Folgende Dimensionen sind denkbar: 30 tex T/m ca. 1400, 25 tex T/m ca. l950, 20 tex T/m ca. 1708, 17 tex T/m ca. 1950, 14 tex T/m ca.
2100, l2,StexT/mca.

The invention relates to a longitudinally-transverse elastic bandage with a different longitudinal extensibility compared to the width extensibility for fixing body parts made of a weft and warp thread sheet.
Longitudinal elastic short-stretch bandages with an extensibility of between 40 and 70% are known, the elastic elements of which consist of 100% textured polyamide or other crimped synthetic warp threads. The thread size of these bandages is 110 dtex x 2/46 capillary threads.
A disadvantage of these bandages, the warp threads of which are made from polyfilem polyamide, is that the crimped polyamide threads lead to allergies in quite a few patients. In addition, these threads, which cover the weft threads, which consist of bleached or dyed cotton or cellulose or cotton / cellulose, no longer absorb moisture - bridging between skin, tissue and outside air - and prevent moisture and moisture Heat build-up is the result, which can lead to inflammation. Another disadvantage is that the bandages have a very smooth surface due to the polyamide thread and therefore the individual bandage tours slip very easily.
Another disadvantage is the very low transverse stability due to the bulky, inherently unstable polyamide thread, which means that there is no stable fixation. In addition, this low transverse stability leads to the formation of wrinkles which are then pressed into the body part by the overlying layers, which may result in pinching. Another disadvantage is the appearance that these known bandages due to their low stretch when applied to round body shapes with an extremely small radius, such as. B. ankle, there are bag-shaped protuberances of the bandage tours, which are then pressed in a wrinkle-like manner onto the skin by the bandage tours lying above them, with the result that poor modeling is present and there are also constrictions.
Furthermore, bandages are known, the elastic warp threads made of pure cotton, db. made of hard wire threads, the elasticity of which should be at least 90%. Since the weft of these bandages consists of pure cotton or cotton / cellulose, it is a textile-elastic bandage. These sanitary napkins have proven themselves for decades and, due to their raw material, have excellent wearing properties, which essentially consist of good moisture absorption and thermal conductivity. Thus, no heat chambers or moisture chambers can form as in the former case discussed above.
Due to the good transverse stability, the bandage can be used as a fixation bandage, compression bandage after distortions, dislocations, fractures and as a preventative measure for sports injuries. They can also be used for compression bandages for variceal obliteration, for chronic and inflammatory venous congestion, for ulcera cruris, lymphatic edema, congestive dermatosis and all symptoms of the varicose complex of symptoms.
Furthermore, bandages are known, the elastic weft threads and warp threads made of pure cotton, d. H. Twist hard wire or from crepe threads, the elasticity of which is at least 90% in the warp direction, while there is an extensibility of about 40 to 60% in the transverse direction. Since the warp thread and the weft thread are made of pure cotton or cotton / cellulose, it is a pure textile elastic bandage. These sanitary napkins have proven themselves for decades due to their longitudinal and transverse elasticity and, due to their raw material, have excellent wearing properties, which consist essentially of good moisture absorption and thermal conductivity. So no heat chambers or
Form humidity chambers as in the first case. Due to the good longitudinal and lateral stability, the bandage can be modeled particularly well on parts of the body with the smallest radius and can therefore be used as a fixation bandage, compression bandage after distortions, dislocations, fractures and as a preventative measure for sports injuries. They can also be used as a compression bandage for variceal obliteration, for chronic and inflammatory venous congestion, for ulcera cruris, lymphatic edema, congestion dermatosis and all manifestations of the varicose symptom complex.
The last two bandages are elastic
Hard wire threads significantly increase the coefficient of friction both in the warp and in the warp and weft directions, so that the individual bandage tours do not slip as easily as in the case of the bandages made of textured, polyfilen, synthetic threads described above. As a disadvantage, however, it should be pointed out that this pure cotton bandage loses elastic behavior when worn for a long time, which can be largely, even completely, recovered by proper washing.
The object of the present invention is to provide a longitudinally transverse elastic bandage with an extensibility for fixing body parts, which has all the advantages thereof compared to the known bandages with the exclusion of the disadvantages and has an elasticity of 40 to 70% in the weft direction, the fatigue of which increases at the same time their reversible working capacity is reduced without reducing their wearing ability.
To solve this problem, a longitudinally transverse elastic bandage according to the type described at the outset is proposed, which is designed according to the invention in such a way that the chain of the flat structure is hard cotton thread in the form of twisted cotton thread and textured, poly-synthetic thread or wound polyurethane and / or or rubber threads, and the weft has cotton hard wire threads in the form of twisted cotton threads or cotton spun crepe threads.
