PATENTANSPRÜCHE

PATENT CLAIMS
1. Device for dehumidifying textile webs with a
Vacuum barrier, formed by a vacuum chamber and a pressure chamber, between which a prestressed anti-adhesive transport network or fabric runs, which transports the textile web to be dehumidified, whereby a moisture-saturated air-gas mixture through two slot nozzles into the vacuum chamber of one Blower or a vacuum
Pump is sucked off and passed through a cooler in a drop separator, in which the moisture removed from the textile web is separated as a liquid, and that
The gas-air mixture is circulated back into the pressure chamber and is blown in with pressure at the outlet of the textile web through a nozzle between the vacuum and pressure chamber.
2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the anti-adhesive mesh or fabric in diameter (D1) is clamped on both sides over the entire width and is mechanically, hydraulically or pneumatically pretensioned.
3. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that in the vacuum chamber formed with a certain radius, two spaced apart, forming a vacuum lock slot nozzles are provided, that the pressure chamber arranged above the vacuum chamber has a certain radius, and that the nozzle arranged at the textile web exit and directed at a fixed angle against the textile web running direction diverts the air gas mixture against the textile web running direction.
4. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the slot nozzles in the vacuum chamber can be closed by cover plates by means of compressed air cylinders, corresponding to the width of the textile web to be dehumidified.
The invention relates to a device for dehumidifying the textile webs of chlorinated hydrocarbons, fluorinated chlorinated hydrocarbons, water, and other liquid agents using a pressure vacuum lock in which the liquid is suctioned off.
In order to guide the textile webs through the dehumidification zone without tension without accepting a reduction in the dehumidification performance, a completely new type of transport system was developed. This guarantees absolutely uniform residual moisture values for all types of goods.
Squeezing units are the most commonly used processes for dehumidifying textile webs to date.
Extensive tests with synthetic knitwear on high-performance squeezers have shown, however, that especially when treating the goods with chlorinated hydrocarbons, fluorinated chlorinated hydrocarbons, the residual moisture values are too high. These are several times better in the present invention.
This can e.g. in a continuous solvent cleaning system, the hourly output can be increased in addition to considerable energy savings when drying the textiles.
Another advantage of vacuum dehumidification is the gentle treatment.
Conventional suction systems, in which the moisture is drawn off through a slit, whereby the goods have to be pulled over the suction pipe, can only be used to a limited extent with tension-sensitive knitted goods.
In addition to warping the goods, the dehumidification deteriorates as the speed of the goods increases.
In order to be able to treat knitted fabrics sensitive to tension, suction systems are known in which the goods are transported through a perforated roller. The suction slot is located under the roller surface and must be sealed against the perforated roller jacket.
The disadvantage of this system, however, is that differences in the suction result in the area of the perforation (open, closed areas) cannot be avoided. Since a relatively large air flow is required, these systems also require a correspondingly large drive power.
The main advantages of the invention compared to the known suction devices are: - Absolutely tension-free goods transport - Uniform dehumidification over the entire, independently large goods width - Very good dehumidification even at high goods speed - Small drive power required - Small space requirement - The suction effect can be regulated - No sliding seals at the suction slot
The invention is described with reference to the drawing in a preferred embodiment provided for a solvent system
Fig. 1 shows the dehumidification unit in side section with the goods run shown
Fig. 2 shows the same unit in longitudinal section
Fig. 3 shows the drive of the transport system
Fig. 4 shows the scheme of the circulation system suction with return
1 and 2 shows the dehumidifying device installed in a housing 1.
The suction pipe 2 is mounted with the connecting flange 3 and the adjusting flange 4 in the housing 1.
A vacuum chamber 5 with the radius R2 is welded onto the suction pipe 2. In this vacuum chamber there are 2 slot nozzles 6 at a distance A. If different fabric widths are used, the slot nozzles 6 can be closed to the fabric width by means of compressed air cylinders 7 through valve plates 8.
In order to achieve a tension-free transport of goods, a network 9 of PTFE-impregnated glass fabric or other air-permeable fabric types with anti-adhesive surfaces runs over the vacuum chamber 5. The mesh sizes of the network can be selected differently depending on the goods to be dehumidified. So that this thin net 9 runs with a minimal distance over the slot nozzles 6, it is prestressed in diameter D1 over the entire working width. In this case, a bushing 10 is welded onto the suction pipe 2 on the suction side, onto which the axial ball layer 11 is pressed. The centering ring 12 is mounted on the ball bearing 11, via which the transport network 9 is pushed, to which an adhesive tape 13 is glued in the inside and outside diameter. A clamping ring 14 is now pushed over the arrangement up to the stop 15.
Now this clamping ring can be tightened by means of an adjusting screw, the transport network 9 being firmly clamped onto the centering ring 12. On the opposite side, the tensioning device is arranged, with which the transport is pre-tensioned.
A ring 16 is placed on the suction pipe 2. An internally closed, threaded bushing 17 is inserted into this ring. The hollow shaft 18 projects into this socket with the stop 19 for the axial bearing 20, which is pressed onto the hollow shaft 18. Separated by a spacer ring 21, the radial bearing 22 is mounted,
fixed with the end cover 23. In the interior of the hollow shaft 18, the stop 24 is mounted with a locking ring 25, through which the clamping screw 26 goes, which is screwed into the bushing 17. With this tensioning screw the net is pre-tensioned and then fixed with the lock nut 27. The centering ring 28 runs over this arrangement, on which the net 9 is stretched, just as on the suction side. The transport network is driven by two spur gears 29 which are mounted on the centering rings 12, 28 via the deflection roller 30 with a controllable motor.
At a distance C, with the radius R3, is the pressure chamber 31, guided through the plates 32 on both sides, at the lower end of which an adjustable stop 33 is attached. The contact pressure of the pressure chamber can be adjusted with the two compressed air cylinders 34 via a control valve. The pressure chamber can also be lifted off with these two cylinders.
The vacuum chamber 5 with the radius R2 and the pressure chamber with the radius R3 results, owing to the small distance C, in a vacuum with a maximum between the two slot nozzles 6 with the distance A. The air-gas flow becomes the pressure chamber thereby deflected against the direction of travel, which is blown with the nozzle opening 35 at the goods outlet with overpressure into the gap C. The high air-gas velocity that arises in area B and the vacuum lock A with the two slot nozzles 6 achieve a very high degree of efficiency, the goods being guided through this dehumidification zone without tension with the transport network 9.
Fig. 4 shows the air-gas circuit with the suction pipe 2 suction line 36. Blower or vacuum pump 37 (this depends on the medium to be extracted and the vacuum required for this). The blower 36 conveys the medium into the separator vessel 38 with cooler 39, lint filter 40, droplet separator 41 through the pressure line 42 into the pressure chamber 31, where it is blown again through the nozzle 35, sucked into the slot nozzles and together with the suctioned liquid into the Suction pipe 2 arrives.
The separator vessel 38 is connected upstream or downstream of the fan, depending on the medium to be extracted. The separated liquid is then fed out of the collecting vessel 43 back into the cleaning circuit.
