Formwork device The subject of the invention is a formwork device comprising at least one formwork table for the construction of reinforced concrete slabs. Extensible and removable devices are already known intended for rapidly producing such formwork. However, in the event that slabs of similar dimensions have to be produced a large number of times, as is very often the case in the production of buildings and large complexes, it would be preferable. to save time and manpower. to avoid this disassembly and the subsequent reassembly.
The object of the invention is precisely to provide a formwork device which can be removed without dismantling and transported as a whole from one location to another on the site.
The present invention relates to a shuttering device comprising at least one shuttering table, characterized in that the table comprises two shutters joined together in the extension of one another at an adjustable spacing by means of profiles forming a splint. his. the gap between the shuttering surfaces of the shutterings being filled by a panel; four feet fixed under the shutters and P. even to rest on the ground by means of either support plates or rollers, the installation and removal of the rollers or the support plates being carried out by a mechanical jack.
The invention will be better understood on reading the description which follows, which is given only by way of example, and with the aid of the appended drawing, in which FIG. 1 is a perspective of the entire device seen from below; the trust. 2 is a perspective, on a larger scale, of a detail of an embodiment of a foot; the fi_. 3 is a vertical section along 111-11I of the fi \ f 1 @ .la fig. 4 is a vertical section along IV-IV of the fit. 1; the fi-.
S is a vertical section of the auxiliary device making it possible to form an intermediate beam at the same time as two slabs; the trust. 6 is a vertical section of another auxiliary device making it possible to form the facade dropouts; fig. 7 is a variant of the preceding device allowing the realization of a balcony.
The device shown consists of two branches each formed by a frame formed by four sections of U-shaped sections 2. with the wings facing outwards. and a number of crosspieces each constituted by a pair of U-shaped sections 3. placed back to back with the interposition of a wooden furring 3a allowing the nailing of the covering panel 4. generally in plywood (see fie. 3 ) .
Under each of these frames are fixed two side members i and 6 each formed by a pair of U-shaped profiles placed back to back at a certain interval. and under these side members are welded again transversely of the connecting crosspieces each constituted by a pair of profiles 7 placed back to back. On each of the profiles 7 are welded one or two sections of U R on each of which is welded a nut 9 into which is screwed a locking screw 10.
Both banche; 1 are placed in the extension of one another, as shown in the figure, and joined together by means of sections of U-shaped sections 11 each nested in one of the sections 7 in the manner shown on the fiR. 3. and blocked by the screws 10. This makes it possible to adjust the distance between two shutters 1. Once this adjustment has been made, the gap between the two panels 4 is filled by means of a complementary panel 12 cut. on demand and set in the same way.
The entire tray thus formed further comprises four feet in the manner of a table, each of these feet being formed, as shown in the fia. 1 and 2. by three sections of tube. two of which 13 are welded together at their lower end by means of two U sections 14, and of which the third 15 is simply drilled at 16 to be assembled by means of a pin 17 between two parts 18 in the form of screed welded to one of the sections 14.
Between these two sections 14 and the two tubes 13 is also welded a tubular section 19 constituting the fixed part of a mechanical jack. The movable part of this jack is constituted by a tube section 20, one part of which protrudes above the section 19 and the other part of which projects below and comes out of the pivot for an orientable wheel 22 mounted between two welded flanges 23. to a tubular part 21. A washer 24 serves as a stop for the assembly of the orientable roller.
The lower end 25 of the tubular element 20 comprises a nut into which is screwed a threaded rod 26 provided with a double handle 27 and whose lower end rotates freely while being trapped in a section of U 28 welded to a plate base 29. By operating the screw 26 through the handle 27 in one direction or the other. one can either rest the whole of the foot on the roller 22 by retracting the support plate 29, or on the contrary support the whole on the plate 29 by removing the force supported by the roller.
The whole of the foot thus constituted is fixed under the table by placing the upper ends of the two tubes 13 between the two U-shaped sections constituting the spar 5, as shown in FIG. 1. and fixing them each by means of a bolt 30. The end of the tube 15 is introduced in the same way between two profiles in U7, as shown in fig. 3 and fixed by means of a bolt 31.
Finally, in each of the profiles 2 located at the outer edges of the plate is nested another U-shaped profile 32 (see fig. 4) with, from place to place, a screw 33 screwed into a nut 34 welded to the profile 2, the end of this screw comprising a head 35 trapped in a section of 11 36 welded to the section 32. A handle 37. welded to the end of this screw allows it to be easily maneuvered.
