Support device for concrete shuttering walls connected via tensioning elements
The invention relates to a support device for concrete shuttering walls connected via tensioning elements with an erecting rail, a mounting part on the foot side and a length-adjustable, extendable sprout bar.
The invention is based on the object of designing a support device of the aforementioned type in such a way that, while being simple to manufacture, it can be easily adapted to the constantly changing conditions of use on the construction site and is also easy to handle.
According to the invention, this is achieved in a support device of the type mentioned at the outset in that the erecting rail has a U-shaped cross-section and its legs face the abutment spar, and that the abutment spar with the erecting rail via a pivot axis parallel to its web, which can be displaced in the longitudinal direction of the erecting rail is connected.
In the support device according to the invention, there is a particularly simple connection between the erecting rail and the sprout bar, and the erecting rail can also be attached to the formwork wall in a particularly advantageous manner. Furthermore, the ability to move the pivot axis for the sprout bar in the longitudinal direction of the erecting rail means that extensive adjustments are also possible to the respective terrain and to the loads acting on the support device.
The invention is explained in more detail below using the exemplary embodiments. Show it:
1 shows a plan view of a mounting rail set up along a seam of a formwork with nail strips attached to it,
FIG. 2 shows a side view of the support device according to FIG. 1.
whereby a sprout bar and a bracket part on the foot side are also attached to the installation rail,
3 shows a view of the installation rail according to FIG. 1 in the direction of arrow III,
4 shows a view of a support frame in a direction corresponding to arrow III in FIG. 1, the support frame being arranged between the legs of the mounting rail, which is U-shaped in cross-section, and the pivot axis only carries the sprue bar,
FIG. 5 shows a view of the representation according to FIG. 4 in the direction of arrow V,
6 shows a view of the representation according to FIG. 4 in the direction of arrow VI, and
7 shows a section of a mounting rail according to FIGS. 4 to 6 in a view corresponding to arrow III in FIG.
In Fig. 1 a section of a formwork wall 1, which is made up of formwork panels 2 and 3, is shown in a view from above. The formwork wall 1 is covered on the outside in the area of the seam 4 between the formwork panels 2 and 3 by a mounting rail 5 on which nail strips 6 and 7 are attached to the side. As can be seen in particular in FIG. 2, the erecting rail 5 is part of a support device for the formwork wall and is provided with a mounting part 8 on the foot side. In addition to the mounting part 8, belonging to the support device, a sprout spar 9 is pivotably articulated on the mounting rail, which is also provided with a mounting part 10 at its end remote from the mounting rail 5.
The nail strips 6, 7, on which the formwork panels 2, 3 of the formwork wall 1, for example by nails - s. Nails 11 in Fig. 1 - are to be attached are attached to the outside of the legs 12 and 13 of the cross-sectionally U-shaped mounting rail 5, the web 14 of which forms the system for the formwork panels 2 and 3 and the overlap for the respective butt joint 4. The nail bars 6 and 7 are fastened to the erecting rail by means of screw bolts 15 which transversely pass through the nail bars 6, 7 and the legs 12, 13 and which can form the pivot axis for a spar as shown in FIG. 2 in the area between the legs 12, 13 . As FIG. 2 shows, a number of screw bolts 15 are provided over the length of the erecting rail 5, so that the articulation of the Abspriessholmes 9 on the erecting rail can be adjusted along the same.
As can be seen from FIG. 2, the sprout spar 9, which in the exemplary embodiment is formed by two tubes 16, 17 of different diameters, is adjustable in its longitudinal direction in that the tubes 16, 17 are connected to one another via a thread 18. At the end of the tube 17 remote from the mounting rail 5, the mounting part 10 is pivotably attached in the exemplary embodiment.
In addition, the tube 17 can still be rotated about its longitudinal axis 20 with respect to the mounting part 10, which is achieved by a guide bushing 21 placed on the tube 17, which in turn is pivotably connected to the mounting part 10.
Due to the additional rotatability of the tube 17 with respect to the mounting part 10, it is possible to change the length of the Abspriessholmes even after the mounting part 10 has been anchored to the ground, for example by means of the steel nail 19, which facilitates the alignment of the shuttering wall 1.
At the foot end, i.e. at the end of the erecting rail 5 adjacent to the floor, the mounting part 8 is pivotably articulated, with one of the screw bolts 15 again serving as the pivot axis 22, via which the nail bars 6, 7 are braced relative to the erecting rail 5.
The base of the mounting rail is fixed relative to the floor by the mounting part 8, a steel nail 19 again being able to serve for anchoring.
2 shows that the shuttering wall 1, which forms one side of a shuttering for a concrete wall, is connected to the opposite erected shuttering wall, not shown here, via tensioning elements, in the present case so-called tensioners 23. For the clamps 23, recesses 24 are provided in the installation rail 5 at regular intervals, through which the clamps 23 are to be passed. The fixation of the clamps with respect to the respective mounting rail is carried out by wedging 25. The screw bolts 15 are advantageously each located between two recesses 24 so that the screw bolts do not make it difficult to hammer in the wedges 25. From this point of view, it is expedient to provide the screw bolts only a little below the recess 24, as shown.
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 4 to 6, a different connection is provided between the erecting rail 5 and the sprout spar 9, which, viewed as a whole, can be designed like the sprout spar 9 explained with reference to FIG. In this exemplary embodiment, the abspriessholm 9 is connected to the erecting rail 5 via a support frame 26 which, like the erecting rail, has a U-shaped cross section. In the exemplary embodiment, the support frame 26 is formed by a web plate 27 to which right-angled legs 28 are welded. Of course, the support frame can also be formed by a conventional U-profile.
The legs 28 of the support frame 26 extend beyond the legs 12, 13 of the mounting rails 5 and, in their part protruding beyond these legs, carry the pivot axis 29, which is formed here by a bolt secured via split pins 30. The fastening of the support frame 26, the outer contour of which preferably corresponds to the inner contour of the erecting rail, is preferably carried out via a wedge connection 31 (in particular FIG. 6).
The wedge connection between the support frame 26 and the erecting rail is made possible in that an eyelet 32 is attached to the web of the erecting rail, which is formed by a U-shaped bracket, the legs 33 of which extend parallel to the legs 12, 13 and with the web 14 are welded. The size of the eyelet 32 is correspondingly provided with a recess 34 in the web plate 27 of the support frame, so that the web 27 rests on the web 14 of the erecting rail 5 when it is braced by the wedge 35.
If several eyelets 32 are provided on the erecting rail 5, the height of the articulation of the Abspriessholmes 9 relative to the erecting rail can also be changed in this solution. The changeover is possible in a particularly simple manner due to the wedge connection 31.
As FIG. 7 shows, an eyelet 32 for attaching the support frame 26 for a sprout spar 9 is also provided in this exemplary embodiment between two recesses 24 for a tensioner 23.
