Abstract

本发明涉及一种圆柱形钻头,用于以旋下方式拆卸损坏的螺丝。更具体地,本发明涉及一种钻头,适于使用在逆时针方法运行的动力钻床中。
发明背景
在本申请人转让给他人的第4,406,917、4,777,850、5,031,487和5,251,516号专利中,公开了多种用于拆卸断裂螺钉的钻头和其它装置。例如,5,251,516号专利涉及将钻头夹置在动力钻床上,动力钻床顺时针转动,并在螺钉的断裂端打一个小孔。然后,将反向螺纹装置很好***进钻的卡盘,反向旋转钻床,并将钻头移动到孔中。反向螺纹装置上的螺纹咬住孔的边,并将断裂的螺钉拧出该孔。
因此需要一种装置,用于拆卸头部因十字槽螺钉的十字槽磨圆、或断掉的普通螺丝槽的一边而损坏的螺丝。同样,需要螺丝拆卸工具,用于其头部被涂料覆盖而使凹槽或槽不能显露到足以将螺丝刀很好地在其上卡紧。
发明概述
本发明是一种用于动力钻床的圆柱形钻头,用于拆卸损坏的螺丝,该钻有轴和尖端。该尖端有径向相对的带刃刮削表面,表面面向逆时针方向。表面和刃都位于轴平面内。支撑区域位于各刮削刃之后。支撑区域可使其表面解脱,以使刮削刃更多地显露。刃相交在约140°角度的交点处。

具体实施方式
图1示出圆柱形钻头的正面视图,并用10表示该钻头。通过其六角形杆部被夹持在卡盘C中。尖端14与在所示实施例中被拧进木块W中的十字槽螺钉S相啮合,尽管在金属物体中,螺丝可是自功金属螺丝。
钻头的尖端14包括两个纵向凹槽18(图4),该凹槽18由在一侧上的纵向刮削表面20限定,该纵向刮削表面20面向逆时针方向并带有刮削刃22,该刮削刃22优选为从钻头周缘24延伸到轴26的直线周缘。
在图4的实施方案,过渡表面28从刮削表面20弯曲,并与周缘24相交。通常与表面20和28垂直的是纵向界面30,该纵向界面30面向顺针方向且具有后切削刃32,该后切削刃32也是从周缘24延伸到钻头轴26的直线。接下来,一般有四分之一圆锥形的背面34。
刃32的倾斜度略大于刃22的倾斜度。这增强了刃22的强度,并且确保表面34不仅是在金属螺丝中前行,并使刃22可执行钻削功能。例如,刃制成与轴成40°到50°范围的角度,优选45°,而刃22与轴成约70°的角度。表面34从刃32逐渐弯曲到22。表面34所限定的金属起支持和支撑刮削表面20的作用。
第二部分的刮削刃22a与第一部分在同一平面内,两个刮削刃在同一平面内并相交在钻头轴上的交点36。第二部分的部件(图5)用与第一部分相同的编号表示,加带有字母“a”。
刃22之间的角度A(图2)优选约为140°。该角度比十字槽螺钉上的十字槽底部的角度大(图2)。因此,钻头的刃22在远离轴的交点P处与螺丝顶部部分相啮合,并在远离轴的螺丝上具有良好地抓紧力和扭转力矩,以将其从与木头的紧密啮合中脱开,并使它与钻头一起转动,并将其拧下。
交点36约有140°的角度,在与剩余的标准螺丝相啮合时用作定心装置。在图2和图3中,与刃22相啮合、有效地抓紧(在图3中刃前面的抓紧)并将螺丝旋转出它的孔的是远离中心的螺丝部分。
第二实施方案
图6和图7示出本发明第二实施方案。由于,它表现出制造产品的最简单的方法,因此,它是本发明优选或“最佳”的方式。
对于图6、7实施方案中的各元件,使用如与前述实施方案相似元件的相同编号,只是增大了100。
图6和7的实施方案包括圆柱形钻头124,带有轴和位于交点136的尖端。在径向相对的位置,尖端形成有两个凹槽118。每一凹槽由面向逆时针方向的刮削表面120,120a限定,刮削表面120,120a带有刮削刃122,122a。
如图7所示,表面120,120a由支撑部分支持,支撑部分是由向上的圆形表面134,134a所限定,圆形表面134,134a以比刮削刃122,122a更陡的倾斜度下降到后切削刃132,132a。同时,凹槽188,188a是由从后切削刃132,132a延伸向下的向下弯曲表面130,130a所限定。表面120和120a是在包括钻头轴在内的同一平面,并刮削刃122和122a各是在约70°的角度。后切削刃132,132a也与轴在同一平面。
本发明第二实施方案的使用与第一实施方案的使用相同。动力钻床中的钻头逆时针转动。使刮削刃122和122a与如图2实施例所示的变形的紧固件头相啮合,在远离紧固件轴位置相接触。这确保刮削表面牢固地抓紧紧固件,并导致“钻”进到紧固件的顶面,扩展成向上伸的波纹状金属线,大致如图3所示。
本发明的钻头可被用于从木头或金属拆卸螺丝,或将头部损坏的螺钉从其所安装的被旋入元件中拆卸下来。简而言之,它能被用于将头部变形的任何螺纹紧固件从其被拧上的任何物体上拆卸下来。
本发明可进行进一步的变化。例如,钻头形成有三个凹槽和三个刮削表面,而不是如上所述的两个径向相对的凹槽和两个刮削表面。因此,虽然本发明被用有限的实施方案所示出,但它并没有被限制于此,而且。本发明的范围是由权利要求所限定。