For example, for the floors of a large building. the woolness of the table is adjusted in such a way that it corresponds to the size of the slab measured across the width of the building. and a number of similar tables are placed end to end to achieve the desired length. The table is brought into place, if necessary by rolling on the ground or on the lower floor thanks to the casters 22.
then after having taken support on the support plates 1-q, the assembly is adjusted in height and horizontality by acting on the jacks 19 located at the base of each leg. Finally, the screws 33 are acted on so as to bring the retractable sections 32 into contact with the walls 38 or the beams supporting the slab (see FIG. 4). The gap remaining between the panel 4 and the bare wall the beam is filled by means of a suitable joint.
We can then place the reinforcements and pour the concrete to form the slab. If the latter is very thick or has a very large span, it is easy to add additional intermediate feet, which can be constituted by a simple jack articulated on the panel without it being necessary to use rigid feet like those described.
Once the concrete has hardened, to remove the formwork from the table, all you have to do is retract the profiles 32 by acting on the screws 33, then lower the table by acting on the jacks 19 of each leg, starting by raising the base plates 2Q and the screws 26. The descent must be sufficient so that the table can escape the beams of any fallout. We can then either move the table as a whole by rolling on the ground, to bring it for example to another part of the structure located on the same floor, or still transport it as a whole by means of a -street site using a formwork lifting beam which takes the table from below and hooks to the crane hook over the date bypassing it.
We see in fact that, in this removal, all the parts constituting the table remain attached to it so that there is nothing to dismantle or reassemble to achieve a new identical slab at another location. This results in a very significant saving in labor. in addition, the possibility of changing the dimensions of the table without removing the supports when you want to pour slabs of different dimensions.
It is possible to join two shuttering tables by means of the auxiliary device shown in FIG. 5 in order to form at the same time the two slabs and the intermediate beam which supports them. To do this, it suffices to remove the retractable section 32 indicated above and fix instead a section head 39 which fits into the section 2 and which is articulated by means of a hinge 40 with another head 41 serving formwork for the vertical wall of the beam 42 and the horizontal wall for the part of the slab between the beam and the hinge 40.
These profiled heads 39 and 41 are reinforced by means of gussets 43 and 44 as well as, for the head 41, by assemblies 45 in double U-shaped profiles.
The formwork bottom of the beam 42 consists of a board 46 tightened between the two vertical walls by the action of a jack 47 articulated at the two lower ends of the uprights 45. The height of the beam can be determined using appropriate timings. or by means of brackets 48 formed of double U-sections and which can be fixed by means of bolts 49 on the uprights 45 while being able to be real in height in a continuous manner.
To perform the unloading. it suffices to dismantle the jack 47 and to tilt the two parts around their respective hinge towards the inside, in the direction represented by the arrow 50. For the rest, one operates as before.
In the ends of the row of tables, the auxiliary device shown on the figure can also be fixed. f to make it possible to form at the same time as the slabs the vertical fallouts 51 corresponding to the facade.
For this, pairs of beams 52 are used, each consisting of a pair of U-shaped sections placed back to back and fixed by means of bolts 53 on the connecting beams 7, possibly by means of wedges 54. These The beams in turn serve to secure brackets 55 and 56 similar to brackets 48, by means of bolts 57 and 58, allowing continuous adjustment. These brackets allow the vertical formwork panels 59 and 60 to be fixed to a piece of wood interposed between the two vertical U's, while the formwork bottom of the drop-out 51 is made up of a board 61, possibly supported by means of 'a wedging.
By adjusting this wedging or the 5.1 wedges, it is thus possible to adjust the height dimensions of the dropout, as well as all the horizontal dimensions by means of a continuous adjustment. The ends of the beams 52 can be used to support a service scaffold 62 facilitating the work and ensuring the safety of the personnel. If necessary, these beams can also be supported by a jack 63, the lower end of which rests on the floor of the lower level.
The device shown in FIG. 7 is absolutely similar to the previous one but it also allows, by means of additional wedges 64 and 65 as well as by means of an additional bracket 66, to support a panel 67 clamping to form a part 68 extending the main slab to the- beyond fallout 51 to serve as a balcony. Prefabricated elements 69 based on the wedge 65 and on the bracket 66 while being held vertically by jacks 70 hooked to the scaffold 62, can be placed before pouring the concrete, so that after the hardening of the latter, the balcony is practically finished.
