Erfindungsgemäss wird dieser Zweck dadurch erreicht, dass aus dem Bereich der Einlaufstelle die Majorität durch die Wurfschwingbewegung entlang einem horizontalen Bereich weggefördert und ausgetragen wird und die im Schwebezustand abschwimmende Minorität in einem Bereich zwischen der Fallinie und einer Linie halber Fallinienneigung durch den Bereich der Einlaufstelle ausgetragen wird;
Fig. 3 eine Ansicht einer Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens in Richtung des Pfeiles III nach Fig. 4,
Fig. 4 eine Ansicht in Richtung des Pfeiles IV nach Fig. 3,
D'1 mit halber Fallinienneigung (a/2).
Method and device for sorting and separating grainy mixtures
The subject of the present invention is a method for sorting and separating a minority of grains of low floating speed and a majority of grains of higher floating speed from mixtures of granular material under the influence of throwing rocking movements of a flat, inclined, gas-permeable product support on the product placed at an inlet point and from the product support Air flow flowing through from bottom to top and causing the goods to float, as well as a device for carrying out the method, with a feed device leading over the inlet point on the flat, inclined, gas-permeable material support, a bearing that can swing the material support,
with an oscillating drive assigned to the crop support for generating the throwing swinging movements, with means for generating the air stream flowing through the crop support and the material guided over it from bottom to top and with outlets adjoining the crop support for the minority and majority of grains.
Floating speed is understood to be the speed of an upstream air flow which is able to keep a granular material in it floating. In this state of suspension, the position of the grain changes neither ascending nor descending. For this term hovering speed, the term final falling speed has recently also been used in German-speaking countries.
In methods and devices of the type mentioned, it is known (DP No. 1 083 105, USP No. 2 718 307) to convey the grains at a high floating speed from the inlet point along a rising line to the corresponding outlet, while the grains with it a lower floating speed are conveyed approximately along a horizontal line to the assigned outlet. It is also known (Kan. P No. 447 173) to convey both the grains with high and also those with low floating speed along a falling line through the inlet point of the mixture to the corresponding outlets. The outlet for the heavy fraction is arranged at the top and the outlet for the light fraction at the lower end of the inclined product support.
The purpose of the present invention is to improve a method of the type mentioned to achieve a better separating effect between the grains with large or
low floating speed and to achieve a higher performance (kg material mixture / time unit) and the creation of a device for carrying out the process.
According to the invention, this purpose is achieved in that the majority is conveyed away from the area of the inlet point by the throwing swinging movement along a horizontal area and the minority floating in a state of suspension is discharged in an area between the fall line and a line halfway down the fall line through the area of the inlet point ;
To carry out the method, it is proposed that for discharging the majority, the conveying direction is provided away from the area of the inlet point along a horizontal area on the product support, and that the outlet for the majority lies in this area of the horizontal, and that the minority is also carried away by floating On the product support from the area of the inlet point below the mentioned horizontal area, a flow area through the area of the inlet point between the fall line and a line halfway down the fall line is provided, and that the outlet for the minority lies in this flow area, and that the direction of the vibratory drive generated throwing swing movements is oriented at an acute angle to and in the conveying direction.
The invention is explained by way of example with the aid of the accompanying schematic drawing. Show it:
1 shows a schematic representation of a first exemplary embodiment of the method,
2 shows a schematic representation of a second exemplary embodiment of the method,
FIG. 3 shows a view of a device for carrying out the method in the direction of arrow III according to FIG. 4,
FIG. 4 is a view in the direction of arrow IV according to FIG. 3,
5 shows a section along the line V-V according to FIGS. 3 and 4 and
6 shows a section along line VI-VI according to FIG. 5, parts being omitted.
According to Fig. 1, the plane of a swingable, air-flowing and inclined crop support is given by the track S and the slope a. The material mixture occurs in the area of an inlet point E 'on the material layer. Ass denotes the outlet for the grains with a high floating speed and AL the one for the grains with a low floating speed. The double arrow W indicates the direction of the throwing swinging movement of the crop. F denotes the fall line through the entry point E 'and H a horizontal line through the entry point E'. The dash-dotted line B denotes the course of a limitation for the product support.
At E ', the material mixture that occurs on the material layer is sorted in layers under the influence of the air flow, whereby as a result of the throwing swinging movement (double arrow W) and the arrangement of a boundary wall Bo, the grains with high floating speed, which lie as the lower layer on the material layer, in the direction of the arrow P1 are conveyed along the horizontal line H to outlet A's.
The grains with a low floating speed, sorted over the lower layer, follow the falling line F to the outlet AL (arrow P2), partly guided through a boundary wall Bu.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, the same letters denote the same parts as in FIG. 1. This embodiment differs from the preceding one in that the outlet AL1 for the grains with a low floating speed does not lie on the falling line F1 leading through the inlet point E'1, but is laterally offset against a line D'1 half the fall line inclination.
