PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1. Kopfkissen, das eine gummielastische kompakte Füllung und einen Bezug (1) hierfür aufweist, wobei die Kopfkissendicke an zwei entgegengesetzten Kissenenden (2, 3) unterschiedlich ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich im Bereich des dünneren Kissenendes (2) ein Taschen-Traggurt (4, 5) befindet, und dass der Bezug (1) mit zumindest einer Tasche (9-12) versehen ist.
2. Kopfkissen nach Anspruch 1, wobei die kompakte Füllung eine ebene Unterseite (6) und eine zur Unterseite geneigte, ebene Oberseite (7) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am dickeren Füllungsende (3) die Oberseite (7) mit einer Krümmung (8) mit der Unterseite (6) in Verbindung steht und dass am dünneren Füllungsende (2) der Bezug (1) mit einer Tasche (9-12) versehen ist, die auf der Kissenoberseite (7) liegt, und dass diese Tasche eine Lasche (12) hat, deren freies Ende dem dickeren Füllungsende (3) zugerichtet ist.
3. Kopfkissen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bezug (1) auf zumindest einer der beiden Füllungsseitenflächen (13) und der Unterseite (6) mit zumindest einer Tasche (14) versehen ist.
4. Kopfkissen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die kompakte Füllung aus einem Schaumstoffblock besteht.
5. Kopfkissen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bezug (1) aus einem Drillichgewebe besteht.
6. Kopfkissen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lasche (12) der Tasche (9-12) mit einem Klettenreissverschlussband versehen ist.
Bei der Erfindung wird von einem Kopfkissen ausgegangen, das eine gummielastische kompakte Füllung und einen Bezug hierfür aufweist, wobei die Kopfkissendicke an zwei entgegengesetzten Kissenenden unterschiedlich ist. Durch die schweizerische Patentschrift 488 436 ist ein solches Kopfkissen bekannt. Dieses Kopfkissen sollte so verwendet werden, dass das dickere Kissenende im Nacken der daraufliegenden Person liegt. Dieses Kopfkissen ist körpergerecht ausgebildet, da es den Kopf besonders im Bereich des Nackens abstützt.
Es wird die Schaffung eines Kopfkissens der angegebenen Art bezweckt, dessen Verwendungsbereich erweitert wird. So soll dieses Kopfkissen durch seine erfindungsgemässe Gestaltung vermehrt als Kopfkissen Anwendung finden, aber auch noch zusätzlich verwendet werden können.
Mit der im Patentanspruch 1 angegebenen Ausbildung des Kopfkissens kann die gestellte Aufgabe gelöst werden. Mit der erfindungsgemässen Ausbildung des Kopfkissens lässt sich dieses am Traggurt wie eine Tasche tragen, hat auch das Aussehen einer Tasche, da sich das dickere Kissenende dann unten befindet, also wie der Boden einer Tasche wirkt, und gleichzeitig weist das als Tasche getragene Kopfkissen auch selbst noch zumindest ein Taschenfach auf. Ein solches erfindungsgemässes Kopfkissen kann in ansprechender Weise z. B. über die Schulter hängend in den Sommermonaten getragen werden und stellt ein ästhetisches, praktisches Badeutensil dar.
In der Zeichnung wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes in schaubildlicher Weise dargestellt.
Beim dargestellten Kopfkissen ist die Füllung selbst nicht sichtbar, da sie von einem Bezug 1 umgeben ist. Die aus einem kompakten Schaumstoffblock bestehende Füllung gibt aber der Tasche ihre dargestellte Form, da sich der z. B. aus einem Drillichgewebe bestehende Bezug 1 dieser kompakten Füllung weich anschmiegt. Die Füllung, also der Schaumstoffblock kann z. B. aus Polyurethan oder Polyäther bestehen, sie ist also ein weich eingestellter Polsterschaum.
Das Kopfkissen hat ein dünneres Kissenende 2 und ein dickeres Kissenende 3. Im Bereich des Kissenendes 2 befindet sich ein Taschen-Traggurt 4, dessen beide Enden z. B. am Bezug 1 angenäht sind. Natürlich kann der Traggurt 4 auch beim Bezug 1 durchlaufend ausgebildet sein, so dass der Traggurt also nur zwei Enden hat, die an der Schnalle 5 miteinander verbunden sind.
Die kompakte Füllung und damit auch das Kopfkissen hat eine ebene Unterseite 6 und eine zur Unterseite geneigte, ebene Oberseite 7. Die Oberseite 7 steht am dickeren Kissenende 3 mit einer Krümmung 8 mit der Unterseite 6 in Verbindung.
Das Kopfkissen ist mit zumindest einem Taschenfach versehen, das sich auf der Kissenoberseite 7 befindet, also die Tasche 9, damit das am Traggurt 4 als Tasche getragene Kopflcis- sen auch das Aussehen einer üblichen Tasche hat. Die Tasche 9 befindet sich hierbei im Bereich des dünneren Kissenendes 2, einerseits um dem Kissen auch das Aussehen einer üblichen Tragtasche zu geben, und anderseits um die Tasche in den Bereich des Kissens zu legen, in dem der Kopf einer auf dem Kissen liegenden Person nicht zu liegen kommt. Die Tasche 9 hat einen Mündungsrand 10 und reicht bis zum als Naht 11 gebildeten Taschenboden. Eine die Taschenmündung 10 überlappende Lasche 12 der Tasche 9 ist mit ihrem freien Ende dem dickeren Kissenende 3 zugerichtet.
Die nichtsichtbare Unterseite der Lasche 12 ist mit einem nichtsichtbaren Klettenreissverschlussband versehen, dessen Gegenstück natürlich dann auch am Bezug 1 angebracht ist, um die Tasche 9 also zu verschliessen.
Das Kopfkissen kann noch mit weiteren Taschenfächern versehen sein, die dann auch alle am Bezug 1 angebracht sind.
So ist die eine sichtbare Kissenseitenfläche 13 mit einer Tasche 14 versehen. Die andere, der Seitenfläche 13 entgegengesetzt liegende Seitenfläche kann natürlich ebenfalls mit zumindest einer Tasche versehen sein. Auch die Unterseite 6 des Kissens kann eine Tasche aufweisen.
Das dargestellte Kopfkissen hat das Aussehen einer Tasche und kann z. B. als Umhängetasche getragen werden. In den am Bezug 1 angebrachten Taschen 12, 14 und weitere können Gegenstände untergebracht werden. Das Kopfkissen kann gut z. B. am Strand und auf der Liegewiese als Kopfkissen venvendet werden, wobei das dickere Kissenende 3 dazu bestimmt ist beim Nacken der Person zu liegen.
Die in der Zeichnung dargestellte Tragtasche mit den Ta schenfächem 9 und 14 muss nicht unbedingt als Umhängetasche getragen werden, sondern kann mit so kurzem Traggurt 4 versehen werden, dass ein Traggriff entsteht und dann die Tragtasche wie eine Handtasche getragen werden kann.

