Description
Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung sind Schäd lingsbekämpfungsmittel, welche als Wirkstoff Phosphor säureesterderivate enthalten, welche der Formel EMI0001.0000 worin R1 und R., einen Alkylrest mit 1-4 Kohlenstoff atomen, R3 Wasserstoff, Chlor oder Brom, Ra Wasser stoff oder einen Alkylrest mit 1-4 Kohlenstoffatomen, R,; einen Carbalkoxy-, Carbalkenoxy- oder Acylrest und X Sauerstoff oder Schwefel bedeuten, entsprechen. Sie besitzen eine ausgezeichnete Wirkung gegen saugende und fressende Insekten sowie gegen Spinnen tiere wie Spinnmilben und Zecken in allen Entwick lungsstadien einschliesslich der Eier. Daneben sind die Verbindungen gegen Nematoden und phytopathogene Pilze wirksam. Die als Wirkstoff dienenden Verbindungen sind z. T. öle, die sich nicht unzersetzt destillieren lassen, z. T. feste kristalline Produkte. Sie werden in üblichen Mischungen mit festen oder flüssigen inerten Träger materialien, Haft-, Netz-, Dispergier-, Mahlhilfsmitteln als Stäubemittel oder Spritzmittel in Form einer wässri gen Spritzbrühe oder als Emulsion allein oder zusam men mit anderen Wirkstoffen angewandt. Sie besitzen Frass-, Kontakt-, Dampf- und systemische Wirkung. Hervorzuheben ist, dass die Verbindungen teils bessere Wirksamkeit gegen Schädlinge, teils geringere Warmblütertoxizität im Vergleich zu Handelspräpara ten besitzen, und dass sie gleichzeitig eine zusätzliche fungizide Wirkung aufweisen. Die als Wirkstoffe dienenden Verbindungen können hergestellt werden, indem man Phosphorsäure-halo- genide der Formel EMI0001.0005 wobei Hal für Chlor oder Brom steht, mit entsprechen den 2-Hydroxypyrazolopyrimidinen in Gegenwart von säurebindenden Substanzen, z. B. Alkalicarbonaten oder tertiären Basen, wie Triäthylamin oder Pyridin, oder mit Alkalisalzen des 2-Hydroxypyrazolopyrimidins umsetzt. Die Reaktionen werden durch folgende Formel schemen veranschaulicht: EMI0001.0006 EMI0002.0000 Die Reaktionen können mit oder ohne Lösungs mittel durchgeführt werden. Als Lösungsmittel eignen sich besonders niedermolekulare aliphatische Ketone, z. B. Aceton oder Methyläthylketon, ferner Nitrile wie Acetonitril, Ester wie Essigsäuremethylester, Äther wie Tetrahydrofuran oder Dioxan, chlorierte Kohlenwasser stoffe wie CH,>, Cl;; oder Tetrachlorkohlenstoff und Aromaten wie Benzol, Xylol und deren einfache Deri vate wie Chlorbenzol, Dichlorbenzol oder Nitrobenzol. Die Umsetzung verläuft im allgemeinen bereits bei einer Temperatur von etwa 15-25'C mit ausreichen der Geschwindigkeit. Sie kann durch Temperaturer höhung, z. B. auf 50-70 C, oder auf Rückflusstempe ratur und/oder durch Zusatz von etwas Kupferpulver gesteigert werden. Die Erfindung sei anhand nachstehender Beispiele erläutert. Aus der organischen Phase erhält man nach Ab destillieren des Methylenchlorids 68 g 2-(O,O-Diäthyl- thionophosphoryl)-5-methyl-6-acetyl-pyrazolo-pyrimidin als ein nichtdestillierbares Öl. Dieses wird anschliessend mit einem geeigneten Trägermaterial vermischt. Aus dem vom NaCl befreiten Fil trat erhält man 37 g 2-(O,O-Diäthylthionophosphoryl)-5- methyl-6-carbäthoxy-pyrazolo-pyrimidin als gelbes Öl (Fp. = 38-40 C). Das Verfahrensprodukt ist gleich dem von Beispiel 2 und wird in entsprechender Weise zu pestici- den Formulierungen verarbeitet. Zur Herstellung der erfindungsgemässen Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel wird der Wirkstoff mit geeigneten Trägermaterialien vermischt. Das vom Triäthylaminhydrochlo- rid befreite Filtrat wird eingedampft und ergibt 35 g 2-(O,O-Diäthylthionophosphoryl)-5-methyl-6-carboallyl- oxy-pyrazolo-pyrimidin als Öl, welches langsam erstarrt (wachsartig). Zusammen