A longitudinally transverse elastic bandage designed in this way has the good elastic behavior and the good wearing properties of the known bandages described above, but with the further advantage that no moisture or heat accumulation can arise due to the increase in the percentage of cotton by the elastic cotton warp threads. It is particularly advantageous that this is a short train or
Middle-stretch bandage with an extensibility of about 40 to about 70%, which contains a twisted twisted thread or a twisted single thread in the weft in order to obtain the desired extensibility, so that a plastic application due to the extensibility in both directions is given for irregular and sharply curved body parts is without the formation of wrinkles, bags and constrictions and the formation of heat and moisture chambers.
The subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing, for example, and shows:
1 a bandage wound into a roll in a diagrammatic view,
2 shows the flat structure of the bandage with weft and warp threads in a top view, and FIG. 3 shows a section through the bandage along the weft threads.
The bandage shown in Fig. 1 consists of a weft and warp sheet 10, the warp threads are designated 20, 21 and 30, 31 and the weft threads 40 and 41 (Fig. 2 and 3).
The chain of the fabric 10 is formed from braided polystyrene threads 20 of No. 156 dtex, from cotton twine threads 30 of No. 25 tex x 2 T / m 2050 5 and from cotton twine threads 31 of No. 25 tex x 2 T / m 2050 Z.
As shown in FIG. 2, there is a recurring sequence of the following arrangement of the different warp threads 20, 21, 30, 31: a wound polyurethane thread 20, two cotton threads 30 with S twist direction, a wound polyurethane thread 21 and two cotton threads 31 with Z twist direction. The weft of the fabric 10, on the other hand, consists of alternately arranged cotton twisted threads 40 with the Z twist direction and cotton twisted threads 41 with the S twist direction. Of course, three and four cotton threads can also follow a wound polyurethane thread 20, i. H. the ratio may be 1: 2, 1: 3, 1: 4, etc., with respect to the cotton twine threads, one thread with S twist direction, one thread with Z twist direction, or two threads with S twist direction, two threads with Z. - Follow direction of rotation etc.
The same applies to the weft, in which a cotton thread with an S twist direction can also be followed by a cotton thread with a Z twist direction. Two cotton threads with the S twist direction can also be followed by two cotton threads with the Z twist direction. A combination with the high-twisted cotton threads or cotton spun crepe threads with fine wound polyurethane or rubber threads or textured, polyfilen, synthetic threads is possible.
The elastic elements of the bandage running in the warp direction essentially consist of hard hard cotton threads or crepe threads, their elastic behavior and thus their reversible working capacity by covered polyurethane threads and / or rubber threads or textured, polyfile, synthetic threads of various thicknesses, the ratio of the two being increased Warp types to judge by the elastic behavior. Hard wire threads in the form of twisted twisted threads or single threads or also finely wound rubber threads or also finely wound rubber threads or polyurethane threads or textured, polyfile, synthetic threads are used as weft threads 40, 41.
However, all these sanitary napkins, the elastic elements of which are made of high-twisted cotton threads, are those with the dimensions 30 tex x 2, 25 tex x 2.20 tex x 2, 17 tx x 2 and the like. The like. However, crepe yarns whose reversible working capacity largely correspond to the above-mentioned threads can also be used. The following dimensions are conceivable: 30 tex T / m approx. 1400, 25 tex T / m approx. 1950, 20 tex T / m approx. 1708, 17 tex T / m approx. 1950, 14 tex T / m approx.
2100, l2, StexT / mca. 2150 or 20 tex x 2 T / m approx. 2150, latex x 2 T / m approx. 2200, latex x 2T / m approx. 2250, 12, Stex x 2 T / m approx. 2300. These yarns can be used both in the weft as well as used in chains.
These bandages can be manufactured as fixed edging. It is also possible to produce cut-edged bandages, whereby cut-edged bandages are to be understood when bandages which are made from a wide fabric and which are cut laterally by three-dimensional.
threads are consolidated, recessed alleys are cut along.
As far as the extensibility is concerned, this can be controlled by the number of weft threads and by the dimension of the weft threads, and can be between 40% and more as a short-stretch bandage and, with correspondingly lower number of wefts, far more. In addition, the coefficient of friction and also the plasticity can be increased by providing both the fixed edge bandages and the cut edge bandage with a latex with anti-aging agent on both sides, whereby the application can be so strong that the individual bandage toners stick together plastically . However, the order quantity is a question of indication.
