The present invention relates to a device for inserting several cores in a boxless casting mold, with egg nem housing in which a core holder provided with continuous recesses for receiving a core is provided, and with a drive for moving the back and forth
Housing with the core holder perpendicular to the partial plane of the casting mold located in a chamber of a molding machine.
Such devices are already known in which a body has a guide with through recesses for the
Carries cores, and also a drive for back and forth ben the body with the guide in a direction perpendicular to the partial surface of the mold located in the chamber of the molding machine is used.
Among the institutions mentioned are the body and the
Leadership rigidly connected to one another during their work.
The cores are placed in the mold by hand by the worker, the plane of the guide leading out of the mold zone being perpendicular. To hold the cores in the guide recesses until laying dersel ben in the corresponding recesses of the mold, suction devices are provided in these facilities.
After that, the body with the guide is in a perpendicular plane, in the starting position in front of the partial surface of the
Swiveled the mold and switched on a drive which moves the in the direction perpendicular to this plane.
During this shift, the cores occur with their protruding from the guide sections in the corre sponding recesses of the mold, while in the moment in which the guide plane touches the surface of the mold, the cores are released from the suction devices and in the recesses stay in shape.
The subsequent operation, which consists of ejecting the mold from the chamber of the molding machine and folding the molds into a horizontal stack, is carried out by an independent device.
The use of two separate devices, one of which is used to insert the cores in the mold and the other to collapse the molds into a stack, complicates the construction of the entire molding machine and in particular the automatic control system and reduces the accuracy with which the cores in the
Shapes are placed. The suction fixtures also require a special vacuum system.
In addition, the vertical position of the guide while the cores are being inserted into them is uncomfortable for operation.
The invention has for its object to provide a device for inserting a plurality of cores in boxless molds that makes it possible to insert both the cores in the molds and push the molds out of the chamber of the molding machine.
This object is achieved by a device for inserting several cores in boxless forms of the type mentioned at the beginning
Type solved, which is characterized in that guides are provided in the Ge housing, on which the core holder is slidably seated relative to the housing in the directions of movement of the drive, on which the for receiving the
Core specific side opposite side of each recess from a retractable, cushioned one into the recess
The plunger is built into the housing in order to push the core into the mold during a displacement of the core holder with respect to the housing and during a subsequent joint displacement of the housings with the core holder in order to push it out of the chamber of the molding machine that in the
Housing an opening is provided that on a fixed existing,
on the side facing away from the core holder of the housings a stop is attached, which occurs during another common displacement of the housing with the core holder in the starting position through this opening in the housing and pushes the core holder out of the housing so far that the Step out the plunger from the recesses.
Such a solution makes it possible to insert cores in box-free forms with this device, then push the latter out of the chamber of the molding machine and arrange them in a horizontal row, while the spring-loaded plunger provided in the device pushes the cores out of the guide recesses in ensure the recesses in the mold and enable the cores to be protected against destruction during subsequent operations.
The device according to the invention is explained below using an exemplary embodiment and the drawing.
Show it:
1 shows a schematic longitudinal section through a device for inserting several cores into load-free molds, through the chamber of the molding machine with a boxless mold arranged therein and part of a stack of these molds,
Fig. 2 ditto, at the moment when the cores are placed in the guide recesses,
Fig. 3 ditto, at the moment in which cores are inserted into the molds and
Fig. 4 ditto, at the moment when the molds are put together in a stack.
The device for inserting a plurality of cores 1 (Fig. 1) into a boxless mold 2 is mounted coaxially with the chamber 3 of the molding machine which produces the boxless molds.
The device has a box-shaped body 4, which is clamp-shaped in longitudinal section, with guides 6 in the form of bolts attached to its vertical wall 5, onto which a guide 8 with its guide bushings 7 is placed, which has a recess 9 for the core 1. The number of recesses 9 depends on the number of cores 1 in the exchangeable guide gauge 8 '.
Such a guide 8 inserted in the body 4 ensures relative displacements in the direction perpendicular to the partial plane 2a of the mold 2.
A plunger 10 is attached to the vertical wall 5 of the body 4 coaxially to the recess 9 of the guide 8 and enters this recess 9 from the side opposite the insertion side for the core 1.
