Abstract

本发明涉及一种空气滤清器,它包括上盖(1)、下盖(2)、滤芯(3),其特征在于:所述下盖(2)上设置有进气口(2a),所述上盖(1)内设置有横向空气阻隔板(1a),它与所述进气口(2a)侧的下盖(2)构成所述滤清器的第一过滤腔室(4);所述上盖(1)的横向空气阻隔板(1a)的另侧与所述下盖的滤芯槽(2c)的横向槽板(2d)构成所述滤清器的第二过滤腔室(5);从所述进气口(2a)进入的空气经第一过滤腔室(4)、第二过滤腔室(5)进入设置在所述下盖(2)的滤芯槽(2c)内的滤芯(3)过滤。本发明具有结构简单、耗材少、重量轻、加工简单、安装方便、工作效率高等特点。

Description

一种空气滤清器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气滤清器,特别是一种用于发动机的空气滤清器。
背景技术
目前,用于发动机的空气滤清器通常是一个由上盖、中盖和下盖经橡胶垫密封的内设有两个滤芯的壳体,它由六个螺钉固定;而且现有的空气滤清器必须配一个较大的冲压支架和一个螺钉才能安装。这种结构的空气滤清器不仅结构复杂,耗材多,安装不方便,而且过滤效果也不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单,过滤效果好的空气滤清器。
本发明是这样实现的:一种空气滤清器,它包括上盖、下盖、滤芯,其特征在于:所述下盖上设置有进气口,所述上盖内设置有横向空气阻隔板,它与所述进气口侧的下盖构成所述滤清器的第一过滤腔室;所述上盖的横向空气阻隔板的另一侧与所述下盖的滤芯槽的横向槽板构成所述滤清器的第二过滤腔室;从所述进气口进入的空气经第一过滤腔室、第二过滤腔室进入设置在所述下盖的滤芯槽内的滤芯过滤。
上述滤清器第一过滤腔室的所述下盖上还设有横向空气阻隔板,它将第一过滤腔室分成两部分,使从所述进气口进入的空气迂迥经过第一过滤腔室的两部分、再经第二过滤腔室进入设置在所述下盖的滤芯槽内的滤芯过滤。这样的设置,使得从进气口进入的空气经过所述下盖和上盖上的两片横向阻隔板,起到了更好的降噪作用。
上述进气口为网状,设置在所述下盖的下端,且与下盖宽度相当。进气口设置在这个位置上,能有效地使进入的空气在滤清器内的第一过滤腔室沿滤清器宽度方向均匀分布。
上述上盖内侧与所述下盖的滤芯槽对应处还设置有纵向空气导流板。这样可使经过第一、二过滤腔室过滤的空气及随空气一块吸入的灰尘,更加均匀地进入滤芯槽内的滤芯,均匀地分布于泡沫滤芯表面,能更好地起到滤清的效果,延长清理泡沫滤芯的间隔时间。
所述下盖的滤芯槽内设置有呈辐射状的空气导流槽,所述空气导流槽向化油器入口对应的方向收缩;所述空气导流槽收缩端的滤芯槽为一凹部。这样可使经过滤芯滤清的空气分布均匀地进入化油器的入口,能更充分地形成良好的油气混合气。
为了加强所述滤清器的安装固定效果,所述滤芯槽凹部底固设有滤清器固定板,所述滤清器固定板经螺栓固定。
上述滤芯槽内的空气导流槽槽板的收缩端设有台阶,此台阶处固定设置有滤芯垫片,此滤芯垫片经两圆柱销固定。这样的固定方式简单易行,能有效防止在使用安装过程中以及清理泡沫滤芯时发生掉落。本发明之所以设置滤芯垫片,其作用是有效阻止滤芯体内均匀分布的经滤清的空气在没有进入化油器入口前形成一股单一的气流,有效地减少卡门涡旋气流的阻力与气流的摩擦噪音,从而保证油气的良好混合。
本发明较现有的空气滤清器的结构简单,在原有产品的基础上节约了五个零件,重量可减轻0.6Kg以上;而且它的安装固定方式极为简便。总之,本发明具有结构简单、耗材少、重量轻、加工简单、安装方便、工作效率高等特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1:参见图1~2,一种空气滤清器,它包括上盖1、下盖2、滤芯3,其特征在于:所述下盖2上设置有进气口2a,所述上盖1内设置有横向空气阻隔板1a,它与所述进气口2a侧的下盖2构成所述滤清器的第一过滤腔室4;所述上盖1的横向空气阻隔板1a的另一侧与所述下盖的滤芯槽2c的横向槽板2d构成所述滤清器的第二过滤腔室5;从所述进气口2a进入的空气经第一过滤腔室4、第二过滤腔室5进入设置在所述下盖2的滤芯槽2c内的滤芯3过滤。
所述滤芯槽2c凹部底固设有滤清器固定板6。
在图2中,简单地示意出进气口在下盖的位置,从图中可得知,所述进气口2a为网状,设置在所述下盖2的下端,且与下盖2宽度相当。
实施例2:参见图3~4,它与实施例1所不同的是:所述滤清器第一过滤腔室4的所述下盖2上还设有横向空气阻隔板2b,它将第一过滤腔室4分成两部分,使从所述进气口2a进入的空气迂迥经过第一过滤腔室4的两部分、再经第二过滤腔室5进入设置在所述下盖2的滤芯槽2c内的滤芯3过滤。
从图4中还可以看出:所述上盖1内侧与所述下盖2的滤芯槽2c对应处还设置有纵向空气导流板1b。
实施例3:参见图5~6,它与实施例2所不同的是:所述下盖2的滤芯槽2c内设置有呈辐射状的空气导流槽2e,所述空气导流槽2e向化油器入口对应的方向收缩;所述空气导流槽2e收缩端的滤芯槽2c为一凹部。
从图中还能进一步看出:所述滤芯槽2c凹部底固设有滤清器固定板6,所述滤清器固定板6经螺栓固定。所述滤芯槽内的空气导流槽2e的槽板的收缩端设有台阶,此台阶处固定设置有滤芯垫片7,此滤芯垫片7经两圆柱销2f固定。

