Neueruug an Kämmaschinen. Den,Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfin dung bildet eine neue Anordnung der Zirku- larbürsten an Kämmaschinen für Gespinst- fasern, insbesondere für Baumwolle.
Die bisherige Anordnung bedingt einer seits einen starken Verbrauch der Bürsten in folge der Berührung mit den auf den Kamm walzen angeordneten Riffelsegmenten und j# tz anderseits verursacht sie Rillen auf diesen Segmenten infolge der Reibung.
Der Erfindungsgegeinstand beseitigt diese Übelstände, indem gemäss demselben die Zirkularbürste so angeordnet wird, dass sie das Riffel- oder auch glatt polierte Ausfüll- "egment nicht berührt.
Aus der Reihe der verschiedenen möglichen Ausführungsformen, die alle diese Wirkung haben, sei die folgende erwähnt: Die um laufende Reinigungsbürste ist auf Schwing armen angeordnet und wird durch eine Fe der in der Arbeitslage gehalten. Auf der Welle der Kammwalze ist eine Daumenscheibe angeordnet, welche derart auf die die Zir- hularbürste tragenden Schwingarme einwirkt, dass die Bürste -,##,ährencl des Durchganges des Riffelsegmentes von demselben entfernt ist.
Durch die Beseitigung der Reibung zwischen Zirkularbürste und Riffelsegment kann eine Ersparnis von bis zu<B>60</B> '/o der Antriebskraft für die Bürsten erzielt werden. Dadurch wird ermöglicht, die ZwiscUenräder, welche die Bürste antreiben, wegzulassen und sie durch zwei Triebrädchen und eine Kette zu ersetzen.
Auf der Zeichnung ist die erwähnte Aus führungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes in zwei F iguren dargestellt, und zwar ist Fig. <B>1</B> eine Vorderansicht, Fig. 2 eine Seitenansicht des Gegenstandes.
<B>1</B> bezeieltnet eine Walze mit einem Zir- kularkamm 2 und dem Riffelsegment <B>3.</B> Auf der Welle 4 dieser Walze ist eine Daumen scheibe<B>5</B> derart angeordnet, dass der Daumen in Bogenlänge<B>-</B>und Stellung dem<B>-</B> Riffel- segment <B>3</B> entspricht.<B>6</B> ist eine Zirkular- bürste, die auf der Welle<B>7</B> angeordnet ist;
-letztere ist mit jedem Ende drehbar in einem Schwingarm<B>8</B> gelagert, der seinerseits dreh bar an einer am Maschinengestell befestigten Achse<B>10</B> gelagert ist und durch eine Feder<B>9</B> in der Arbeitslage gehalten wird. Jeder der Schwingarme<B>8</B> trägt einen Ansatz<B>11,</B> an weIlchem eine Rolle<B>12</B> drehbar angeordnet ist. Entsprechend der Abnützung der Bürste kann die Entfernuno- dieser Rolle von der Welle<B>7</B> vermittelst einer Regulierschraube vergrössert oder verkleinert werden; die Rolle 12 wird durch den Zug der Feder<B>9</B> in dauernder Be rührung mit der Daumenscheibe<B>5</B> gehalten.
Entsprechend dem Profil dieser Daumen scheibe wird die Bürste<B>6</B> während des Vor- beig,anges des Riffelsegmentes <B>3</B> von der Walze<B>1</B> entfernt gehalten. Hierdurch wird, wie bereits erwähnt, eine beträchtliche Ver minderung des Bürstenverbrauches, Vermei dung der Beschädigung der Riffelsegmente und eine Ersparnis an Antriebskraft erzielt.
Die Arbeitsweise des Kammes ist unver- ä dert geblieben, denn im erforderlichen Augenbliek. wird unter Einwirkung der Fe der<B>9</B> die Bürste der Welle 4 genähert und wirkt in der gewünschten Weise mit dem Kamme zusammen.
Der Erfindungsgegenstand kann nicht nur an Kämmaschinen der Bauart "Heilmann", sondern bei allen ähnlichen in der Textil- ind-Listrie gebräuchlichen Maschinen in An wendung, gebracht werden.

The subject matter of the invention eliminates these inconveniences in that the circular brush is arranged according to the same so that it does not touch the corrugated or smoothly polished filler "segment.
From the number of different possible embodiments, all of which have this effect, the following should be mentioned: The cleaning brush running around is arranged on swinging arms and is held by a spring in the working position. This makes it possible to omit the intermediate wheels that drive the brush and to replace them with two drive wheels and a chain.

Corresponding to the profile of this thumb disk, the brush <B> 6 </B> is held away from the roller <B> 1 </B> while the corrugated segment <B> 3 </B> is passing. As a result, as already mentioned, a considerable reduction in brush consumption, avoidance of damage to the corrugated segments and a saving in drive force is achieved.
The way in which the comb works has remained unchanged because it is in the required eye-sight. the brush is brought closer to the shaft 4 under the action of the feet of <B> 9 </B> and interacts with the comb in the desired manner.
The subject of the invention can be applied not only to combing machines of the "Heilmann" type, but also to all similar machines commonly used in the textile industry.
