Abstract

Copolímero que contiene cationes multivalentes derivado de uno o más ácidos etilénicamente insaturados. El copolímero tiene las siguientes características: (a) una viscosidad intrínseca de al menos alrededor de 3 dl/g cuando se mide en una solución de NaCl 1 M a 25 °C; (b) se deriva de una mezcla de monómeros que comprende un ácido etilénicamente insaturado y al menos un comonómero; y (c) un contenido de comonómero residual de menos de 1000 ppm cuando el comonómero es una acrilamida.
