The invention relates to a staircase with means for damping noises and with means for preventing the transmission of noise vibrations from steps via a staircase support structure to the house structure.
For stairs of this type, the invention provides that each step has a covering made of elastic material on its upper side, and that intermediate layers made of elastic material are arranged between the staircase support body and the house structure, with a bolt fastening with screw bolts being arranged between each step and the staircase support body anchored with one end in the underside of the step and with its other end via intermediate bearings made of elastic material in the stair support body and are guided in holes with a larger diameter than the bolts through the stair support body.
The invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawing, where a concrete staircase for use in stairwells, in which the reduction of the step noise is important, is shown as an embodiment.
The staircase comprises a central, for example approximately 60 cm wide staircase support body 1 and plate-shaped steps 2 fastened thereon. The staircase made of an elastic material, e.g.
Neoprene plates 3, 4 supported staircase 1 is installed as soon as the shell is finished and serves as a staircase during further construction work. When the rough work is done, the prefabricated steps 2 are attached, which are also made of an elastic material, e.g. are mounted on neoprene plates 5, 5 '.
The steps are fastened by means of screw bolts 6, the upper end of which is guided through holes in the stair support body 1 with a much larger diameter than the bolt 6 and anchored in the plate-shaped steps 2 and their lower ends, provided with nuts 7, via elastic intermediate bearings 8 made of neoprene and washers or the like come to rest on the stair support body 1.
The bolt 6 also has ample play 9 with respect to the staircase structure 1 and is arranged at a certain angle to the step 2, firstly so that the step 2 is pulled into good contact and secondly to reduce the vertical components transmitted by the bolts 6.
Step 2 is covered with a soft covering 10, e.g. PVC covered with an elastic base.
Stage 2 is advantageously produced as follows: First an upper bead is cast in a mold, running along the long side and both short sides. Then the elastic upper covering 10 and the stepped nose 11 made of somewhat stronger material are placed in the mold, whereupon the mold is filled with reinforcement and concrete to design step 2. When inserting the nose, rivets 12 are also provided, which are cast in to hold the nose in place. The nose can also be held in place exclusively by casting in protruding beads.
When the stage 2 is poured, space for the attachment of the bolt 6 is also provided by means of a sleeve 13.
