技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于燃油泵的连接件,该连接件带有一个用于带有电触头的一个插头的插座,电触头连接燃油泵的电动机和电网。
背景技术
对于当今的汽车的燃油泵,这样的连接件应用于封闭电动机和一个泵级的共同机体,已经在实际应用中为人们所熟知。电触头通过装配于连接件上的密封唇进行装配和紧固。如此就使由燃油泵产生的供油压力被连接件承受并且传输给供油管的连接管。已知连接件的缺点是安装起来费力。另外,在电触头的安装过程中会损坏由塑料构成的连接件。
在实际应用中还已知一种连接件,插头被连接件的塑料挤压包封。这同样要求一个非常费力的连接件制造过程。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的问题是设计上述形式的连接件,使连接件的制造与装配过程特别简单。
按照本发明如此解决该问题,插头和/或连接件在其彼此紧靠的区域由一种能与燃油一起膨胀的材料制造而成并且在涌动状态插头的部分区域与插座相互紧挨着密封地靠在一起。
通过这种结构设计,按照本发明的连接件既不需要一个密封环用于插头的密封也不需要插头的挤压包封来使其相对于按照本发明的连接件的相邻零件密封。因此,按照本发明的连接件可以特别简单的制造,并有效避免对密封面区域的损害。
为了进一步的简化按照本发明的连接件的制造过程,插头具有一个环绕的棱边并且以过渡配合或者过盈配合的方式安装在插座的凹槽里。
根据本发明的另一个有利方案,插座和插头具有相互对应的定位机构,因此在塑料膨胀之前,插头的预装配特别简单。该定位机构因此用作插头的辅助安装工具。
因为当按照本发明的连接件安装在燃油泵上时,燃油压力只会从一侧施加到插头上,如果插头和插座的密封面基本上是平的或者漏斗形的,就以简单的方式确保插头相对于插座的可靠的密封性。密封面安置的合适的时候,插头靠在插座上的预紧力随着燃油泵内压力的升高而提高。
在实际应用中为人们所熟知的连接件具有一个嵌入的金属轴承套筒用于支承燃油泵的发动机轴。而为了进一步简化按照本发明的连接件的装配,在插座旁边安置一个杯状的凹槽,该凹槽是轴承孔用于直接支承电动机的一个轴。不再需要在按照本发明的连接件上嵌入并紧固一个单独制造的轴承套筒。
如果在插座旁边安置两个用于与插头连接的电动机电刷的导轨,则可以很容易地使多个零部件集成在按照本发明的连接件上。
按照本发明的连接件特别经济的以注塑法用塑料制造而成并且注塑模具可以轻松的轴向脱模,只要插座、导轨和杯状凹槽相互平行安置。
按照本发明的另一个优选的方案,插头具有一个塑料外壳并且该塑料外壳包围着通向电刷的电导线与电触头的连接处,由此可靠地避免与电导线连接处的腐蚀。
如果一个伸出插头的接地导线连接到连接件的一个底部的棱边,该棱边用于与电动机的机体相连,则以特别少的结构上的费用避免了按照本发明的连接件的静电充电。

具体实施方式
图1显示带有一个由电动机1驱动的燃油汽车的泵级2的燃油泵,该燃油泵还带有一个固定于机体3上的连接件4。连接件4具有一个连接管5用于一个通向汽车内燃机的供油管。此外,连接件4具有用于燃油泵的电动机1的电触头6。
图2以局部剖面图的形式放大显示连接件4。电触头6安装在插头7上。插头7具有一个塑料外壳8,该塑料外壳具有突出其外的扼流圈9,插头7还具有用于图1中电动机1的一个集电极的两个电刷10。电刷10在连接件4的长形导轨中移动并且借助于弹性零件在图1所示电动机1方向上施加预紧力。插头7由定位机构11固定在连接件的一个插座12里并且以棱边13穿过连接件4的凹槽14。此外,连接件4在它的中心具有杯状的凹槽15用于直接支承电动机1的一个轴。接地线16从插头7直到连接件4的下部棱边。
图3放大显示了插头7的棱边13区域和连接件4的凹槽14。在此可以看出,插头7的塑料外壳8与连接件4直接接触。此外,棱边13和凹槽14***头7和连接件4的平坦密封面17、18所环绕。在通过图1中示出的燃油泵输送燃油过程中,在机体3的内部产生过压,该过压作用到插头7上并且使密封面17、18相互预紧。
插头7的棱边13和连接件4由一种能与燃油一起膨胀的塑料制成并且具有一个过渡配合或者过盈配合。从而插头7为装配而插到连接件4的插座12中去,一直到定位机构11将插头7固定到位。在此,要求插头7的棱边13到达连接件4的凹槽14。在与燃油接触的时候,棱边13和凹槽14膨大并且因而使插头7相对连接件4密封。

Claims (9)

1.用于燃油泵的连接件,该连接件带有一个用于带有电触头的一个插头的插座,电触头连接燃油泵的电动机和电网,其特征在于,插头(7)和/或连接件(4)在其彼此紧靠的区域由一种能与燃油一起膨胀的材料制造而成并且插头(7)的部分区域与插座(12)相互紧挨着密封地靠在一起。
2.按照权利要求1的连接件,其特征在于,插头(7)具有一个环绕的棱边(13)并且以过渡配合或者过盈配合的方式安装在插座(12)的凹槽(14)里。
3.按照权利要求1或2的连接件,其特征在于,插座(12)和插头(7)具有相互对应的定位机构(11)。
4.按照权利要求1或2的连接件,其特征在于,插头(7)和插座(12)的密封面(17,18,19,20)基本上是平的或者漏斗形的。
5.按照权利要求1或2的连接件,其特征在于,在插座(12)旁边安置一个杯状的凹槽(15),该凹槽是轴承孔用于直接支承电动机的一个轴。
6.按照权利要求1或2的连接件,其特征在于,在插座(12)旁边安置两个用于与插头(7)连接的电动机(1)电刷(10)的导轨。
7.按照权利要求1或2的连接件,其特征在于,插座(12)、导轨和杯状凹槽(15)平行安置。
8.按照权利要求1或2的连接件,其特征在于,插头(7)具有一个塑料外壳(8)并且该塑料外壳(8)包围着通向电刷(10)的电导线与电触头(6)的连接处。
9.按照权利要求1或2的连接件,其特征在于,一个伸出插头(7)的接地导线(16)连接到连接件(4)的一个下部棱边,该棱边用于与电动机(1)的机体(3)相连。
