<tb>La fig. 1<sep>est une vue partielle en plan côté cadran de cette pièce d'horlogerie, représentant le mécanisme de verrouillage de la répétition en position désactivée;
The present invention relates to a timepiece comprising a winding stem and setting time axially movable between at least one winding position and a time setting position and a manual control member a rack of a recurring striking mechanism.
In timepieces with repeated ringing, any triggering of the buzzer during the time setting is likely to cause major damage because the cams or snails of the striking mechanism are integral with the carrying roadway the minute hand. As a result, any movement of the roadway causes that of the cams or sniffs of the buzzer while the probes of the striking mechanism are engaged with these cams or snails to take the information relating to the hours, quarters and minutes to ring. It results from this displacement of the roadway while these probes are engaged with the striking cams of the important damages of the feelers and the cams.
It has been proposed in EP 1 429 214 a mechanism for preventing setting the time during the ringing a ringing repeatedly. However, this mechanism is inoperative to prevent ringing during the time setting.
[0004] A mechanism capable of fulfilling both functions has been described in EP 1 760 551. This mechanism relates to a timepiece with a large ring and repetition and not to a repetition mechanism in which the ringing is not possible. triggered only at the request by a lever that causes, by the movement of a rack, the arming of a spring triggering at the same time the striking mechanism. In the case of the big ring and repetition, a cam kinematically connected to the winding stem serves to prevent the movement of the triggering member of the ring.
In this case, the striking mechanism is driven by the ringing spring constantly armed to ring the hour passing as well as on demand (repetition) and not by a spring manually armed by the rack arm who will push the rack to toothed sector of the rehearsal mechanism. The triggering of the repetition of the great ring is therefore only to act on the trigger mechanism, without acting on a rack.
On the contrary in the repetition mechanism, it is not enough to block a single push, it must neutralize the rack to prevent its training and therefore the arming of the spring of the repetition.
The object of the present invention is to allow the blocking of a repetition during the time setting.
For this purpose, this invention relates to a timepiece of the aforementioned type comprising a mechanism for locking the rack and a kinematic connection between the winding stem and the locking mechanism, to activate this locking mechanism, when the winding stem is in the time setting position.
The accompanying drawings illustrate, schematically and by way of example, an embodiment of the timepiece object of the invention.
<tb> Fig. 1 <sep> is a partial plan view on the dial side of this timepiece, showing the locking mechanism of the repetition in the deactivated position;
<tb> fig. 2 <sep> is the same view as fig. 1, showing the locking mechanism in the activated position.
Figs. 1 and 2 illustrate a timepiece with a rehearsal mechanism. Since this mechanism is of a completely conventional design, only the elements necessary for understanding the invention have been represented. We see in these figures a winding mechanism and time setting essentially comprising a sliding pinion 1 slidably mounted on a winding and setting rod W, a rocker 2 in mesh with a groove of the sliding pinion 1 and whose displacement is controlled by a pull rod 3 which usually comprises a stud (not visible) engaged in a groove of the winding stem W, so that the angular position of the pull rod around its pivot axis (not shown)
is a function of the axial position of the winding stem W and moves the rocker 2 when it is moved outward in the time setting position.
This puller 3 further comprises a stud 3a engaged in a notch formed at one end of a rocker 4 pivotally mounted around a fixing screw to reach 5. This rocker is the kinematic transmission of the axial position of the rod W winding mechanism with locking mechanism. The other end of the rocker 4 is engaged with a locking lever 6 pivotally mounted around a support surface in a circular arc 6a. A return spring 7 tends to hold the locking lever 6 against a stop 9.
This locking lever 6 has a semicircular notch 6b at its end opposite to that which is engaged with the latch 4. This notch 6b is intended to engage with a locking pin 8a of the rack 8 of the repetition mechanism, pivotally mounted about an axis 8b. This rack 8 is integral with an arm 8c for rotating the rack 8 in the direction of clockwise to arm the spring of the repetition (not shown) and trigger the repetition mechanism.
In the time setting position illustrated in FIG. 2, the stud 3a of the pull tab 3 has pivoted the rocker 4 around the span screw 5, so that its end engaged with the locking lever 6 has moved this lever 6, bringing its semicircular notch 6a in taken with the locking pin 8a of the rack 8, so that the latter can no longer pivot about its pivot axis 8b, thus preventing any triggering of the repetition while the winding mechanism and time setting is in the time setting position.
