L'invention concerne un ski pliable.
Certains essais ont déjà été réalisés pour parvenir à cette fin.
Un ski télescopique a été proposé à une armée européenne. Les essais ont été décevants, le gel et la corrosion empêchant un fonctionnement normal.
La présente invention réduit considérablement l'encombrement des skis et en facilite le transport. Il est facile de loger des skis pliés dans le coffre d'une voiture ou dans une valise.
La principale difficulté à surmonter était de créer une charnière qui assure, en même temps que l'articulation, le positionnement exact et sans ébat des tronçons adjacents, en position d'utilisation. Il fallait aussi créer une charnière qui fonctionne quelles que soient les conditions atmosphériques.
La présente invention a pour objet un ski pliable, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend au moins 2 tronçons se rabattant l'un sur l'autre au moyen d'une articulation à charnière munie d'un dispositif de verrouillage.
Dans une forme d'exécution préférée, les tronçons de ski sont fixés sur une longueur suffisante sur toute leur épaisseur, à l'exclusion de celle de la semelle, dans chacun des 2 éléments de la charnière formant manchon.
Les manchons peuvent être munis d'aspérités à l'intérieur et le corps du ski est maintenu de préférence par polymérisation d'une colle, lors de la fabrication.
Pour maintenir une surface de glissement optimale, la semelle recouvre de préférence entièrement la face intérieure des éléments de charnière.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une charnière et son dispositif de verrouillage d'une forme d'exécution du ski objet de l'invention.
La fig. 1 montre une coupe de la charnière munie de la serrure de verrouillage (3) et qui constitue la partie mâle de l'articulation d'axe (2). Le corps du ski (1) vient s'insérer dans le manchon (4).
La fig. 2 montre la partie femelle de l'articulation avec les gâches (5).
Dans les deux éléments d'articulation la semelle (6) recouvre complètement la partie de l'articulation qui viendrait en contact avec la neige.
La coupe de la fig. 3 montre les pênes (7) qui comportent un plan incliné permettant ainsi la fermeture du dispositif sans recours à la clé (8).
La fig. 4 montre la partie de l'articulation munie de la serrure de blocage. En actionnant la clé (8), les pênes (7) sont tirés vers l'intérieur et sortent des gâches (5).
La fig. 5 est une vue de dessus de la partie femelle avec les gâches (5).
La fig. 6 est une vue latérale de cette même partie de la charnière.
La fig. 7 est une coupe suivant la ligne AA et montre les pênes (7) qui sont en forme de L. Des goupilles (9) (fig. 4) sont fixées à la clé (8) et pénètrent dans les fentes (10) pour commander le mouvement des pênes (7).
REVENDICATION
Ski pliable, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend au moins
deux tronçons se rabattant l'un sur l'autre. au moyen d'une
articulation à charnière munie d'un dispositif de verrouillage.
SOUS-REVENDICATIONS
1. Ski selon la revendication, caractérisé par le fait que,
lorsqu'il est réalisé en deux tronçons, I'articulation est placée à
l'avant de la fixation.
2. Ski selon la revendication, caractérisé par le fait que chaque
tronçon est fixé sur une longueur suffisante et sur toute son
épaisseur, à l'exclusion de celle de la semelle ou de la surface de glissement, dans chacun des deux éléments de la charnière formant manchon.
3. Ski selon la revendication, caractérisé par une charnière
dont l'un des éléments est mâle et s'insère dans un élément femelle correspondant, supprimant tout ébat latéral.
4. Ski selon la sous-revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que
l'élément mâle de la charnière contient une serrure à deux pênes
destinés à pénétrer dans des gâches correspondantes ménagées
dans les parois internes de l'élément femelle, permettant un
verrouillage interdisant tout ébat vertical.
5. Ski selon la sous-revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les pênes sont constamment maintenus en position de verrouillage par un ressort spiral au niveau de la clé qui ne doit être tournée que pour déverrouiller.

The object of the present invention is a foldable ski, characterized in that it comprises at least 2 sections which are folded over one another by means of a hinged articulation provided with a locking device.
In a preferred embodiment, the ski sections are fixed over a sufficient length over their entire thickness, excluding that of the sole, in each of the 2 elements of the hinge forming the sleeve.
The sleeves can be provided with roughness on the inside and the body of the ski is preferably held by polymerization of an adhesive during manufacture.
To maintain an optimum sliding surface, the sole preferably completely covers the inner face of the hinge elements.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, a hinge and its locking device of one embodiment of the ski which is the subject of the invention.
Fig. 1 shows a section of the hinge provided with the locking lock (3) and which constitutes the male part of the axle joint (2). The body of the ski (1) is inserted into the sleeve (4).
Fig. 2 shows the female part of the joint with the keeps (5).
In the two articulation elements, the sole (6) completely covers the part of the articulation which would come into contact with the snow.
The section of FIG. 3 shows the bolts (7) which comprise an inclined plane thus allowing the closing of the device without resorting to the key (8).
Fig. 4 shows the part of the joint provided with the locking lock. By operating the key (8), the bolts (7) are pulled inwards and come out of the keepers (5).

CLAIM
Foldable ski, characterized by the fact that it includes at least
two sections folding over one another. by means of a
hinged joint provided with a locking device.
SUB-CLAIMS
1. Ski according to claim, characterized in that,
