BESCHREIBUNG
Fig. 2 einen schematischen Schnitt durch den Ventilator
Fig. 3 eine Vorderansicht des Ventilators
Fig. 4 einen schematischen Vertikalschnitt durch den Behälter
Fig. 5 eine Draufsicht auf den Behälter
DESCRIPTION
The invention relates to a motor vehicle according to the preamble of claim 1.
Municipal vehicles are already known which, together with rotating brushes, suck in dust and smaller wastes and convey them in a container carried along.
However, it is disadvantageous that they are not suitable for taking up large, voluminous amounts of leaves.
The object to be achieved with the invention is to create a road-going motor vehicle which is suitable for picking up large amounts of leaves and other light and voluminous waste materials, has a large capacity and prevents the concomitant air from being jammed as far as possible.
The invention with which this object is achieved results from the features of the characterizing part of patent claim 1.
This makes it possible to effectively remove waste materials, in particular leaves, from streets and squares, the same being compressed in the container without the risk of clogging and congestion for the air which is also conveyed.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the subject of the invention is shown. Show it:
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a motor vehicle according to the invention
Fig. 2 shows a schematic section through the fan
Fig. 3 is a front view of the fan
Fig. 4 is a schematic vertical section through the container
Fig. 5 is a plan view of the container
The road-going motor vehicle 1 has a fan 2 in the form of a suction fan on its front side. This fan 2 is removably attached to the vehicle chassis with the aid of a linkage 20, so that the fan and the associated parts can be easily removed when not in use. A relatively large-volume container 3 is placed and fastened on the tiltable loading bridge 28. The loading bridge 28 can be tilted backwards in a manner known per se.
With the aid of a movable suction pipe 5, the waste materials, in particular leaves or the like, are sucked into the fan 2 and conveyed from there into the interior of the container 3 via a connecting pipe 6 projecting beyond the driver's cab. The suction pipe 5 can either be made relatively long, so that it is od by an operator by hand to the relevant leaf collecting points.
Like. Guided and can be pivoted by the rod 30 with little effort due to the flexibility or flexibility of this tube 5. However, it is also possible to pivot the tube 5 with the aid of a hydraulic adjustment device controlled from the driver's cab 4, so that the waste materials on the floor can be easily absorbed through the mouthpiece 7.
The fan 2 is provided on the inside with an impeller 16 which is driven by a hydraulic motor 18 located behind it or by the power take-off of the motor vehicle. The impeller 16 is driven at a relatively high speed, so that the waste materials sucked in through the suction pipe 5 reach the interior of the container 3 at high speed via the connecting pipe 6 and the inlet connector 7. The waste materials and the entrained air are deflected downward by a deflection plate 14 from the inlet nozzle 7. A coarse-lattice grid 8 is located at a distance from the ceiling of the container 3, so that a horizontal space 9 is formed. The grid 8 does not extend all the way to the rear wall 12. The actual ceiling 15 of the container has the shape of a relatively close-meshed sieve.
Above the ceiling 15 there is a fine-mesh filter 10 made of textile material.
The grid 8 is relatively coarse-meshed, i.e. the mesh size is about 20 x 20 mm. The inlet connector 7 opens below the space 9 but above the center into the interior of the container. At a distance from the rear wall 12, an air-permeable process, preferably a chain curtain 11, which consists of a plurality of vertical, loosely hanging chains, is suspended on the grid 8 or on the ceiling 15. A vertical space 21 is thus located between this chain curtain 11 and the rear wall 12.
which is in flow connection with the horizontal space 9.
The waste materials blown in together with the conveying air settle in the interior of the container 3. Some of the air passes directly through the coarse-mesh grid 8 into the intermediate space 9 and from there through the ceiling 15 designed as a sieve and possibly the textile filter 22 into the environment. Another part of the conveying air inside the container flows between the chain curtain 11 into the vertical space 21 and from there also into the intermediate space 9. The waste materials, such as leaves or the like, are retained either by the grid 8 or by the chain curtain 11 and settle on the bottom of the container 3.
The tests carried out show that with increasing filling of the container, these waste materials form a relatively compact layer.
To empty the container, the locking device 24 is released at the lower end of the rear wall 12 and the loading bridge is tilted backwards, so that the waste material located inside the container 3 can be emptied to the rear.