Claims (8)

1.一种钻头,用于拆卸一种带螺纹的紧固件,紧固件有一个轴、螺纹部和头部,所述头部由大致径向的端面构成,该端面带有损坏的十字槽,十字槽有限定出第一角度的斜侧壁部分;所述钻头包括:
一种圆柱形拨取钻头,该钻头有一个可与紧固件轴对准的轴和有一个尖的端部,该端部有一对径向相对的纵向凹槽,各凹槽有一个面向逆时针方向的纵向表面和一个刮削刃,该刮削刃位于包括钻头轴在内的第一平面并限定出大于所述第一角度的第二角度,刮削刃与紧固件在其端面十字槽的边缘相啮合。
2.如权利要求1所述的钻头,还包括:在各刮削刃之后的一个支撑部分,各支撑部分分别由一背面限定,该背面离开刮削刃、向下弯曲到界定出纵向凹槽之一的一个后切削刃,该两个后切削刃都位于包括轴在内的一个第二平面,并且设置成比第二角度小的第三角度。
3.如权利要求1所述的钻头,其中有两个径向相对的纵向凹槽,所述两个凹槽的刮削刃位于同一纵向表面,所述纵向表面包括轴。
4.如权利要求1所述的钻头,其中钻头的刮削刃适合于与紧固件的径向端面啮合,所述紧固件的尖通常置于紧固件的轴上。
5.一种方法,用于拆卸固定在物体上并具有变形端面的头部的螺纹紧固件,该方法包括下述步骤:
a.提供以逆时针方向转动的动力钻床;
b.提供安装在动力钻床上的圆柱形钻头,它有一个轴和一个带尖的端部,该端部还有一对径向相对的凹槽,各凹槽有一个纵向刮削面,该刮削面朝向逆时针方向并且有一个位于包括轴在内的一个平面的刮削刃,各刮削刃与轴成第一锐角,以及在各刮削刃之后的支撑部分,各支撑部分分别由背面限定,背面离开刮削刃、向下弯曲到界定纵向凹槽之一的一个后切削刃,各后切削刃位于包括轴在内的一个第二平面,并且相对轴设置成第二锐角,第二锐角的角度比第一锐角的角度更小;以及
c.用力将带有刮削刃的端部压靠在紧固件的端面上。
6.如权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述第一锐角的范围为约70°。
7.一种用于拆卸损坏螺丝的钻头,有一个轴和具有一个尖的端部及其一个具有六角形截面且适于装在可变速的双向夹盘上,端部具有多个纵向的凹槽,凹槽在端部附近均匀地设置,各有一个朝向逆时针方向的刮削表面,刮削表面有一个在末的直刮削刃,各凹槽的刮削刃相对轴成约70°的角度,以及在各刮削刃之后的支撑部分,各支撑部分分别由背面限定,背面离开刮削刃、向下弯曲到界定纵向凹槽之一的后切削刃,并且相对轴设置成比刮削刃锐角更小的角度。
8.如权利要求7所述的用于拆卸损坏螺丝的钻头,螺丝有一个轴、螺纹部分和头部,头部有一个大致径向的端面并在径向端面上带有损坏的槽,所述钻头的刮削刃与螺丝的径向端面相啮合,所述钻头的尖可置于螺丝的轴上。