PATENT CLAIMS

The invention is based on a pillow which has a rubber-elastic, compact filling and a cover therefor, the pillow thickness being different at two opposite pillow ends. Such a pillow is known from the Swiss patent specification 488 436. This pillow should be used so that the thicker pillow end lies on the neck of the person lying on it. This pillow is designed to fit the body because it supports the head especially in the area of the neck.
The aim is to create a pillow of the specified type, the scope of which is expanded. Thus, due to its design according to the invention, this pillow is to be used increasingly as a pillow, but can also be used additionally.
With the design of the pillow specified in claim 1, the task can be solved. With the inventive design of the pillow, this can be carried on the carrying strap like a bag, also has the appearance of a bag, since the thicker pillow end is then at the bottom, i.e. the bottom of a bag, and at the same time the pillow worn as a bag also has itself at least one pocket compartment. Such a pillow according to the invention can in an appealing manner, for. B. hanging over the shoulder in the summer months and is an aesthetic, practical bathing utensil.

The compact filling and thus also the pillow has a flat bottom 6 and a flat top 7 inclined towards the bottom. The top 7 is connected to the bottom 6 at the thicker pillow end 3 with a curvature 8.
The pillow is provided with at least one pocket compartment, which is located on the upper side 7 of the pillow, ie the pocket 9, so that the head cushion worn as a pocket on the carrying belt 4 also has the appearance of a conventional pocket.
