Fig. 1 eine perspektivische, zersprengte Ansicht des erfindungsgemässen Brückenaufbaus mit einem Eckprofil, einem Deckel und zwei Brückenrandprofilen;
Fig. 2 eine perspektivische, zersprengte Ansicht eines an einem Eckprofil angebrachten Bordwandrungenprofils und einem Planengestell;
Fig. 3 eine Draufsicht auf ein Eckprofil mit daran angebrachtem Rungenprofil, einem das Loch des Eckprofils abschliessenden Deckel, der teilweise abgebrochen ist und einem, mit dem Schenkel des Eckprofils verbundenen und auf der Zunge des Deckels aufliegenden Randprofil;
Fig. 4 einen Schnitt entlang der Linie IV-IV der Fig. 3;

The invention relates to a bridge structure for commercial vehicles, with corner and middle profiles, with which bridge edge profiles are connected and to which side wall stanchion profiles can be attached, each corner profile having an open-ended opening being closed from above by a removable cover.
The bridges of commercial vehicles mostly consist of
Aluminum or aluminum alloys. According to the special requests of the vehicle owners, such bridges had to be practically always manufactured as individual versions or the bridges produced in series had to be adapted to the wishes of the vehicle owners.
The invention specified in claim 1 is the
The task is to create a bridge structure for commercial vehicles, which is designed as a modular system. The individual bridge parts produced as kits are intended to enable the vehicle builder to manufacture the bridge structure directly on the vehicle according to his wishes. The assembly of the bridge structure or its disassembly on the respective vehicle should be carried out within a few hours and without expensive tools, machines or other aids.
This object is achieved in the bridge structure mentioned by the features of the characterization of claim 1.
It is advantageous if the grooves on each corner and
Middle profile negative dovetail guides are used for
Receiving and guiding positive dovetail guides of the respective stanchion profile are determined, and if the grooves on each cover are aligned with the negative dovetail guides of each corner profile so that they form a continuous guideway with the negative dovetail guides.
The subject matter of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawings, for example. Show it:
Figure 1 is a perspective, exploded view of the bridge structure according to the invention with a corner profile, a lid and two bridge edge profiles.
2 shows a perspective, exploded view of a side wall stanchion profile attached to a corner profile and a tarpaulin frame;
3 shows a plan view of a corner profile with a stanchion profile attached to it, a cover which closes the hole in the corner profile and is partially broken off, and an edge profile which is connected to the leg of the corner profile and rests on the tongue of the cover;
Fig. 4 is a section along the line IV-IV of Fig. 3;
Fig. 5 is a view of the edge profile with a snap device, and
Fig. 6 is a plan view of the middle profile with attached stanchion profile.
The bridge construction profiles shown for commercial vehicles consist of aluminum or advantageously of an aluminum alloy (Al, Mg, Sil). The profiles are extruded; they are stable, light and corrosion-proof.
1 with corner profiles and 7 with central profiles. With each corner profile 1 or each center profile 7, two bridge edge profiles 3 are firmly connected. At the corner profiles 1 or
side wall pillar profiles 2, 2 'can be attached to the central profiles 7; they are preferably attached at the desired height by means of bolts, not shown, attached by a shooting device. The corner profile 1 or middle profile 7 is connected to the bridge edge profiles 3 by riveting, screwing or welding. All profiles can be cut to length with a 90 cut.
Each corner profile 1, which has a hole 16 open at the end and two perpendicular legs 18 running at right angles to one another, is closed from above by a removable cover 4. The cover 4 is made of cast aluminum. The cover 4 has two tongues 14, which lie in the same horizontal plane and are arranged at right angles to one another and serve as supports for the two responsible range profiles 3.
Through the cover 4, the corner profile 1 is closed from above without dirt. Each tongue 14 of the cover 4 is provided with a guide groove 11 on its edge surfaces. Two springs 12 provided in the upper region of the corresponding edge profile 3 engage in the guide grooves 11 of each tongue 14.
As a result, a non-positive connection between the cover 4 and the edge profiles 3 is achieved without additional securing.
The upper surface of each cover 4 is provided with a predetermined breaking point 6 in the form of a cap with mutual slot-like recesses. After breaking through the upper surface at this predetermined breaking point 6, a vertical tarpaulin frame 5 can be inserted into the opening thus created. This is only used if the side walls 17 connect directly to one another at the corner profile 1 without the stanchion profile 2. In order to ensure a better hold of the tarpaulin frame 5 inserted into the resulting hole, the cover 4 has a tube which is guided downward from the predetermined breaking point 6
15.
From the outside, each corner profile 1 and central profile 7, but also in each cover 4, two mutually parallel grooves 8, 10 are incorporated. These grooves serve as receiving and guiding grooves of two springs 9 of the respective stanchion profile 2, 2 '. The corner stanchion profile 2 is at the back and
Attached from the outside to the corner profile 1 and the central stake profile 2 'with divided side walls 17 from the outside to the central profile 7. In both cases, the connection with the corner profile 1 or the central profile 7 is the same.
The grooves on each corner profile 1 and each center profile 7 are designed as negative dovetail guides 8, which are intended for receiving and guiding positive dovetail guides 9 of the respective stanchion profile 2, 2 '. The grooves 10 on each cover 4, which are not dovetail-shaped, are aligned with the negative dovetail guides 8 of each corner profile 1 so that they form a continuous guideway with them. Each stanchion profile 2, 2 'is provided with two pairs of legs 21 running essentially parallel to one another. Each pair of legs includes a U-shaped recess, which serve to receive the tongue of a sliding bolt (not shown) attached to the side walls 17.
The advantage of this measure lies in the fact that no additional milling for the locking tongue has to be made, the locking or the locking means being able to be attached to the side walls 17 at any height.
Each stanchion profile 2, 2 'has a through hole 22 with a diameter of 27.5 mm, which serves to accommodate the vertical tarpaulin frame 5 or other supports. The legs of each pair of legs facing the corner profile 1 or the middle profile 7 are provided with the positive dovetail guides 9.
Each bridge profile 3 has a recess for receiving the corresponding tongue 14 of the cover 4. When assembling the bridge structure, the corresponding edge profile 3 is pushed onto the responsible tongue in its guide grooves 10, after which the edge profiles 3 are firmly connected to the legs 18 of the corner profiles 1 and the center profiles 7, as mentioned above. The upper area of each edge profile 3 carries corrugated or smooth aluminum floor planks 20 or wooden floor planks. In the lower area, each edge profile 3 forms an inward-pointing snap device 13, which is used to snap in an additional end profile 19, also with a snap device. The additional end profile 19 is provided in the area of the rear bridge frame.
The recess formed by this additional end profile 19 serves to accommodate the rear lights (not shown) and the license plate. The bracing of the edge profile 3 and the additional end profile 19 creates a chamber of approx. 30 x 16 mm, which is used to store a cable duct (not shown) for the rear lights and number lights.
The tarpaulin frame 5 consists of galvanized steel harrow and aluminum longitudinal tubes.
The bridge structure described above was developed as a modular system that meets the requirements of practice. This modular system is so flexible in size and so versatile in design and accessories that practically all the wishes of the vehicle owner are met. So z. B. all existing bridges can be retrofitted with a tarpaulin frame without the vehicle having to be brought to the body again. The bridge abutment profiles cut to the desired lengths enable the bridge abutment to be assembled quickly and to measure. For vehicle builders, expensive warehousing of various aluminum profiles is no longer necessary.