The grains floating from the inlet point E'1 exclusively under the action of gravity thus initially follow the fall line F1 and then the delimitation Biu (arrow P20). This exemplary embodiment also differs in a zone Z'1 which adjoins the inlet point E'1 and is arranged between this and the outlet Asl, in which the material mixture is subjected to a strongly pulsating air flow. The strong pulsation forces a rapid layering and therefore sorting of the grains.
The fall line F12 through the outlet AL1 intersects the horizontal H1 in this zone Z1, since the grains swim with a low floating speed mainly under the effect of gravity from this zone Z along the fall line F12 towards the outlet AL1.
In both exemplary embodiments, the grains experience a lateral deviation from the dash-dotted line D 'or D'1 with half the fall line slope (a / 2) due to the throwing swinging movements exerted on the layers below.
The device shown in FIGS. 3 to 6 has a housing 1 which consists of a hood-shaped upper housing part 2 and a funnel-shaped lower housing part 3.
The housing 1 delimits an air-permeable material support 4 on three sides, which consists of a grid surface 5 formed from wire mesh and a perforated plate 6 arranged parallel below it at a distance. The upper housing part 2 has a connector 7 which is connected to a suction line 9 by means of a flexible bellows 8. The suction line 9 is connected to the suction port of an air blower 10. The lower housing part 3 is divided by walls 11, 12 and 13 up to the product support 5 in chambers 14 to 18, which form corresponding ventilation zones in the product support 4 (FIG. 5).
The chambers 14 to 17 are each assigned one of four axially symmetrically arranged air inlet openings 19, whereas the chamber 18 is connected directly to the inlet air through an opening 20 in the wall of the lower housing part 2. On the air inlet side of the air inlet openings 19 is.
A disk 22 is rotatably mounted about a shaft 21 attached to the housing 1 (FIG. 5). The disk 22 is provided with five axially symmetrically arranged passage openings 23.
The housing 1 with the material support 4 is mounted swingably in a direction parallel to the longitudinal side 25 of the material support 4. For this purpose, two tabs 26 and 27 are attached to the housing 1, which verbun with a tube 28 are the. A bearing body 29 and 30 is attached to the tube 28 between each of the tabs 26 and 27. The bearing bodies 29 and 30 are counteracted by means of coil springs 31
Supports 32 and 33 supported, which are placed on a rocker 34 and firmly connected to this. At the end of the housing 1 opposite the tabs 26 and 27 there is a block tapering downward in the form of a wedge
35 attached. The block 35 is supported by springs 36 on a support 37, which in turn is fastened to the rocker 34. The rocker 34 is mounted pivotably about an axis 38 parallel to the tube 28, which axis is in turn arranged on a second rocker 39.
The second rocker 39 is oriented around a horizontal, stationary, crosswise to the pipe 28
Axis 40 pivotable. The axis 40 is fixed in two carriers
41 arranged, which are attached to a stationary base 42. The second rocker 39 has a threaded hole into which a threaded bolt 43 provided with a handwheel 44 is screwed. The threaded bolt 43 rests with its leading end on a washer 45 so that the inclination of the second rocker 39 can be changed by turning the handwheel 44. The first rocker 34 forms a universal joint with the second rocker 39.
In the area of the support 37, a scissor lift 46 is arranged between the first rocker 34 and the base 42. The two upper legs 47 and 48 are pivotable about an axis 49 fixedly arranged in the rocker 34, while the lower legs 50 and 51 are pivotable about an axis 52 fixedly connected to the base 42. A bolt 54 provided with a mating thread and a handwheel 53 connects the two other articulation axes of the scissor lift 46. By turning the handwheel 53, the tilting of the rocker 34 is pivoted about the axis 38. By turning the handwheels 53 and 44, the longitudinal and transverse inclination of the rocker 34 and thus the product support 4 can be changed.
A holding block 55, on which a motor 56 is mounted to oscillate laterally by means of tabs 57, is also attached to the tube 28. Two eccentric weights 58 are arranged symmetrically on the shaft of the motor. The axis of rotation of these eccentric weights 58 is inclined at an acute angle towards the product support 4.
When the motor is running, the motor shaft arranged in this way generates an oscillating movement of the product support 4 parallel to the longitudinal side 25 and, due to the acute-angled position to the product support plane 4, throwing movements with a predetermined stroke.
A ratchet coupling 59 is also attached to the tube 28.
The drive shaft of the ratchet clutch 59 is driven by a rod 60 articulated on it from the motor 56, which is articulated with its free end to a bracket 61, which in turn is firmly connected to the motor 56. On the output shaft of the ratchet coupling 59, a V-belt pulley 62 is arranged in a rotationally fixed manner, which drives a V-belt pulley 64 via a V-belt 63, which V-belt pulley is connected to the disk 22 in a rotationally fixed manner. The disk 22 is thus set in rotation by the lateral oscillating movements of the oscillating drive.
