Description
Kernmodell für die Herstellung von Zementrühren. Modelle zur Gestaltung der innern Foren an Zementröhren haben bekanntlich 1@Iecha- nisinen, welche dazu dienen, diese nach er folgter Abbindung des Zementes zu verklei- nern, um sie aus dem erzeugten Zementrohre herausziehen zu können.
Diese Mechanismen sind aber, besonders bei 5 und mehr Meter langen Eisenbeton röhren von kleinem Durchmesser sehr schWie- rig in die Modelle einzubauen. Bei dauern- (lein Gebrauch entstehen der Längsfuge ent- lang Überzähne und Auseinanderklaffungen. Ebenso hat die Erfahrung gezeigt. dass mit der Zeit Deformationen der ursprünglichen Kreisform eintreten.
Zweck der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es nun. alle diese llüngel zu beseitigen und zu ein Kernmodell zu schaffen. welches ilen weitgehensten Anforderungen bezüglich Präzision der kreisrunden Form und der Ge- radlinigkeit entspricht.
Zudem soll a.ucli er reicht werden. class dieses neue Modell cleri starken Beanspruchungen durch die Rohr maschine und durch den Abtransport von der letzteren, unter Belastung der frisch erzeug- ten Zementröhre, erhöhten Widerstand leiten kann.
Erfincluiig#geniäss besteht das Kernmodell aus einem fugenlosen, präzis gezogenen oder abgedrehten Eisenrohr, welches mit einem leicht schmelzbaren Stoff überzogen ist.
