Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于制备人造石的土聚胶凝材料。该土聚胶凝材料是将下述重量份的原料依次加入到搅拌机中,搅拌制备成浆体制得:30~40重量份偏高岭土、30~55重量份水玻璃、2~10重量份碱金属氢氧化物和0.1~15重量份水。基于该土聚胶凝材料制得的人造石,具有力学性能好,耐久及耐候性能优良的优点。另外,成本较低,比较适合进行大规模的推广。

Description

用于制备人造石的土聚胶凝材料
技术领域
本发明涉及装饰用建筑材料技术领域,具体地说,是用于制备人造石的土聚胶凝材料。
背景技术
人造石或称人造合成石,实质上是用于装饰领域的混凝土。当用树脂作为胶粘剂并且富于装饰效果的碎石骨料时,就是装饰用树脂混凝土。
目前,市场上流行的人造石产品一般以树脂、尤其是不饱和聚酯材料做胶黏剂,因而归属于树脂型人造石。
树脂型人造石因所用胶结材料为有机树脂,因而使用领域受到极大限制,如树脂在强烈紫外线照射下,易老化、脆化,因而不能用室外;树脂在高温条件下易变形,因而不可用在温度偏高的灶台等地方;另外,因树脂成本过高所导致的人造石产品价格较贵,也极大的限制了人造石产品的消费群体。
发明内容
本发明克服了上述缺点,提出了一种土聚胶凝材料,基于该土聚胶凝材料制得的人造石,具有力学性能好,耐久及耐候性能优良的优点。
针对现今市场上人造石产品的种种缺陷,基于以往多年从事本领域的经验,经反复论证、研发,终于促成本发明。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:
一种用于制备人造石的土聚胶凝材料,由下述重量份的原料制得:
偏高岭土        30~40重量份
水玻璃          30~55重量份
碱金属氢氧化物  2~10重量份
水              0.1~15重量份。
所述的碱金属氢氧化物优选是氢氧化钠。
上述的用于制备人造石的土聚胶凝材料的制备方法,将原料依次序加入到搅拌机中,搅拌制备成浆体制得;所述的次序是偏高岭土、水玻璃、碱金属氢氧化物、水。
在本发明的范围内,术语“偏高岭土”是指本领域中的普通高岭土经600~1050℃锻烧,脱除结晶水,使其具有火山灰活性即可。
所使用的普通高岭土的组成如下:
SiO2   47~50wt%
Al2O3  36~39wt%
H2O    10~14wt%。
土聚胶凝材料是近些年来国际上研究相当活跃的材料之一。它是在具有火山灰活性的物质中加入一定的碱性激活剂和水,在较低的温度条件下(15~180℃),通过化学反应得到的一种新材料;该材料具有强度高,胶结能力强,耐久性能好,能耗低,污染少等优点,在优化制备条件时,可拥有与陶瓷性能相似的性质。本发明所关注的土聚胶凝材料,是基于偏高岭土基材的品种,后者由高岭土活化煅烧获得,优点是促进人造石的装饰性能与提高力学性能。
本发明的优点如下:基于该土聚胶凝材料的制得人造石,具有力学性能好,耐久及耐候性能优良的优点。另外,成本较低,比较适合进行大规模的推广。
具体实施方式
实施例1  偏高岭土的制备
将市售普通高岭土(含50wt%的SiO2、38wt%的Al2O3、12wt%的H2O)放入锻烧炉中,于750℃锻烧2小时即可制备。
实施例2  土聚胶凝材料的制备
偏高岭土:35公斤
水玻璃(得自山东海化股份有限公司供销分公司):45公斤
氢氧化钠(得自广州市生隆行贸易有限公司):8公斤
水12公斤。
工艺过程如下:
将偏高岭土、水玻璃、氢氧化钠以及水依次加入到搅拌机中,搅制备成浆体即可使用。
实施例3  人造石的制备
所使用的原材料基本配比为:
水玻璃(得自山东海化股份有限公司供销分公司):13.5公斤;
氢氧化钠(得自广州市生隆行贸易有限公司):1.1公斤;
自来水:1公斤;
偏高岭土:10.2公斤;
大理石碎石料(80目,得自广东省连州市海峰细粉厂):74.2公斤。
工艺过程如下:
(1)在搅拌机中加入偏高岭土、天然碎石料并开动搅拌机搅拌;
(2)在上述搅拌好的物料中,依次加入水玻璃、氢氧化钠、水;
(3)物料加毕后,搅拌并抽真空至-0.094MPa以上后,打开搅拌机下料门,将所有物料下料至模具中;
(4)于-0.097MPa以上的真空下,将模具中的物料推送入压制室经真空振动密实成型后,于常温下固化七天后切割抛光成人造石板材。
实施例4
所使用的原材料基本配比为:
水玻璃(得自山东海化股份有限公司供销分公司):15公斤;
氢氧化钾(得自广州市生隆行贸易有限公司):2.7公斤;
自来水:5.0公斤;
偏高岭土:17.2公斤;
钛白粉(得自广州市为众漆油颜料有限公司):0.1公斤;
大理石碎石料(80目,得自广东省连州市海峰细粉厂):60公斤;
工艺过程如下:
(1)在搅拌机中加入偏高岭土、天然碎石料并开动搅拌机搅拌;
(2)在上述搅拌好的物料中,依次加入水玻璃、氢氧化钠、水;
(3)物料加毕后,搅拌并抽真空至-0.094MPa以上后,打开搅拌机下料门,将所有物料下料至模具中;
(4)于-0.097MPa以上的真空下,将模具中的物料推送入压制室经真空振动密实成型后,于常温下固化七天后切割抛光成人造石板材。
无机胶凝材料使得抗老化能力明显提高。而无机材料胶凝材料类中,早就已经有了许多基于普通水泥的人造石品种,从制品到专利文件都屡见不鲜。但是,采用实施例2的土聚胶凝材料即为本法发明特点之一;进而,采用真空振动密实压型复合技术,使得产品的弯曲强度明显提高:普通水泥的弯曲强度相当低,例如425牌号水泥标准值只有6.5MPa。但是,本发明可以达到将其提高三倍的水平。此外,本发明将土聚水泥跟大理石骨料复合,就能促使产成品具有油润细腻的质感,装饰效果优良;远胜过通常的一些基于水泥砂(建筑河沙等)浆的水泥人造石所能达到的效果,像街头公园等场合“水泥砂浆型街头塑像”等。

Claims (1)

1.一种用于制备人造石的土聚胶凝材料,其特征在于,由下述重量份的原料制得:
偏高岭土        35重量份
水玻璃          45重量份
氢氧化钠        8重量份
水              12重量份;
并采用以下方法制得:
将原料依次序加入到搅拌机中,搅拌制备成浆体制得;所述的次序是偏高岭土、水玻璃、碱金属氢氧化物、水。
