Abstract
The housing (1) for a pump/motor unit contains a toothed ring (4) inside which rotates with a rolling action, a toothed pinion (5) meshing with it. Between them is a crescent shaped element (18). Secured to the housing by three equally spaced bolts (16) is an end plate (2). A screw (17) passing through the crescent, also passes through the housing to screw into the end plate. Two screws can be used, at least one screw passing through the high pressure half of the crescent. USE/ADVANTAGE - The housing and end plate for a hydraulic pump motor unit are prevented from bending, ensuring max. efficiency.
Description
BESCHREIBUNG
Pumpen und Motoren gemäss Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 sind allgemein bekannt. Dabei kämmt ein innenverzahnter Laufkranz mit einem Ritzel. Zwischen Laufkranz und Ritzel ist längs eines Teils ihres Umfangs ein sichelförmiger Halbmond zur Abdichtung einer Hochdruckkammer von einer Niederdruckkammer angeordnet. Gehäuse und Deckel sind am Umfang zusammengespannt.
Bei diesen bekannten Pumpen und Motoren wölben sich Gehäuse und Deckel bei hohem Druck etwas aus, was den Maximaldruck begrenzt und den Wirkungsgrad senkt. Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht darin, diesen Nachteil zu beseitigen. Diese Aufgabe wird durch die kennzeichnenden Iblerkmale 1 Anxprochx 1 BdÖSi.
Nachfolgend wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung anhand der Zeichnung beschrieben. Darin zeigt:
Fig. 1 eine Ansicht einer Pumpe mit teilweise weggelassenem Gehäuse, und
Fig. 2 einen Schnitt längs der Linie II-II in Fig. 1.
In Fig. 1 ist auf der linken Seite das Gehäuse 1 weggelassen. Im Gehäuse 1 ist ein innenverzahnter Laufkranz 4 drehbar gelagert. Mit ihm kämmt ein durch Kugeln 8 formschlüssig mit einer Welle 3 verbundenes Ritzel 5. Im Zwischenraum zwischen Ritzel 5 und Laufkranz 4 ist ein Halbmond 18 durch einen in eine ringförmige Nut 20 eines Deckels 2 eingreifenden Vorsprung 19 in seiner Lage fixiert. Deckel 2 und Gehäuse 1 sind durch Spannhülsen 15 zentriert und durch Schrauben 16 zusammengespannt. Stromabwärts vom Halbmond 18 mündet ein Druckanschluss 21.- Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite mündet ein nicht dargestellter Sauganschluss im Gehäuse 1. Die Antriebswelle 3 ist gegenüber dem Dekkel 2 durch einen Dichtungsring 11 abgedichtet. Das Gehäuse 1 und der Deckel 2 sind mittels zusätzlicher Schrauben 17 zusammengespannt, welche den Halbmond 18 durchdringen.
Eine der Schrauben 17 ist in der Mitte, die andere in der dem Druckanschluss 21 zugewandten Hälfte des Halbmondes 18 angeordnet.
Die dargestellte Pumpe lässt sich auch als Motor betreiben, wobei die Schrauben 17 wiederum zweckmässigerweise an der der Hochdruckseite zugewandten Hälfte des Halbmondes angreifen. Der Halbmond 18 kann auch einstückig mit dem Gehäuse 1 oder dem Deckel 2 ausgebildet werden.
DESCRIPTION
Pumps and motors according to the preamble of claim 1 are generally known. An internally toothed running ring meshes with a pinion. A crescent-shaped crescent for sealing a high-pressure chamber from a low-pressure chamber is arranged between the running ring and the pinion along part of its circumference. The housing and cover are clamped together on the circumference.
In these known pumps and motors, the housing and cover bulge somewhat at high pressure, which limits the maximum pressure and lowers the efficiency. The object of the invention is to eliminate this disadvantage. This task is characterized by the characteristic features 1 Anxprochx 1 BdÖSi.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to the drawing. It shows:

In Fig. 1, the housing 1 is omitted on the left side. An internally toothed running ring 4 is rotatably mounted in the housing 1. A pinion 5, which is positively connected to a shaft 3 by balls 8, meshes with it. A crescent 18 is fixed in its position in the space between the pinion 5 and the running ring 4 by a projection 19 engaging in an annular groove 20 of a cover 2. Cover 2 and housing 1 are centered by clamping sleeves 15 and clamped together by screws 16. A pressure connection 21 opens downstream of the crescent moon 18. A suction connection (not shown) opens into the housing 1 on the opposite side. The drive shaft 3 is sealed off from the cover 2 by a sealing ring 11. The housing 1 and the cover 2 are clamped together by means of additional screws 17 which penetrate the crescent 18.
One of the screws 17 is arranged in the middle, the other in the half of the crescent 18 facing the pressure connection 21.
The pump shown can also be operated as a motor, the screws 17 in turn expediently engaging the half of the crescent facing the high pressure side. The crescent 18 can also be formed in one piece with the housing 1 or the cover 2.
