Description

Beispielsweise aus der DE-PS 25 51 125 ist ein Werkzeughalter für Handwerkzeugmaschinen bekannt, wobei sich in den Werkzeughalter Werkzeuge einsetzen lassen, die beispielsweise zwei axial geschlossene Verriegelungsnuten und zwei zur rückwärtigen Stimseite hin offene Drehmitnahmenuten aufweisen. Bei den hier vor allem in Betracht kommenden Handwerkzeugmaschinen handelt es sich überwiegend um Bohrhämmer, Kombihämmer und Meisselhämmer. Diese Handwerkzeugmaschinen übertragen damit auf das im Werkzeughalter eingesetzte Werkzeug wie Bohrer oder Meissel zumeist sowohl eine Dreh- als auch eine Schlagbewegung. Nachdem die für die Übertragung des Drehmomentes massgebenden Mitnehmer Teil der Aufnahmehülse sind, erfolgt eine Relatiwerschiebung zwischen dem Werkzeug und den Mitnehmem, wobei zusätzlich noch das Drehmoment auf die Mitnehmer einwirkt. Somit entsteht an den Berührungsflächen zwischen Mitnehmer und Werkzeug eine ausserordentlich hohe Reibung, welche zu einem starken Verschleiss sowohl der Mitnehmer als auch der entsprechenden Bereiche am Werkzeug führt.
