The invention relates to a security fitting according to the preamble of independent claim 1.
Security fittings of this type are known for example from DE-OS 3 105 201, DE-OS 2 756 542 or DE-GM 7 515 959.
The invention has for its object to provide a security fitting of this type, which is easier to assemble with a higher security value.
The object is achieved by the invention according to claim 1. The protective sleeve is fixed in the pre-assembly on the lock cylinder so that during assembly it can be inserted together with the lock cylinder in the rosette or in the long plate, which considerably simplifies the assembly. An adjustment of the lock cylinder is no longer necessary and there are fewer individual parts.
In the fitting according to the invention as claimed in claim 5, the two recesses can in each case be made to cover by rotating the rosette by less than 180 °. The distance from the outside of the door is therefore less than half the pitch even in unfavorable cases. Since the protective sleeve now engages both in the recess of the threaded cylinder and in the recess of the rosette, the rosette or the long plate is additionally secured against violent rotation.
The development according to claim 3 effectively prevents both a boring of the locking cylinder and a pulling of the rotor by means of a puller.
An advantageous mounting of the locking cylinder in the protective sleeve is achieved in a simple manner by the spacer sleeve according to claim 4.
An embodiment of the invention is explained below with reference to the drawings. Show it:
1a is a vertical section through a door part, with a built-in mortise lock with lock cylinder and rosette,
Fig. 1b is a front view of the rosette with protective sleeve and protective disc, and
Fig. 2 shows a double cylinder and exploded parts of the security fitting in section.
As shown in FIG. 1a, the door 1 has a recess 2a, into which a conventional mortise lock 2 is inserted. In a known manner, a holding plate 4 is inserted into the recess, which is brazed or welded to a threaded cylinder 8. The threaded cylinder carries an external thread with a preferably small pitch. The threaded cylinder 8 also has a continuous recess 8b, which corresponds to the cross section of a protective sleeve 10. The cross section of the protective sleeve 10 is, as can be seen from FIG. 1b, non-circular, so that it is inserted into the threaded cylinder, but cannot be rotated therein.
A protective disk 12 made of hardened steel and a slotted spacer sleeve 11 and a locking cylinder 6 are inserted into the protective sleeve 10 from the rear. The locking cylinder 6 is here a double cylinder with a cock profile, but this can also have a different profile or be a so-called half cylinder. The protective disk 12 has a slot 18 for inserting the key shaft and is rotated with the key when the lock is actuated. The spacer sleeve is located behind the protective disk 12 and is adapted to the cross-sectional profile of the locking cylinder 6 and the recess 20 in the upper region in each case.
The locking cylinder 6, the spacer sleeve 11 and the protective sleeve 10 have bores 23, 17 and 16 in which the pins 21 are inserted, so that these parts are firmly connected to one another. The bores 23, 17 and 16 are set such that the cylinder 6 is adjusted in the axial direction with respect to the parts 6, 11 and 10. The protective sleeve 10 is additionally fixed to the locking cylinder 6 by a pin 22. This pin 22 is inserted through a bore 13 in the lower part 14 of the lock cylinder 6 and through bores in the protective sleeve 10.
The protective sleeve 10 is inserted into the recess 8b of the threaded cylinder 8 and into a recess 9 of a rosette 3 screwed onto the threaded cylinder 8. The recess 9 is adapted to the cross-sectional profile of the protective sleeve 10, so that the protective sleeve 10 with the locking cylinder 6 can be inserted into the lock from the outside of the door, but the rosette 3 cannot be rotated without additional fastening. The locking cylinder 6 used is secured in the usual way by a forend screw engaging in a threaded bore 5.
So that the locking cylinder 6 can be inserted into the lock, the recesses 8b and 9 must be aligned by turning the rosette 3. This is possible in each case at least with a rotation of less than 180 °, since the recess 9 is rotationally symmetrical with respect to a rotation of the rosette 3 by 180 °. A square recess is also conceivable, for example, so that the rosette 3 is aligned after each rotation by 90 °. The distance between the back of the rosette 3 and a rosette attached to the outside of the door is therefore less than half the pitch of the thread 8a, even in the worst case.