mit geeigneten Trägermaterialien und gegebenenfalls weiteren Zusätzen wird daraus eine pesti- cide Formulierung erhalten. Als Rückstand hinterbleiben 42 g 2-(O,O-Diäthyl- thionophosphoryl) -3 -brom-5-methyl-6-carbäthoxy-pyr- azolo-pyrimidin als hellgelbes Öl, das sich nicht unzer- setzt destillieren lässt. Analyse: EMI0003.0044 MG(531) <tb> ber.: <SEP> P <SEP> 5,8 <SEP> Br <SEP> 30,2 <tb> gef.: <SEP> P <SEP> 5,7 <SEP> Br <SEP> 30,6 Mit geeigneten Träger- und gegebenenfalls Zusatz stoffen werden daraus die erfindungsgemässen Schäd lingsbekämpfungsmittel erhalten. <I>Beispiel 10</I> Gurken einer mehltauanfälligen Sorte wurden mit einer Konidiensuspension des Gurkenmehltaus (Ery- siphe cichoracearum) künstlich stark infiziert. 5 Tage nach der Infektion wurden die Gurken mit einer wässri gen Emulsion eines Präparates behandelt, das folgende Zusammensetzung hatte: 10 % 2-[O,O-Diäthylthionophosphoryl]-5-methyl-6- carbäthoxy-pyrazolo-pyrimidin 80 % Äthylalkohol <B>10</B> ö Emulgator (Nonylphenol mit 10 % Ae0) Die Anwendungskonzentration betrug 500, 250, 120, 60, 30, 15 und 7,5 mg Wirkstoff je Liter Spritz- brühe. Alle Pflanzen wurden tropfnass gespritzt. Als Vergleichsmittel diente ein mehltauwirksames handelsübliches Phosphinoxypräparat - Wirkstoff: Bis- (dimethylamino) - (3-amino-5-phenyl-triazolyl)-phosphin- oxyd - das in der gleichen Anwendungskonzentration und unter gleichen Anwendungsbedingungen gespritzt wurde, und eine unbehandelte Kontrolle. Das Ergebnis des Versuches, 3 Wochen nach der Behandlung, in anliegender Tabelle zeigt die hervor- ragende Mehltauwirkung des beanspruchten Wirkstoffes sehr deutlich. Während der beanspruchte Phosphor säureester den Mehltaubefall bis zu einer Anwendungs konzentration von 30 mg Wirkstoff je Liter Spritzbrühe völlig unterband, vermochte das Vergleichsmittel in der gleichen Anwendungskonzentration den totalen Befall nicht zu verhindern. Selbst in der höchsten Anwen dungskonzentration von 500 mg Wirkstoff je Liter Spritzbrühe trat beim Vergleichsmittel noch 20% Mehl taubefall auf. Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRUCH Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel, gekennzeichnet durch den Gehalt an mindestens einem Phosphorsäureester der Formel EMI0005.0000 worin R, und R= einen Alkylrest mit 1-4 Kohlenstoff atomen, R3 Wasserstoff oder Halogen, R4 Wasserstoff oder einen Alkylrest mit 1-4 Kohlenstoffatomen, R5 einen Carbalkoxy-, Carbalkenoxy- oder Acylrest und X Sauerstoff oder Schwefel bedeuten, als Wirkstoff sowie einem festen oder flüssigen Trägermaterial. UNTERANSPRÜCHE 1. Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel nach Patentan spruch, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt an einem Lösungs-, Haft-, Netz-, Dispergier- oder Mahlhilfs mittel. 2.Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel nach Patentan spruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es in Form eines benetzbaren Spritzpulvers vorliegt. 3. Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel nach Patentan spruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es als Stäube präparat vorliegt. 4. Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel nach Patentan spruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es als Lösung oder Emulsionskonzentrat vorliegt.<I>Anmerkung des</I> Eidg. <I>Amtes für</I> geistiges <I>Eigentum:</I> Sollten Teile der Beschreibung mit der im Patentanspruch gegebenen Definition der Erfindung nicht in Einklang stehen, so sei daran erinnert, dass gemäss Art.<B>51</B> des Patentgesetzes der Patentanspruch für den sachlichen Geltungs bereich des Patentes massgebend ist.
