Abstract
本发明提出了一种电缆盘(1),并用弹性元件(9,10)来把电缆盘(1)支承在一个外壳(13)中而可把制动脉冲传递到该外壳上,从而把制动能转换成热。本发明的电缆盘(1)也特适用于答纳大的电缆长度的盘体(2)。
Description
本发明涉及一种电缆盘,特别是一种吸尘器用的电缆盘。该电缆盘具有一个盘体和一块底板,相对该底板可旋转地支承该盘体,还具有一个制动滑环。
DE 195 05 926 A1提出了一种具有一个由两个法兰和一个盘芯组成的、旋转支承在一个支承结构上的盘体以及一个把多芯电源电缆卷绕到该盘体上的自动卷绕装置。其中,该支承结构具有一个贯穿该盘芯的支承耳轴,并在该支承结构和盘体之间固定一个螺旋形弹簧。
这类电缆盘主要用于移动式电器,例如吸尘器、取暖器、电动工具等等。这类电器的操作用这类电缆盘是很方便的,因为总是只从这类电器中拉出该电器操作所需的电缆即可。
在电缆卷入到电缆盘上时,如果用制动滑环进行制动,特别是在较长的电缆被卷绕到电缆盘上时,则需要对该电缆盘进行有效制动。
本发明的目的是提出一种对电缆盘进行有效制动的装置。
根据本发明,这个目的是这样实现的:制动滑环可相对于底板在径向内运动,并设置有弹性元件,电缆盘通过这些弹性元件可支承在一个容纳它的物体中,特别是吸尘器中。
根据本发明,制动脉冲通过上述弹性元件吸收,而不传递到外壳上。这样,旋转盘体和由它支承的电缆的总功能一方面通过制动滑环的运动和另一方面通过弹性元件进行吸收。
在一个优选方案中,本发明也涉及一种把上述弹性元件布置在制动滑环和盘体之间的电缆盘。
在本发明的又一个优选方案中,上述弹性元件布置在底板和盘体之间。
在本发明的又一个方案中,电线盘整个通过弹性元件支承在盘体中。

电缆盘1(图1至4)具有一个容纳一根电缆3的盘体2,该电缆3多层卷绕在盘体2上并在其出口端上连接一个插头4。盘体2通过一块构成它的旋转轴的底板5支承并围绕该底板旋转。
一块支承板6与盘体2牢固连接。在支承板6上,安装了一个制动耳轴7(图2),该耳轴通过由它作用在制动滑环8上的滑动摩擦对盘体2进行制动,该盘体通过它的旋转运动把一个制动脉冲传递到制动滑环8上。制动滑环8通过弹性元件9、10支承在一个容纳该电缆盘的物体中,例如一个吸尘器外壳中。
制动滑环8具有最好向外指的凸起11、12,弹性元件9、10分别装在这两个凸起上。
底板5与制动滑环8这样连接,即:一方面,制动滑环8的制动脉冲可传递到弹性元件9、10上,另一方面,又可保证底板5和制动滑环8之间在轴向内的固定连接。
在另一个实施例中(图5),示意画出了制动滑环8通过元件9、10支承在一个外壳13中的情况。
在另一个实施例中(图6),用与底板5连接的弹性元件14、15代替元件9、10,这两个弹性元件把底板5弹性支承在外壳13中并由此可使制动脉冲消失。
在又一个实施例中(图7),既用元件9、10又用元件14、15来把电缆盘1弹性支承在外壳13中。
本发明提供了一种电缆盘1,并用弹性元件9、10;14、15来把电缆盘1支承在一个外壳13中而可把制动脉冲传递到外壳13上,因此制动能被转换成热。本发明的电缆盘1也特别适用于容纳大的电缆长度的盘体2。
Claims (5)
1.电缆盘(1),具有一个盘体(2)和一个底板(5),所述盘体(2)相对该底板可旋转地支承,所述电缆盘还具有一个制动滑环(8),其特征为,制动滑环(8)可相对于该底板在径向内运动,并该电缆盘设置有弹性元件(9、10;14、15),通过这些弹性元件把电缆盘(1)可支承在一个容纳它的物体中。
2.按权利要求1的电缆盘,其特征为,弹性元件(9、10)布置在制动滑环(8)和所述物体之间。
3.按权利要求1的电缆盘,其特征为,弹性元件(14、15)布置在底板(5)和所述物体之间。
4.按权利要求1至3任一项的电缆盘,其特征为,电缆盘(1)作为一个整体通过弹性元件(9、10;14、15)支承在所述物体中。
5.按权利要求1至3任一项的电缆盘,其特征为,所述物体是吸尘器的外壳(13)。
