本发明公开了一种带有冷却水循环***的电弧炉,包括带有盖体的电弧炉本体,在所述电弧炉本体的耐火层外侧设置有带有进出水口的水套,所述出水口通过三通管一路与散热器相连通;另一路与补水箱相连通;所述散热器出水口通过水泵与所述水套进水口相连通。本发明由于采用上述结构,从而实现对所述电弧炉封闭的冷却***,这不仅解决了结构问题,同时由于采用散热器以及将所述散热器置于所述冷水箱内腔之中,大大地提高了对电弧炉炉壁的散热效果,延长了电弧炉的使用寿命,产生了很好的经济效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电弧炉,尤其是涉及一种带有冷却水循环***的电弧炉。
背景技术
目前对电弧炉所采取的冷却方式是在电弧炉附近砌一水池,通过水泵将水池内的水泵入电弧炉冷却水管内进行冷却循环。这种冷却方式所存在的不足是易造成冷却水管内结垢,降低电弧炉炉壁的冷却效果,同时冷却水的散热较差也不利于对电弧炉炉壁的冷却。
发明内容
本发明目的在于针对上述现有技术所存在的不足而提供一种带有冷却水循环***的电弧炉。
为实现上述目的,本发明可采取下述技术方案:
本发明包括带有盖体的电弧炉本体,在所述电弧炉本体的耐火层外侧设置有带有进出水口的水套,所述出水口通过三通管一路与散热器相连通;另一路与补水箱相连通;所述散热器的出水口通过水泵与所述水套进水口相连通;所述散热器设置在一带有进出水口的冷水箱内腔之中;在所述散热器上设置有温度传感器,所述温度传感器信号输出端与温度控制器输入端口相连接,所述温度控制器的输出端与所述冷水箱进水电磁阀电连接。
本发明的优点在于通过在所述电弧炉本体的耐火层外侧设置有带有进出水口的水套,以及将所述出水口通过三通管一路与散热器相连通,另一路与补水箱相连通,将所述散热器出水口通过水泵与所述水套进水口相连通,以实现对所述电弧炉封闭的冷却***,这不仅解决了结垢问题,同时由于采用散热器以及将所述散热器置于所述冷水箱内腔之中,大大提高了对电弧炉炉壁的散热效果,延长了电弧炉的使用寿命,产生了很好的经济效益。

具体实施方式:
如图所示,本发明包括带有盖体的电弧炉本体1,在所述电弧炉本体1的耐火层外侧设置有带有进出水口2、3的水套,所述出水口3通过三通管4一路与散热器5相连通;另一路与补水箱6相连通;所述散热器5的出水口7通过水泵8与所述水套进水口2相连通。为提高散热效果,将所述散热器5设置在一带有进出水口的冷水箱9内腔之中。在所述散热器5上设置有温度传感器,所述温度传感器信号输出端与温度控制器输入端口相连接,所述温度控制器的输出端与所述冷水箱进水电磁阀10电连接。以实现当所述冷水箱内水温过高时自动更换其内的水。

1、一种带有冷却水循环***的电弧炉,它包括带有盖体的电弧炉本体(1),其特征在于:在所述电弧炉本体(1)的耐火层外侧设置有带有进出水口(2、3)的水套,所述出水口(3)通过三通管(4)一路与散热器(5)相连通;另一路与补水箱(6)相连通;所述散热器(5)的出水口(7)通过水泵(8)与所述水套进水口(2)相连通;所述散热器(5)设置在一带有进出水口的冷水箱(9)内腔之中;在所述散热器(5)上设置有温度传感器,所述温度传感器信号输出端与温度控制器输入端口相连接,所述温度控制器的输出端与所述冷水箱进水电磁阀(10)电连接。
