Fig. 1 zeigt ein erstes Ausführungsbeispiel,
Fig. 2 zeigt ein zweites Ausführungsbeispiel,
Fig. 3 zeigt ein drittes Ausführungsbeispiel,
Fig. 4 zeigt ein viertes Ausführungsbeispiel.

The present invention relates to a heat-insulated conduit, with a medium-conducting metallic inner tube, an outer tube concentrically surrounding the inner tube and a foam layer adhering to both the inner and outer tubes, which can be delivered in prefabricated lengths to the assembly point, which are connected there to form a pipeline .
District heating pipes are largely laid using the so-called hood duct method, while a smaller part is laid using the so-called composite system.
In the latter case, prefabricated construction lengths, which consist of a metallic inner tube, an outer plastic sheath and an adhesive foam layer between the tubes, are laid at the assembly point for the pipeline by welding the individual inner tubes together and post-isolating the connection points. In the so-called composite system, precautions have to be taken in a complex manner to accommodate the expansion of the conduit pipe in the event that heated media are to be guided in the inner pipe. In addition, the previously known composite pipes are not bendable.
The invention aims to provide a thermally insulated conduit in which measures to compensate for expansion can be dispensed with and which can be bent to a limited extent.
In addition, the heat-insulated conduit should be easy to install
The conduit according to the invention is characterized in that the inner tube has an annular or helical corrugation at least in sections and that both end regions of the inner tube of a conduit length have smooth tube portions that are of equal length or unequal length on both sides.
The main advantage of the conduit according to the invention can be seen in the fact that expansion elbows or other measures for absorbing the longitudinal expansion can be dispensed with because the inner tube compensates for the thermal expansions due to its corrugation. In addition, the conduit is conditionally bendable, which has a positive effect on the laying.
Exemplary embodiments of the conduit according to the invention are described below with the aid of the schematic drawing.
1 shows a first embodiment,
2 shows a second embodiment,
3 shows a third embodiment,
Fig. 4 shows a fourth embodiment.
1 consists of an inner tube 1, an outer tube 2, preferably made of polyethylene, and a foam layer 3, preferably based on polyurethane or polyisocyanurate. The foam layer 3 adheres adhesively to both the outer tube 2 and the inner surface of the inner tube 1. The inner tube is pre-formed as a longitudinally welded thin-walled metal tube, preferably made of stainless steel, and has an annular or helical corrugation, the end regions 4 and 5 of the Inner tube 1 are free of corrugations. The outer tube 2 can also be corrugated in the form of a ring or a screw.
In the second exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 2, the inner tube 1 has corrugated tube portions 6 and smooth tube portions 7 in an alternating sequence. These corrugated pipe sections 6 and smooth pipe sections 7 expediently extend over the same axial length. The end region 4 of the inner tube 1 protrudes further out of the foam layer 3 than the end region 5, so that a branch can be made at any time subsequently at the end region 4 without this intervening in the region of the connecting seam between two inner tubes. The distance between two corrugated pipe sections 6 and two Galtt pipe sections 7 corresponds to 1 to 4 times the outside diameter of the smooth pipe sections 7.
In a modification to the first and second exemplary embodiments, in the third exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 3, on or in the non-corrugated areas 4 or 5, an non-corrugated tube piece 8 with a greater wall thickness than the inner tube 1 is inserted or
soldered or welded on. The pipe section 8 has a Pro filierung 9 on its outer surface, which is foamed with.
The fourth embodiment of FIG. 4 provides a tube piece 8, which has an annular flange 10 and in the axial direction
Directional also foamed ribs 11 has. The pipe section 8 is provided with a helical Ge thread 12 with which it is up on the inner tube 1
is screwed. The end regions 4 and 5 of the inner tube are rolled onto the inner bore of the tube piece 8 and welded there. The ring flange 10 is also welded to the surface of the inner tube 1.
The heat-insulated conduit is advantageously produced in such a way that first the inner tube 1 of a predetermined length is provided with the tube pieces 8 at the end and, if necessary, is inserted into the outer tube 2 with the aid of spacers (not shown) and the annular space between the inner tube 1 and the outer tube 2 foams using a foamable plastic mixture based on polyurethane or polyisocyanurate. Possibly. the inner tube is placed on a support mandrel before being inserted into the outer tube to prevent buckling during the foaming process.
Pipe elbows, 90-bends, T-branches etc. can be produced in a similar way.
The heat-insulated conduits are then transported to the assembly point in lengths of 6 to 15 m, where they are completed by welding the inner tubes together to form a pipeline. The connection points can be insulated in a manner known per se.
