Detailed illustration of the invention
Bottles of any size, content of a drink, beer, juice, mineral drinks of all kinds or wine made of glass, clay or plastic, are separated horizontally into bottleneck and bottle body before being used as a beverage transporter, on any height to be defined by the producer, or already in two Produces units which can be connected to each other again by a rotary, pressure, adhesive or clamp closure or with insertion of an intermediate piece, with the aim of defining another purpose of the bottle bottom and re-use it as a beverage glass.
At the bottleneck and on the bottle body or where they have been separated, a rotary, pressure, clamping or adhesive closure is attached, which, if provided, an intermediate piece of pet, glass, rubber, plastic or metal, in turn, a direct makes tight connection between the bottle neck and bottle body, so the corresponding counterpart to the closure bottleneck and bottle body and thus in turn allows the transport of drinks through the bottle and passes in this form to the consumer. The intermediate piece or the connection between the bottle neck and the bottle body, however, must be provided so that this provides for a further manual separation of the bottle body and bottle neck.
The closure attached to the bottle body to the intermediate piece or directly to the bottle neck is intended to be a processing which in no way constitutes a possibility of injury when the intermediate piece is removed from the bottle body. The consumer thus has the opportunity, after or during the consumption of his beverage from such a bottle, to carry out the process of separating the bottle body and the bottle neck again by separating the intermediate piece, if provided, or the bottle neck directly from the bottle body. The intended use of the original bottle body thus changes and this is the beverage glass. The intermediate piece, if provided, remaining at the bottleneck is likewise separated from the neck of the bottle and both elements are sent for recycling.
The glass remaining at the consumer or third party, formerly the bottle body, is thus assigned the life cycle of a conventional beverage glass. Through this process, the consumer gains a direct advantage by directly receiving a glass when purchasing a beverage in such a bottle. The beverage industry eliminates the cost of their glassware, which they provide their products to the catering trade and the consumer, which significantly outweigh the production process of such bottles. The environment is relieved, on the one hand, by the reduced bottles for recycling and the reduced production of drinks glasses. Aufzählung der Zeichnungen page 1, drawing 1: bottle bottom resp.
Glass, separate from bottleneck, as well as connecting adapter, which can reconnect bottle bottom, glass and bottleneck, unless a direct connection provided. Page 2, drawing 2: shows a bottle, which forms a unit, through the now attached intermediate piece. Embodiment of the invention
Prior to their use as a beverage transporter, bottles of any size 1 and of any material are horizontally separated in bottleneck 7 and bottle body 8 or already produced in two units which can be connected to one another directly by a closure or by inserting an intermediate piece. At the bottleneck and at the bottle body or where they have been separated, 5 and 6, any closure is attached 3, which directly or through an intermediate piece, if provided, from some material, again a direct tight connection between the bottle neck and bottle body manufactures, ie the corresponding counterpart 2 and 4 for closure bottleneck and bottle body and so in turn allows the beverage transport through the bottle 1.
The intermediate piece 3 or the direct connection between the bottle neck and bottle body, however, must be provided so that this provides for a further manual separation of bottle body and bottle neck. The closure attached to the bottle body to the intermediate piece 3 and 4, if provided, or directly to the bottleneck, should be a processing which in any way represents a possibility of injury when removing the intermediate piece from the bottle body 8. The consumer thus has, after or during the consumption of his beverage from such a bottle, the opportunity to carry out the separation process of the bottle body 8 and bottle neck 7 again by separating the intermediate piece 3 with the bottle neck 7 or the bottle neck directly from the bottle body 8.
The intended use of the original bottle body 8 thus changes and this becomes the beverage glass 8. The, if provided, remaining on the bottleneck 7 intermediate piece 3 is also separated from the bottle neck 7 and fed both elements for recycling. The remaining at the consumer or third glass 8, formerly bottle body, thus the life cycle of a conventional beverage glass 8 is assigned.
