构化的或打孔的纤网。此外,可在纺粘塔中通过添加添加剂或染料而对亲水性细丝进行染色。
US-A-5301401和EP-A-0072691中都没有描述一种具有多路加工通道的机械设备。

具体实施方式
该机械设备包括纺粘塔,所述纺粘塔具有用于挤压有机熔融聚合物的挤压机,所述有机熔融聚合物被喂入模具1中用于生产细丝幕F;冷却区2,所述冷却区2用于至少在表面上固结被挤出的细丝;腔室形式的吸力装置3,在其中细丝幕受到高速率气流的作用而将细丝进行拖曳;和位于吸力装置出口的扩散器4,使得空气流偏转和减速并使细丝F以随机方式分布成纤网,所述纤网沉积在第一循环传送机6的上部传送带5上。细丝以细丝束F的形式平躺垂直于附图的平面。
安装在传送带5上面的是水平的滚筒7,其内部具有真空装置,用字母A表示。滚筒7的侧面是打孔的。该滚筒围绕它的轴旋转。滚筒被带孔的套筒环绕。两个喷射器8向滚筒的侧面喷射加压水射流,这样使得细丝纤网以纤网N1的形式在滚筒7和喷射器8之间通过,从而被固结。所述射流束的直径可为80至170微米。每米射流束的数量可为1000至5000,喷射器中的水压可为10至400巴,滚筒7中的真空可为负20至负500毫巴,滚筒7可以以1至800米/分钟的速度被驱动。为了到达第二滚筒11,纤网N1接着通过第二传送机10的上部传送带9,第二滚筒11与滚筒7具有同样的结构和操作。从滚筒11出来,该纤网接着通过带有喷射器的滚筒12,与滚筒11相似。滚筒12与滚筒11在结构和操作上相似。
如果不是使纤网N通过滚筒7得到纤网N1,还可以切开纤网,然后使纤网沿着与传送机6的上部传送带5相同的方向前进,得到纤网N2,并使它通过砑光机13。在砑光机13之后是偏转辊14,依据纤网N2通过偏转辊14的上部还是下部,而使纤网转向得到纤网N3或纤网N4。纤网N3直接朝向设有除湿装置16的第三传送机15,即除湿装置是产生600毫巴真空的装置,因此纤网N3绕过了滚筒11和12;而纤网N4在置于传送机15上之前,要通过滚筒11和12,像纤网N1和N3一样,从那之后进入涂敷装置,其可包括用来涂敷表面活性剂和粘合剂的站18,烘干站19和缠绕站20。

Claims (7)
1.一种非织造布生产机械设备,其包括纺粘塔(1至4),所述纺粘塔在第一传送机(6)的上部传送带(5)上沉积细丝(F)形成纤网(N),其特征在于,还包括第一装置(7),所述第一装置(7)将纤网(N1)沿着不同于第一传送机(6)的上部传送带(5)的方向从第一传送机(6)向第一水射流固结装置推进,在第一传送机(6)的上部传送带(5)方向的下游是砑光机(13),根据需要在所述砑光机(13)的下游提供用于使经砑光的纤网(N3、N4)偏转的装置(14),使经砑光的纤网(N3、N4)或者直接通向用来将产品涂敷于纤网的涂敷装(18至20),或者间接地通过***第二水射流固结装置(11,12)通向用来将产品涂敷于纤网的装置(17);还包括第二装置(10),用于使离开所述第一水射流固结装置的纤网(N1)向所述第二水射流固结装置(11,12)推进。
2.如权利要求1所述的机械设备,其特征在于,所述第一装置包括滚筒。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的机械设备,其特征在于,所述偏转装置包括辊(14)。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的机械设备,其特征在于,所述涂敷装置的上游有除湿装置(15,16)。
5.如权利要求4所述的机械设备,其特征在于,所述除湿装置包括第三传送机(15)和产生真空的装置(16)。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的机械设备,其特征在于,所述涂敷装置包括涂敷产品站、干燥站和缠绕站。
7.如权利要求5所述的机械设备,其特征在于,所述涂敷装置包括涂敷产品站、干燥站和缠绕站。
