PATENT CLAIMS
1.Tank filling stand for transporting and storing barrels and dispensing their contents, consisting of a cage-shaped frame supported by one or two wheel axles on the ground with two frame parts aligned in the direction of travel, at least partially skid-shaped unrolling bows and connected to one another via cross bars and through to the upper longitudinal spars of the frame parts placed on roller bearings, characterized in that a collecting trough (11) is fastened to the frame parts (2), the side of which (12) assigned to the rolling arches of the frame parts is beveled accordingly and which is dimensioned such that it is at least approximately can hold the entire barrel content.
2. Drum filler stand according to claim 1, characterized in that a rotatably mounted drip plate (16) is attached to the rear head side of the tub.
3. barrel filler stand according to claim 1 and 2, characterized in that a drain device (15) is attached to the tub.
4. barrel filler stand according to claim 1 to 3, characterized in that support feet are attached to the tub.
5. Drum filler stand according to claim 1, characterized in that a connecting piece designed as a tube for the loose insertion of a tilting rod is arranged on the end side of the frame opposite the skid-shaped rolling bend of the lateral frame parts, in particular on one of the cross bars thereof.
6. Drum filler stand according to claim 1 to 4, characterized in that on the transverse bars assigned to the rolling arches of the lateral frame parts, blades (18) are provided for receiving the barrels.
The invention relates to a drum filler stand according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
Various types of cask bottoms are known, to which, however, no tub can be placed to hold the liquid.
Drum stands that are very wide and take up a lot of space under which a loose tub can possibly be pushed could also be known.
The difficulty in all of these cases is that liquid can leak from the barrel to the point of bottling.
In addition, if liquid runs into the tub during storage, there is a difficulty in transporting the tub away for emptying.
There is a particular risk of environmental pollution when the barrel is tilted and moved to the intended location, furthermore there is a risk when moving the possibly full tub.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a barrel filling stand which is connected to a trough which can be moved with it.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by the features specified in the characterizing part of patent claim 1
The tub must be attached to the drum stand so that it does not interfere with the tilting and moving of the drum.
It must be able to hold at least approximately the entire barrel content and collect all dripping liquids, be it with the barrel lying down or with the process of filling into smaller containers.
The tub must be long enough that smaller containers can be placed in the tub when filling to catch overflowing liquid.
The trestle with trough must be narrow so that as many as possible can be set up next to each other in the smallest area. The blades are so wide that they cover as many barrel sizes as possible and so thin that they slip under the bottom edge of the barrel at the slightest tilt.
The lever rod must be stored loosely so that the grippers attached to it can compensate for the change in height that occurs when the barrel is tilted.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing. It shows
Fig. 1 the drum stand with tub
2, 2a and 2b the recording process
Fig. 3, the stored barrel when filling
Fig. 4, the stored barrel from the back with the drip catcher.
Drum filler stand (1) consisting of two bent spar tubes (2 and 3), the elbows of which allow rolling when tipped over.
A bearing block (4) with a wheel (5) is mounted in the spar tubes (2 and 3) at a height precisely determined for the rolling process.
The spar tubes (2 and 3) are connected by H-shaped cross connections (6). On these cross struts (6) there are 4 rollers (7) and the blades (18) for the drum holder.
A tube (8) is welded onto the longitudinal side of the cross brace (6), which is attached in a cross shape and into which the tilting rod (9) is inserted.
A gripper (10) is located on the tilting rod (9).
A trough (11) is fastened between the spar tubes (2 and 3), the front part (12) of which is flattened (14) like the spar tubes (2 and 3). At the rear end (13) of the tub (11) are support feet (17) so that the tub does not stand on the floor.
The tub is expediently protected against rust by hot-dip galvanizing.
The wheels (5) should have a diameter of 200 mm in order to allow door sills etc. to be driven over even with a weight of 250 kg.
