Fig. 1 ein erstes Ausführungsbeispiel in Vorderansicht,
Fig. 2 die Ausführung gemäss Fig. 1 in Seitenansicht,
Fig. 3 ein zweites Ausführungsbeispiel in Vorderansicht,
Fig. 4 die Ausführung gemäss Fig. 3 in Seitenansicht.

In Swiss Patent No. 574 367 a device for automatically applying a thread reserve to a winding tube is described, with a winding tube mounted in a bobbin carrier with a slotted disc at one end and a traversing thread guide. This device is characterized by a fixed catch thread guide arranged between the winding area of the winding tube and the slotted disc, a plate-shaped, provided with a nose part as movable thread guide with the traversing thread guide and a plate-shaped part provided with a catch groove as a fixed thread guide.
When starting, that is, when lowering the winding tube onto the drive roller, the thread is inserted into the slotted disc by hand, being carried along, pinched and torn off. Since the stationary plate-shaped thread guide has to be arranged in the area of the slotted disk for functional reasons, there is a risk that the machine operator will be injured on this thread guide when inserting the thread into the slotted disk or when removing the full bobbins.
The present invention represents a further development of the device according to Swiss Patent No. 574367 and aims to avoid the disadvantage mentioned. It is characterized in that the stationary thread guide has a foldable part containing the catch groove, which is held in a stationary position by means of a spring cooperating with a stop. The stationary thread guide element can preferably be designed in such a way that the foldable part is held in the stationary position in the operating state and can be temporarily folded out of the operating position. According to a further embodiment of the invention, the stationary thread guide element can be designed in such a way that the foldable part is held in the stationary position in the non-operational state and can be temporarily opened into the operational state.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the figures of the drawing. Show it:
1 shows a first embodiment in front view,
2 shows the embodiment according to FIG. 1 in side view,
3 shows a second exemplary embodiment in a front view,
4 shows the embodiment according to FIG. 3 in side view.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, the stationary thread guide consists of an angled part 2 screwed to the bobbin carrier beam 1 and the foldable part 4 with the catch groove 4 'and the carrier 5' with the catch thread guide, which is rotatably attached to it about the axis 3 5.
One end of a tension spring 6 is attached to the foldable part 4, the other end of which is attached to the angular part 2. The spring 6 presses the foldable part 4 against the stop 7 on the angular part 2 and holds it in the operating position shown. When operating the machine, part 4 is temporarily folded out of the operating position in the event of accidental contact with the fingers in the direction of arrow A, which significantly reduces the risk of injury.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4, the part 2 screwed to the spool carrier beam 1 is angled to the other side and the pivotable part 4, which is rotatable about the axis 3, is pressed against the stop 8 by the tension spring 6 and is held in the non-operating position .
With the help of the rod 9 seated on the axis of rotation 3, the part 4 can be temporarily opened into the operating position by turning the handle 10 in the direction of arrow B.
