Abstract

本发明公开了一种锅炉,特别是一种节能环保气化锅炉。它包括由外层[1]和内层[2]所组成的炉胆[3],其特征在于:内层[2]的底部呈锥体形状并设有落灰口[15],在该锥体的外侧炉胆[3]内设有风管[5],风管[5]接接口[11]和下风嘴[6],接口[11]伸出外层[1]的外侧,下风嘴[6]的端头伸入内层[2]下部锥体的内侧,在落灰口[15]处设有挡灰板[8],挡灰板[8]置于滑道[7]上。由于本装置是直接向燃烧室内的燃料处和燃烧室上方供风,使燃料燃烧充分,在燃烧时产生的煤气粉尘颗粒上升至炉膛上方时也可再次燃烧,不但节省燃料,还解决了向大气排出煤气及粉尘的问题,在提高热效率的同时,又保护了环境,由于内层底部为锥形,还解决了燃料在燃烧时产生死角的毛病,利用本装置可节省能源30%。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种锅炉,特别是一种节能环保气化锅炉。
背景技术:
现有的小型锅炉结构是有一个由外层和内层组成的炉胆,炉胆的内侧底部设有炉排,炉排上方为燃烧室,在燃烧室的上方设有炉膛管与炉胆连通,炉膛管有的铅垂设置,也有的水平设置,上方设有排烟管,炉胆接热水出口和冷水回口,在炉排的下方接进风装置,使用时,在外层的外面包覆有保温层,与炉胆相连的热水出口和冷水回口接阀门控制装置,位于炉排上的燃料燃烧后产生热量对炉胆内和炉膛管内的水加热,经管道送入用热装置,散热后冷水再回流至炉胆内被加热,反复循环。燃料燃烧时所需的风量是由鼓风机通过风管吹至炉排下方供给的。这种结构的锅炉耗能大,燃料燃烧不充分,热效率低,在燃烧室上方产生的煤气及大量可燃粉尘自上方的排烟管排出炉外,不但浪费能源,还对环境造成污染。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种燃料燃烧充分、减少环境污染、热效率高、节约能源的节能环保气化锅炉,克服现有技术的不足。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种节能环保汽化锅炉,它包括由外层和内层所组成的炉胆,其特征在于:内层的底部呈锥体形状并设有落灰口,在该锥体的外侧炉胆内设有风管,风管接接口和下风嘴,接口伸出外层的外侧,下风嘴的端头伸入内层下部锥体的内侧,在落灰口处设有挡灰板,挡灰板置于滑道上。
所述的炉胆内设有上风管,上风管的接口伸出外层的外侧,上风管接侧风嘴,侧风嘴朝向炉膛内侧。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点:由于本装置是直接向燃烧室内的燃料处和燃烧室上方供风,风量充足,使燃料燃烧充分,在燃烧时产生的煤气粉尘颗粒上升至炉膛上方时也可再次燃烧,不但节省燃料,还解决了向大气排出煤气及粉尘的问题,在提高热效率的同时,又保护了环境,由于内层底部为锥形,还解决了燃料在燃烧时产生死角的毛病,利用本装置可节省能源30%。

具体实施方式
如图所示:1为外层,2为内层,外层1和内层2均为金属板制作,在外层1和内层2之间形成一个炉胆3,在内层2的内侧设有水平方向的炉膛管4,炉膛管4与炉胆3内腔连通。在其上方设有排烟管,下方侧面设有炉门13。外层1上接有热水出口和冷水回口,工作时热水出口与冷水回口通过阀门控制装置与用热装置相接。上述为现有技术部分,不再详述。
内层2的底部呈圆锥体形状并在中心处设有落灰口15,在该锥体的外侧炉胆3内腔里焊接有环状风管5,风管5的两个端头伸出外层1的外侧,一端焊接有接口11,另一端螺纹联接有螺母堵12,风管5的圆环处内侧焊接有均匀分布的下风嘴6,下风嘴6的端头伸进内层2下部锥体的内侧。在落灰口15处设有一个活动挡灰板8,挡灰板8置于滑道7上,滑道7为角钢型材制作并焊接在炉胆3的底板上。燃料自炉门13进入炉内刚好置于圆锥体的内腔处挡灰板8上方,自下风嘴6吹进的风也刚好吹在燃料所在的位置。在底部侧面合页联接有一个出渣门14,利用钩状工具可通过出渣门14钩动挡灰板8沿滑道7移动,达到关闭或打开落灰口15的目的。
所述的炉胆3内上下方向焊接有一个上风管9,上风管9的接口16伸出外层1的外侧,上风管9接上下排列的侧风嘴10,侧风嘴10朝向炉膛内侧。
工作时,接口11、16与鼓风机管道相接。圆锥内腔的燃料通过下风嘴6的直接供风,燃烧充分,没有死角,在燃烧过程中所产生的煤气上升后,由于侧风嘴10的作用可再次燃烧,不致直接排出炉外。如需要排渣,可滑动挡灰板8使炉渣下落,排渣后再关闭挡灰板8即可。

1. 一种节能环保气化锅炉,它包括由外层[1]和内层[2]所组成的炉胆[3],其特征在于:内层[2]的底部呈锥体形状并设有落灰口[15],在该锥体的外侧炉胆[3]内设有风管[5],风管[5]接接口[11]和下风嘴[6],接口[11]伸出外层[1]的外侧,下风嘴[6]的端头伸入内层[2]下部锥体的内侧,在落灰口[15]处设有挡灰板[8],挡灰板[8]置于滑道[7]上。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的节能环保气化锅炉,其特征在于:所述的炉胆[3]内设有上风管[9],上风管[9]的接口[16]伸出外层[1]的外侧,上风管[9]接侧风嘴[10],侧风嘴[10]朝向炉膛内侧。
