Buckelschneidvorrichtunb for the care of Slcip: the main subject of the invention is a intended for hanging on snow vehicles, intended for the maintenance of ski slopes Buckelschneidvorrichtunj with wedge-shaped, juxtaposed and inextricably connected, in plan view forward-pointing angle forming angles that have ripping teeth at the bottom .
The snow vehicles in use for grooming the slopes are probably able to roll in the snow across the width of the caterpillar wheels, while areas in between, on the other hand, remain unaffected, as long as their own roller does not run in front of or behind the vehicle. In particular, the bumps occurring on busy Hän conditions can not be compensated for by such devices at all, since they are usually very icy. The reason for this is the softening and watering of the snow when exposed to sunlight, especially at noon, and the subsequent freezing of this slush at low temperatures during the night.
Removing these humps of ice with milling is not only time-consuming, but also time-consuming, since the milling cutter has to be guided over practically every hump. A known, wedge-shaped cutting segment can only be used to a limited extent to solve this problem, since the wedge extends over the entire width of the surface to be machined and the obtuse angle on the wedge cutting requires a lot of force, unless additional means such as ripping teeth or the like are connected upstream which already cause a loosening of the hump before the cutting segment comes into engagement.
The known devices for leveling and smoothing the loosened snow are often inadequate and inadequate, either because gaps remain between the individual rolling elements attached to the processing width, which lead to unprocessed longitudinal strips on the snow surface, or if there is a lot of fresh snow, a strong one overload of the towing vehicle is given, since the rolling width cannot be reduced.
It is thus the task to solve the problem of creating a hump cutting device that removes ice humps without excessive force in the width of the clearing front while avoiding the aforementioned inadequacies and distributes the loosened clearing material compensatingly ver so that it can solidify subsequent rollers or the like.
This is achieved according to the invention in that the cutting units consisting of the cutting units, forming a fixed unit, are stored in at least two guides and are supported by a frame adjustable in width, the center of which is connected to the cutting units and used to adjust their height and spindle wheel having, a distributor plate and a roller serving to secure the snow being arranged behind the cutting units.
If in front of the edge of the to the ground at an angle of attack .., inclined blades resilient and height adjustable ripping teeth are additionally arranged, the Aufwei sen at their bottom end Aufreissköpfe, the ripping teeth guided in a sleeve firmly connected to the cutting and by means of a through holes in the. Sleeves or bolts inserted in the ripping teeth can be locked at the desired height,
the performance of the proposed device is significantly increased. The ripping teeth advantageously consist of a set of springs and are in a sleeve permanently connected to the cutting edge. By means of a bolt inserted through holes in the sleeve and in the ripping tooth, they can be fixed in the selected height position.
The distributor plate, which may have teeth on the lower edge, is advantageously pivotable about an axis parallel to the longitudinal course of the cutting units, this pivoting being accomplished via a linkage, preferably operated manually from the snow vehicle, which is articulated with an end link on its rear wall .
Between the front wall of the distributor plate and the cutting

The Tclcskopwalze 21 is attached to the frame 2 via a foldable linkage 25, 26. You ordered from a middle roller 22, the width of which corresponds to the Schnei the 4, and two rollers 23, 24 of smaller diameter, which are to be pushed into those. All three rollers are mounted on an axle 34.
There is also the width for pushing the rollers 23, 24 in and out. of the frame 2 has to be changed accordingly, the lever 26 of the linkage 25, 26 ends in a U-shaped tubular bracket 29 which is slidably guided in the tubes 27, 28 of the frame 2. In these bores 30 are arranged which correspond to similar bores 31 in the tubular bracket 29, so that a retaining bracket 32 inserted through both defines the respective frame width.
A tension spring 33 is arranged between the retractable rollers 23, 24 and the frame 2, which keeps the telescopic roller 21 firmly on the floor 6 at all times. When the towing vehicle 18 drives over a hill, for example, the telescopic roller is not lifted off, but rather pressed down as a result of the spring force and the linkage 25, 26 which can be bent about the pivot axis 42.
If desired, the two levers 25, 26 can be locked against each other. A circle segment 38 with bores 39 is used for this purpose. If a plug-in pin 41 is guided through these bores and similar bores 40 in the levers 25, 26, a rigid connection between the frame 2 and the telescopic arm 21 is established.
The piston rod 44 of a control slide 45 on the towing vehicle is connected to the frame 2 via a joint in such a way that it is raised and lowered about the pivot axis 50 with the devices attached to it can. With levers 25, 26 fixed to one another by means of the circular segment 38 in the above-mentioned manner, pressure can also be exerted on the telescopic roller 21, with which the snow of the slope to be prepared can be pressed accordingly. In the zero position of the control slide: the telescopic roller 21 <floats> on the floor 6.
The telescopic roller 2 1 consists of strips 35 lying transversely to the direction of travel, which are firmly connected with a flexible belt 37. In order to secure the roller shape, supports 36 are arranged at the ends of the rollers 22 to 24 or in their middle, through which the axle 34 also passes. The bands 37 can consist of cylindrical rings - as shown, for example, in the figures of the drawing - or they can be drawn up outwards in the form of a screw thread. In the former case, the rings are screwed to the strips 35 at a distance from one another. The axis or shaft 34 consists of parts which can be telescoped into one another.
If obstacles occur during the rolling process, this strip, as shown in FIG. 4, can yield or return to its original position. In this way, the rollers repeatedly clean themselves of any adhering snow.
The individual rollers of the telescopic roller 21 are all basically the same. Different rolling widths can be achieved by sliding them more or less far into one another.
In order to compensate for any remaining snow behind the telescopic roller 21, a drag bitter 46 is provided which is connected via a pivot axis 48 to a pivot lever 47, the other end of which is attached to the axis 34 of the telescopic roller 21. When not in use, the grid 46 can be pivoted up about this lever 47.
It should also be pointed out that - as FIGS. 1 and 2 of the drawing show - the cutting units 3 could also be arranged on the front part of the towing vehicle 18.