Claims (8)

1、一种空气滤清器,它包括上盖(1)、下盖(2)、滤芯(3),其特征在于:所述下盖(2)上设置有进气口(2a),所述上盖(1)内设置有横向空气阻隔板(1a),它与所述进气口(2a)侧的下盖(2)构成所述滤清器的第一过滤腔室(4);所述上盖(1)的横向空气阻隔板(1a)的另一侧与所述下盖的滤芯槽(2c)的横向槽板(2d)构成所述滤清器的第二过滤腔室(5);从所述进气口(2a)进入的空气经第一过滤腔室(4)、第二过滤腔室(5)进入设置在所述下盖(2)的滤芯槽(2c)内的滤芯(3)过滤;
所述下盖(2)的滤芯槽(2c)内设置有呈辐射状的空气导流槽(2e),所述空气导流槽(2e)向化油器入口对应的方向收缩;所述空气导流槽(2e)收缩端的滤芯槽(2c)为一凹部。
2、如权利要求1所述的空气滤清器,其特征在于:所述滤清器第一过滤腔室(4)的所述下盖(2)上还设有横向空气阻隔板(2b),它将第一过滤腔室(4)分成两部分,使从所述进气口(2a)进入的空气迂迥经过第一过滤腔室(4)的两部分、再经第二过滤腔室(5)进入设置在所述下盖(2)的滤芯槽(2c)内的滤芯(3)过滤。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的空气滤清器,其特征在于:所述进气口(2a)为网状,设置在所述下盖(2)的下端,且与下盖(2)宽度相当。
4、如权利要求1或2所述的空气滤清器,其特征在于:所述上盖(1)内侧与所述下盖(2)的滤芯槽(2c)对应处还设置有纵向空气导流板(1b)。
5、如权利要求1或2所述的空气滤清器,其特征在于:所述滤芯槽(2c)凹部底固设有滤清器固定板(6),所述滤清器固定板(6)经螺栓固定。
6、如权利要求4所述的空气滤清器,其特征在于:所述滤芯槽(2c)凹部底固设有滤清器固定板(6),所述滤清器固定板(6)经螺栓固定。
7、如权利要求1或2所述的空气滤清器,其特征在于:所述滤芯槽内的空气导流槽(2e)槽板的收缩端设有台阶,此台阶处固定设置有滤芯垫片(7),此滤芯垫片(7)经两圆柱销(2f)固定。
8、如权利要求4所述的空气滤清器,其特征在于:所述滤芯槽内的空气导流槽(2e)的槽板的收缩端设有台阶,此台阶处固定设置有滤芯垫片(7),此滤芯垫片(7)经两圆柱销(2f)固定。
