The invention relates to a power tool with a driven by a motor, a rotation axis having drive shaft for driving a arranged in the power tool and tool with a clutch in the drive shaft. The coupling has a first coupling element with a plurality of rotationally symmetrically offset axial recesses, which have an axis of rotation intersecting, arranged on a radius symmetry axis, and a second coupling element with a plurality of rotationally symmetrically offset, a cam axis of symmetry having axial cams. The axial cams of the second coupling element can be coupled in a torque-transmitting manner via a contact surface with the axial recesses of the first coupling element.
In portable power tools, such as e.g. Chisel or hammer drills, a coupling is provided for the switching off and on of a striking mechanism. If, for example, a borehole is to be bored only with a rotary drive of a tool clamped in the hand tool, the coupling elements are displaced axially relative to one another via a lever mechanism, thus interrupting the flow of power from the motor to the striking mechanism, so that the motor drives only the rotary drive of the hand tool , To re-energize the impact mechanism, the lever mechanism is actuated again, wherein the axial cams are coupled with the Axialausnehmungen torque transmitting. To engage the axial cams during the switching process in the Axialausnehmungen a certain play in the direction of rotation is required so that the parts do not jam.
Such a hand tool machine is known for example from US 3 430 709.
A disadvantage of the known solution is that the axial cam abruptly comes into contact with the connection of the impact mechanism with a radially outer edge of the axial recess. In this area occurs mostly an increased notch effect, which leads to significant wear marks after a short period of use of the device. This wear can lead to premature failure of the clutch and thus the hand tool.
The object of the invention is to provide a hand tool with a clutch, wherein the clutch has a long service life and therefore the cost of maintenance of the power tool is reduced.
The object is solved by the features of the independent claim. Advantageous developments are set forth in the dependent claims.
According to the invention, the cam axis of symmetry of each axial cam is arranged in a circumferential direction at the same distance from the axis of rotation.
Since the cam axis of symmetry of each axial cam incongruent to a radius extending from the axis of rotation, d. H. is not congruent or not coaxial, the contact surface between the axial recess of the first coupling element and the axial cam of the second coupling element extends in the engaged state of the coupling elements exclusively over a radially inner region of the axial recess. As a result, the edge surface of the axial cam, which transmits the force in the engaged state of the clutch from the second coupling element to the first coupling element, spaced from the radially outer region of the axial recess whose wall. For locking the axial cams during the switching operation in the Axialausnehmungen a certain play in the direction of rotation is provided so that the parts do not jam.
In almost new condition of the clutch, a substantially linear contact takes place first, which forms due to the existing surface pressure with time to a flat contact. Since more material of the first coupling element than in the radially outer region is available in the radially inner region of the axial recess, the forces that occur can be reliably taken over. The service life and thus the possible number of switching cycles of the clutch are significantly increased compared to the hand tool machines with known couplings.
Advantageously, the axial recess has an axially oriented height, a radially oriented length and a width oriented perpendicular thereto, wherein the width of the axial recess defining Ausnehmungswandabschnitte are arranged parallel to the Ausnehmungsachse. With this embodiment of the axial recess, an advantageous introduction of the forces occurring in the first coupling element is ensured.
Advantageously, the axial cam has an axially oriented height, a radially inwardly outwardly radially oriented length and a perpendicular to this oriented width, wherein the width of the axial cam limiting cam wall sections are arranged parallel to the radial axis. With this non-circular configuration of the axial cam, an advantageous introduction of the forces occurring is ensured in the first, the axial recess having coupling element. Under a non-circular axial cam is understood in this context, an axial cam, which has no circular configuration in the axial cross-section. The axial cam has in the axial cross-section, optionally provided with rounded edges, polygonal or oval configuration.
Preferably, the cam axis of symmetry is arranged offset parallel to a radius extending from the axis of rotation, wherein the offset is provided in the circumferential direction or in the direction of rotational force of the drive shaft. This arrangement ensures that the contact surface between the axial cam and the axial recess comes to rest in the engaged state of the coupling elements in the radially inner region of the axial recess. Alternatively, the cam axis of symmetry may be arranged at an angle to the corresponding radius.
Preferably, the cam axis of symmetry is offset by 0.05 mm to 1 mm to the radius. Particularly advantageously, the cam axis of symmetry of the axial cam is arranged offset by 0.1 mm to 0.5 mm to the radius.

