Abstract

本发明为一种光触媒杀菌石膏天花板。以光触媒杀菌石膏天花板为基材,用纳米光触媒材料为触媒剂,混以其它辅料,利用光触媒反应进行自清洁的一种新型装饰材料。具有抗菌、杀菌、除臭、无毒性、亲水性、自洁性等特征,是一种理想的环保装饰材料。本发明的优点是:空气净化,能有效分解甲醛、苯、氨气等有害物质、装修及日常生活产过的有害气体等,并将有害气体转化二氧化碳为水,起到净化空气的作用。杀菌、在杀菌的同时还能分解细菌死体上释放的有害复合物。防霉、防污:由于其超强的亲水性能,可以防止油污、灰尘的产生,能保持板面清洁、干净、卫生、空气清新。

本发明涉及一种光触媒杀菌石膏天花板。
背景技术
普通石膏天花板作为装饰材料在市场上应用已经十分广泛,仅仅起到装饰的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于改进现有技术之缺点而提供一种光触媒杀菌石膏天花板。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取以下设计方案:光触媒杀菌石膏天花板是以石膏天花板基材,用纳米光触媒材料为触媒剂,混以其它辅料,利用光触媒反应进行自清洁的一种新型装饰材料。
光触媒杀菌石膏天花板成分重量组分配比:
水1;石膏粉1.4;发泡剂0.01;护面纸0.5;玉米淀粉0.01。
光触媒反应是通过紫外线的能量激发TiO2而引起的反应,TiO2在吸太阳光或照明光源中的紫外线后,在紫外线能量的激发下,表面电子被激发而飞出,会产生具有超强氧化能力的正穴,而电子又具有超强的还原能力,与空气中的水气反应后生成氧离子和OH自由基(O、HO),具有极强氧化作用的活性氧、氢氧自由基能将有害有机物、污染物臭气、细菌等有害物质分解成无害的二氧化碳和水,因此具有抗菌、杀菌、除臭、无毒性、亲水性、自洁性等特征,是一种理想的环保装饰材料。
本发明的优点是:空气净化:二氧化钛受光照后能生成氢氧自由基,与空气中的有机物反应生成无毒的无机物,能有效分解甲醛、苯、氨气等有害物质及装修和日常生活产生的有害气体。能将有害气体转化二氧化碳和水,起到净化空气的作用。
杀菌:TiO2的超强氧化能力可破环空气中细菌的细胞膜,使细菌质流失至死亡,凝固病毒的蛋白质,抑制病毒的活性,对浮游于空气中的大肠杆菌等有很强的杀菌功效,且对于引发气喘,过敏性疾病的罪魁祸首——尘螨,可完全除去。在杀菌的同时还能有效分解细菌死体上释放的有害复合物。
防霉、防污:由于其超强的亲水性能,可以防止油污,灰尘的产生,能保持清洁、干净、卫生。
具体实施方式
实施例1:本发明光触媒杀菌石膏天花板成分重量组分配比:
水1;石膏粉1.4;发泡剂0.01;护面纸0.5;粘结剂0.01;
以石膏天花板基材,混以其它辅料,其它辅料的成分有发泡剂,临沂师范学院科技实验厂生产,有粘结剂为腾州市恒仁淀粉有限公司生产的玉米淀粉,将纳米光触媒涂层覆着在石膏天花板基材上,成为复合材料石膏天花板基材和纳米光触媒涂层结合在一起。
实施例2:本发明光触媒杀菌石膏天花板成分重量组分配比:
水1;石膏粉1.4;发泡剂0.01;护面纸0.5;粘结剂0.01;
以石膏天花板基材,混以其它辅料,其它辅料的成分有发泡剂,上海花王化学有限公司生产,有粘结剂为山东单县玉米淀粉厂的玉米淀粉,将纳米光触媒涂层覆着在石膏天花板基材上,成为复合材料石膏天花板基材和纳米光触媒涂层结合在一起。
实施例3:本发明光触媒杀菌石膏天花板成分重量组分配比:
水1;石膏粉1.4;发泡剂0.01;护面纸0.5;粘结剂0.01;
以石膏天花板基材,混以其它辅料,其它辅料的成分有发泡剂,大连锦隆化工有限公司生产,有粘结剂为青岛市玉米淀粉厂生产的玉米淀粉,将纳米光触媒涂层覆着在石膏天花板基材上,成为复合材料石膏天花板基材和纳米光触媒涂层结合在一起。
实施例4:上述的覆着为刷涂或喷涂的方法将石膏天花板基材和纳米光触媒涂层结合在一起。

1.一种光触媒杀菌石膏天花板,其特征在于:混以其它辅料,其它辅料的成分为发泡剂、粘结剂,将纳米光触媒涂层覆着在石膏天花板基材上,成为由石膏天花板基材和纳米光触媒涂层结合在一起的复合材料;
成分重量组分配比:
水1;石膏粉1.4;发泡剂0.01;护面纸0.5;粘结剂0.01;
所述的覆着为刷涂或喷涂的方法将石膏天花板基材和纳米光触媒涂层结合在一起。
