Abstract

<p>La invención se refiere a un método y a una cisposición para operar un horno metalúrgico (4). El método comprende una etapa de alimentación y una etapa de control de temperatura para controlar la temperatura de una capa de metal fundido (1) y de una capa de escoria (2) en el espacio del horno (3) del horno metalúrgico (4). La etapa de control de temperatura comprende una primera etapa de medición para medir la temperatura de escoria (T escoria), una segunda etapa de medición para medir la temperatura líquidos de la escoría (T líquidos de escoria) y una etapa de cálculo para calcular una temperatura de sobrecalentamlento (T sobrecalentamiento) al calcular la diferencia de temperatura entre la temperatura de la escoria (T escoria) Y la temperatura liquidos de escoria (T líquidos de escoria). En caso de que la temperatura calculada de recalentamiento (T recalentamiento) se encuentre fuera de un rango predefinido de temperatura de recalentamiento (T recalentamiento establecida), el método comprende una etapa de ajuste para ajustar la temperatura real de sobrecalentamiento.