Basically, the same parts are provided with the same reference numerals in the figures.
In Fig. 1 a hammer drill is shown as a power tool 11 with hammer mechanism 21, which has a tool holder 15 for a tool 20. The hand tool 11 can drive the tool 20 rotating and beating or only rotating.
An output shaft 12 of the motor 13 generates via a first gear 14, the rotary drive for the tool. Via a second gear 16, a two-part, a rotation axis R having drive shaft 17 is driven by the output shaft 12 of the motor 13, which has an eccentric disc 18 with an eccentric pin 19. At the eccentric pin 19, a connecting rod 22 is provided, which is connected at the other end with an exciter piston 23 of the percussion mechanism 21 for a reciprocating drive thereof.
In the drive shaft 17, a coupling 30 is provided for switching off and on the percussion mechanism 21, which has a first coupling element 31 and a second coupling element 41. Via a lever 26, the second coupling element 41 against a spring 27 is axially displaceable.
The second coupling element 41 is shown in detail in Figures 2 to 4. The second coupling element 41 has three about an axis of rotation R of the drive shaft 17 and thus the clutch 30 rotationally symmetrically offset, a cam axis of symmetry 44 having axial cam 42. From the axis of rotation R three radii 43 extend in a threefold rotational symmetry, which are each offset by 120 ° relative to one another. The cam axis of symmetry 44 is arranged offset in the rotational direction D of the drive shaft 17 by an offset V of 0.2 mm parallel to the radius 43, so that the cam axis of symmetry 44 of each axial cam 42 is arranged in a circumferential direction at the same distance from the axis of rotation R. The cam symmetry axis 44 and the corresponding radius 43 are incongruent with each other.
The axial cams 42 each have an axially oriented height H, a radially oriented length L and a width B oriented perpendicular thereto, wherein the width B of the axial cam 42 delimiting cam wall portions 45 parallel to the cam axis of symmetry 44 and in this example also parallel to the radius 43 are arranged. The two radially inner axial edges of each axial cam 42 are each rounded. Each axial cam 42 has at one axial end 46 in regions a second spiral surface 47 with a pitch of 1 mm to 5 mm, advantageously of 2 mm. The transition line 48 from the second spiral surface 47 into an end face 49 of the axial end 46 extending radially with respect to the axis of rotation R encloses an angle U of 2 ° to 10 °, advantageously 5 °, with the radial axis 43 ,
In Figures 5 and 6, the first coupling element 31 is shown. The first coupling element 31 has three about an axis of rotation R of the drive shaft 17 and thus the clutch 30 rotationally symmetrically offset arranged axial recesses 32 which have the axis of rotation R intersecting and arranged on a radius symmetry axis 33. The axes of symmetry 33 are each offset by 120 °. The Axialausnehmungen 32 each have an axially oriented depth T, a radially oriented length M and a perpendicular to this oriented width C, wherein the width C of the axial recess 42 bounding Ausnehmungswandabschnitte 45 are arranged parallel to the axis of symmetry 33.
The first coupling element 31 has adjacent to the Axialausnehmungen 32 at an axial end face 36 each extending from the axis of symmetry 33 over an angular range W of 40 ° to 90 °, preferably 75 °, extending first spiral surface 37 on. The first spiral surface 37 has a pitch of 1 mm to 5 mm, advantageously 2 mm. Preferably, the pitch of the first spiral surface 37 of the first coupling element 31 corresponds to the pitch of the second spiral surface 47 of the axial cam 42 on the second coupling element 41. The transition line 38 from the first spiral surface 37 into a plane 39 aligned radially with the axis of rotation R is the axial end surface 36 of the first Coupling element 31 is radially oriented relative to the axis of rotation R.
7, an axial cam 42 and an axial recess 32 in the torque transmitting, engaged state of the clutch 30 is shown with reference to the schematic sketch. As can be seen in this illustration, the contact surface K, due to the cam symmetry axis 44 arranged incongruently to the corresponding radius 43, extends exclusively over a radially inner region of the axial recess 32 in this operating state of the coupling 30. The radially outer region of the axial recess 32 increases in size Gap between the axial cam 42 and the axial recess 32 increasingly.
