Fig. 3 bis 5 zeigen konstruktive Einzelheiten.
The invention relates to a radiator console for supporting at least one radiator in the immediate vicinity of a wall, with at least two mutually spaced support members on which the radiator rests.
The known brackets of this type generally consist of support arms which, when the radiators are installed, are fixed in the adjacent wall, i. H. insoluble, to be anchored.
This means that the position of the support arms must be precisely matched to the corresponding support points of the radiators, for example the radiators. When replacing a radiator with a different size or type, the support arms have to be moved in most cases, which is associated with a considerable expenditure of time. Also, the known radiator consoles do not offer the possibility of simultaneous inclusion of other installation material, such. B. of water pipes and cable ducts.
The present invention is intended to remedy these disadvantages. The radiator console forming the subject of the invention is accordingly characterized in that each support member protrudes with its end portion facing the wall into the vertical longitudinal slot of a holding member firmly anchored in the wall and can be clamped at any height in the edge region of the slot.
Thanks to this arrangement, the radiators can be installed at any height even after the console has been installed.
When replacing a radiator with another model, the supporting elements can be adapted to the new requirements in a few simple steps. Depending on the length of the longitudinal slots, any other parts can also be arranged in them at a selectable height.
According to an expedient embodiment, the holding member is a U-profile, the two side walls of which are bent inwards by 90 ° to form a central longitudinal slot. wherein the end section of the support member has a clamping piece seated on the threaded part of at least one screw, which is pressed against the inner edge areas of the said side cheeks when the screw (s) is tightened and thereby secures the support member in its respective position.
The clamping piece can expediently be a practically rectangular metal plate which is provided with two threaded bores.
It is also possible to design the holding member in the form of a tube provided with a longitudinal slot, wherein the clamping piece can be a metal disk which is adapted to the tube curvature and provided with a threaded hole.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is illustrated in the accompanying drawing.
FIG. 1 shows a simplified vertical section of a radiator console mounted on a room wall,
Fig. 2 is a front view of the same radiator console with partially removed cover plates and the
3 to 5 show structural details.
Fig. 1 of the drawing shows schematically a room wall 1 and a floor adjacent to this, on which a radiator console designated in its entirety with 3 is attached. The radiator console 3 has two vertical parts in its rear part facing the wall 1.
parallel and mutually spaced profiles 4a and 4b, the structure of which is best shown in FIG. The profile 4a shown there is a U-profile, the side walls 5a and Sb of which are bent inwards by 900 in the front edge area, so that two guide strips 6a and 6b facing one another are formed, between which a continuous longitudinal slot 7 (Figs. 2 and 4) remains free.
The two profiles 4a and Ab are anchored in the wall 1 and in the floor 7 by means of anchored screws 8 and 9, respectively. The anchoring in the floor 7 expediently takes place as in the illustrated embodiment. Via a base plate 10, each provided with holes and welded to the lower part of the profiles.
Two horizontal support arms 11 and 12 are attached to the profiles 4a and 4b. which serve to accommodate a heater 13 or a cable duct 14.
Each support arm 11 of the heating element 13 is T-shaped in cross section and has a fastening plate 15 at its rear end facing the profile 4a or 4b, which has two bores for receiving two clamping screws 16. The threaded shafts of the two screws 16 protrude through the longitudinal slot 7 of the profile 4a (see in particular also FIG. 4) and are screwed inside the profile 4a into the corresponding threaded hole of a clamping plate 17 (FIG. 3). When the two screws 16 are tightened, the clamping plate 17 is thus pressed against the inner surfaces of the two flanges 6a and 6b of the profile and thus holds the support arm 11 in the desired position. In this way, the height of the support arms 11 - and consequently that of the heating element 13 - can be adjusted as desired in a few simple steps and adapted to local requirements.
The support arm 12 of the cable duct 14 is constructed quite similarly. Here, too, there is a plate 18 rigidly fastened to the same at the rear end of the support arm (FIG. 1). which holds the support arm in cooperation with a clamping plate, not shown, and the profile 4b.
As FIG. 1 also shows, further support arms 19, 20a and 70b can be attached to the profiles 4a and 4b.
which serve, for example, to support a cladding panel 71 or pipes 22. The cladding plate 71, for example made of sheet steel, is attached at its lower end to the support arm 11 and, on the one hand, forms a screen for the installation parts arranged on the console. on the other hand, a flow channel for the

The upper cover of the radiator console described consists of a wooden strip 27 (FIG. 1) attached to the wall, a grate 28 and a second wooden strip 29 attached to the upper part of the cable duct 14.
The attachment of the wooden strip 27 on the wall list is preferably releasable and can, for. B. be done via a screw-on angle profile. In this way, the bar 27 can be removed at any time for the purpose of removing the clamping plates 17 (FIG. 3) assigned to the support arms. If necessary, the vertical distance d between the upper edge of the

The embodiment described can be modified in many ways by the person skilled in the art. For example, it would be possible. instead of the profiles 4a and 4b, a pipe provided with a vertical longitudinal slot or something else.

The mounting profiles 4a and 4b can easily be concealed, i.e. H. to be arranged sunk in the wall.
Thanks to the construction described, the radiator.
Konsole can be installed on the spot regardless of the dimensions of the radiators and other installation parts. The adjustment of the support arm height to the dimensions of the installation parts can be done in a few simple steps, i. H. by loosening and retightening a few screws. In contrast to the existing designs, this gives the radiator console a very versatile range of uses.