During operation of the device, the body 4 with the guide 8 executes a back and forth movement in a direction which is perpendicular to the partial plane 2a of the mold 2 in order to insert the core 1 into the recess 2b provided for it.
These movements are carried out with the help of a drive, which is built in the form of a power cylinder 11, which is placed horizontally on a substructure 12 of the device and is articulated via its piston rod 13 to the body 4 in such a way that the latter in the vertical plane, which is through the axis of the power cylinder 11 can be pivoted through a comfortable angle a for the worker who places the core 1 in the recess 9 of the guide 8.
For this purpose, a flange 14 is attached to the end of the piston rod 13 of the power cylinder 11, the upper part of which is connected to the body 4 via a joint 15 which has a horizontally extending axis 16 which is parallel to the partial plane 2a of the mold 2.
A stop 17 with a roller 18 arranged at its free end is attached to the substructure 12 of the device on the side opposite the guide 8, while in the vertical wall 5 of the body 4 there is a corresponding opening for this stop 17 to enter the body 4 is provided during the facility operation.
The plunger 10 consists of a pin 20, one end of which is attached to the vertical wall 5 of the body 4, while on the other end a cup 21 is freely movable, which has a board serving as a stop for a spring 22. The other end of the spring rests on a recess in the vertical wall 5 of the body 4.
The facility works as follows:
In the position intended for inserting the core 1 into the recess 9 of the guide jig 8, the body 4 with the guide 8 is inclined with respect to the horizontal plane by an angle a (FIG. 2) that is convenient for operation.
The guide 8 then rests on the stop 17 and is pushed out of the body 4, while the plunger 10 (with the relaxed spring 22) is located outside the recess 9 of the guide gauge 8.
After the core 1 has been inserted into the recess 9 of the guide jig 8, the power cylinder 11 is switched on. When the piston rod 12 of the power cylinder 11 is moved in the direction of the partial plane 2a of the mold 2, the body 4, together with the guide jig 8, which rests on the roller 18 of the stop 17, is pivoted about the axis 16 of the joint 15 and reaches the Vertical position (FIG. 1) in which it is held in place by a pin 23 in relation to the flange 14.
When the piston rod 13 is pushed out further in the direction perpendicular to the partial plane 2a of the mold 2, the body 4 is displaced with the guide 8 in the same direction, while the section of the core 1 protruding from the recess 9 of the guide jig 8 into the corresponding recess 2b of the Form 2 occurs.
After the plane of the guide 8 has touched the partial plane 2a of the mold, the guide 8 is stopped while the body 4 continues its movement in the same direction and is displaced on its guides 6 with respect to the guide 8. These guides are in turn displaced in the sockets 7 of the guide 8.
During this relative displacement of the body 4 and the guide 8, the spring 22 of the ram is compressed and the latter begins to press on the core 1, this being pushed into the recess 2b of the mold 2.
The compressive force of the core 1 on the mold 2 depends on the rigidity of the spring 22 of the ram 10.
After the end faces of the side walls of the body 4 touch the partial plane 2a of the mold (FIG. 3), the further joint movement of the body 4 with the guide 8 begins in the same direction. As a result, the mold 2 is pushed out of the chamber 3 of the molding machine. This form 2 is displaced until it comes into contact with the preceding form 2 of the stack (as can be seen from FIG. 4).
Here, the spring-loaded plunger 10 plays the role of a damper which protects the core 1 from destruction.
Then the piston rod 12 of the power cylinder 11 moves in the opposite direction (i.e. away from the mold 2) the body 4 and the guide 8 recessed flush in its cavity.
During their joint displacement into the starting position from the stop 17 enters the opening 19 of the body 4 and moves the guide 8 on the guides 6 of the body 4 by a distance that is sufficient for the plunger
10 leaves the recess 9 of the guide 8.
At the same time, this stop 17 pivots the body 4 together with the guide jig 8 about the axis 16 of the joint 15 into the position (FIG. 2) for placing the next core 1 in the recess 9 of the guide 8.
Then the described work cycle of the device is repeated.
