Fig. 2 einen Detail-Längsschnitt gemäss Linie II-II in Fig. 1, in grösserem Massstab,

In the device according to the patent claim of the main patent, a carrier is intended to be placed on a part of the human body and in which an actuating member is arranged which responds to movements of the latter, such that the actuating member is influenced and an alarm is triggered by changing the position of the body part and the carrier .
The present invention relates to a further embodiment of the device characterized in the claim of the main patent, according to which two spaced-apart contact surfaces are arranged on an insole of footwear that forms the support of a contact device near the toe part, with one of the latter having a resilient, by means of the toes grippable and partially movable on the second contact surface of the sole longitudinal direction, resilient contact body is arranged, which in the contact position closes a circuit connected to the contact surfaces and strives to return to the starting position.
In the device according to the further embodiment, the insole can consist of any material, since the function of the contact device is independent of the nature of the insole.
In the drawing, an example embodiment of the subject of the invention is shown, namely show:
1 shows a plan view of the insole with the contact device in the interrupted position,
FIG. 2 shows a detail longitudinal section along line II-II in FIG. 1, on a larger scale,
3 shows a plan view of the insole with the contact device in the closed position,
4 shows a detailed longitudinal section according to line IV-IV in FIG. 3, on a larger scale, and
5 shows footwear provided with the insole, with the contact device moved into the closed position by the toes.
An insole 1, preferably made of conventional material such as leather, has a contact surface 2 made of a metal band on its upper side in the area of the toes and a second contact surface 4, also made of metal, at a small distance 3 from this. The contact strips 2 and 4 are led to the edge of the insole 1 and knocked onto the underside of the insole, and each on the one hand, forming a crank 10 'or 15' as a conductor 10 or 15 to the heel part of the insole. Connection wires 7 ', 8' penetrate the upper layer of the heel 17 of the shoe 16 and connect the conductor 10 or 15 to one electrode 7 'of a power source 7 or to a connection point 8' of a transmitter 8.
Power source 7 and transmitter 8 are built into the shoe heel 17. 12 is the conductor connecting the other electrode 7 ″ of the power source 7 to the transmitter 8.
To close the battery circuit via the transmitter 8, a resilient contact bracket 18, which is placed transversely to the longitudinal direction of the sole, rests on top of the insole and protrudes and is expediently made of stainless steel wire, is used. The contact clip 18 rests on the contact surface 4 and is angled with its two end parts 18 ′ perpendicular to the contact surface 4. The angled parts 18 'penetrate the insole 1 in slits 19 that run obliquely to the longitudinal direction of the sole and are bent on the underside of the sole transversely to the inclined slots 19 and formed in rings 20 which lie flat against the underside of the insole 1 and the contact bracket 18 for its Give actuation necessary guidance and security in its position lying flat against the contact surface 4.
A crank 21 attached to the middle part of the contact bracket 18 and lying in the plane of the bracket is used to prevent it from getting caught on the contact surfaces 2, 4. Furthermore, the crank 21 pushes any foreign bodies, such as fibers from socks or stockings, away into the Middle, and a good contact is thereby mediated. Without this advancement, the fibers in the area of the bend can get under the latter, preventing it from lifting and preventing secure contact.
To actuate the contact device, the toes Z pressing on the contact bracket 18 are gripped by curvature and the resilient contact bracket 18 is thereby partially displaced onto the contact surface 2 by bending out in the longitudinal direction of the sole. This closes the contact device and via this the battery circuit via the transmitter 8. This emits control signals for the duration of the circuit closure, which are transmitted to a remote receiver of an alarm system.