Three outlets 65, 66 and 67 are arranged along side 25 of product support 4. The outlet 65 serves to carry away grains with a high floating speed, which form a majority with a proportion of 85-99% by weight; the outlet 67 is used to lead away grains with a low floating speed, with a proportion of 1 to
15% by weight form a minority. Fractions mixed with minority and majority are carried out through outlet 66. Along the outlet 66 runs a damming overflow edge 68, along which the grains separated from the light fraction under the influence of the throwing rocking motion of the
Material support 4 can be conveyed to the outlet 65, while the mixed fraction above it falls over the overflow edge 68 into the outlet 66.
The outlets 65 to 67 are funnel-shaped and, like the upper and lower housing parts 2 and 3, form a closed unit.
Adjustable flaps 97 and 98 allow the inlet areas to be changed in the collecting funnel leading to the outlets 65, 66, 67. The grains falling into the outlets 65 to 67 are discharged through elastic outlet funnels 99 ', 99 ",
99 "'discharged.
Prevent the elastic outlet funnels 99 ', 99 ", 99"'
False air ingresses, since they close themselves under the pressure gradient and only each under the weight of the separated grains of the minority, the majority and to be discharged
Open mixed fractions.
Opposite the outlets 65 to 67, a feed channel 69 is firmly arranged in the housing 1 above the material support 4. A sluicing feed device 70 leads through the upper housing part 2, following a flexible pipe, over the rear end of the feed channel 69. The granular material flows through the feed device 70 onto the feed channel 69 and from its end to the inlet point 71 on the material support 4. How 6, the feed channel 69 can have a plurality of closable outlet openings 72, 73 and 74. The outlet openings 72 to 74 each consist of a plate 75, 76 or 77, which are each firmly connected to an axle 78, 79 and 80 rotatably mounted in the housing wall. The plates 75 to 77 can be arranged coplanar by rotating them on the axes 78 to 80 or they can be pivoted upwards.
Depending on the position of the plates 75 to 77 ver changes the position of the inlet point 71 along the material support 4 down or up.
The device described works as follows.
By switching on the motor 56, the product support 4 is set in oscillation, it exerting throwing oscillation movements parallel to the longitudinal side 25. Likewise the fan
10 put into operation, which sucks air through the air inlet openings 19, the product support 4 and the suction line 9.
The air flowing through the air inlet openings 19 into the chambers 14 to 17 is periodically varied by the rotating disk 12 driven by the oscillating drive, so that a pulsating air flow is created through the product support 4. Since the chamber 15, which is adjacent to the inlet area 18, faces a much smaller cross-sectional area than the chambers 14, 16 and 17, the area of this chamber 15 has a considerably stronger pulsating air flow than in the area of the chambers 14, 16 and 17 The part of the product support assigned to chamber 18 results in an equally strong but continuous air flow in this inlet area due to the unchanged opening 20.
The granular material mixture is fed through the pipe 70. The material mixture reaches the material support 4 via the feed channel 69 in the area of the inlet point 71 and is suspended in the constant air flow. The grains with a low floating speed are layered in a sorting manner over the sorting grains, which sink onto the material support 4, at high floating speed.
In this state, the gradually sorted material mixture tends to flow away over the incline in the direction of the fall line. This endeavor is counteracted by the throwing swinging movement of the product support 4 directed against the wall piece 82 and the upper boundary wall 81 in FIG. 5. The wall piece 82, preferably sloping slightly towards the horizontal area from the area of the inlet point 71 to the outlet 65 for the majority, prevents the inflowing material mixture from flowing away too quickly into the area of the chamber 15. To further separate the minority from the majority, the material mixture is in the area of the chamber
15 exposed to a strongly pulsating air flow.
The minority grains rising to the surface now float in the direction of the fall line on the mixture to the outlet 67, while the majority, i. H. the grains that have sunk on the crop support 4 are conveyed along a roughly horizontal line to the outlet 65. This takes place essentially in an area along the boundary wall 81.
The lower layers of the part of the material mixture reaching the overflow edge 68 are retained by the latter and conveyed against the outlet 65 under the influence of the throwing swinging movements of the material layer 4.
The layer above, a mixed fraction of grains of the majority and the minority, passes over the overflow edge 68 into the outlet 66 and can be conveyed back in a known manner by a conveyor element (not shown) into the inlet area 70, 71 in order to carry out another separation work subject. The boundaries between majority and minority in relation to the mixed fraction contained by the two are determined by flaps 97 and 98.
Depending on the nature of the mixture, the inlet point 71 can be adjusted by pivoting the plates 75 to 77, which is done via the universal joint between the base and the two rockers, which is arranged essentially vertically below the center of gravity of the oscillating parts of the device. Furthermore, the inclination of the material support 4 can be adjusted by turning the handwheels 44 and 53 according to the requirements for the quality of the separation work, which primarily involves relocating the horizontal and the fall line on the material support and thus the conveying and floating flow properties of the sorted Goods to their separation.
According to a further exemplary embodiment, not shown, the device is operated with compressed air instead of suction air.
