Boîte d'emballage en carton pour la pâtisserie
La présente invention a pour objet une boîte d'emballage en carton pour la pâtisserie. Elle est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une feuille de carton découpée présentant une partie centrale, deux parties d'extrémité disposées dans le sens de la longueur de la feuille respectivement et une poignée en carton, la partie centrale formant le fond et les côtés longitudinaux de la boîte, les parties d'extrémité en formant les côtés latéraux et un élément du couvercle respectivement, chaque extrémité de la poignée étant fixée sur le côté longitudinal correspondant, ladite poignée lorsque la boîte est à l'état plié pour la conserver sous un volume réduit étant repliée sur ellmeme en zigzag.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de la boîte objet de l'invention.
La fig. 1 est une vue en plan d'une feuille de carton découpée et pourvue de lignes de pliage en traits espacés et de repères de l'emplacement des pattes d'extrémité de la poignée en traits pointillés.
Les fig. 2 et 3 sont des vues en plan de la poignée dans les positions dépliée et repliée respectivement.
La fig. 4, à une plus petite échelle, est une vue en plan de la boîte dans une phase intermédiaire de pliage de la feuille de carton.
La fig. 5 est une vue en plan de la boîte en position de dépliement partiel dans une phase intermédiaire de sa formation.
Les fig. 6 à 8 représentent la boîte dans la position de transport, la fig. 6 en étant une vue en élévation, la fig. 7, une vue en plan de la fig. 6, et la fig. 8, une vue latérale.
La boîte, dans la forme d'exécution représentée, comprend une feuille de carton découpée qui, à l'état déplié, se présente comme indiqué à la fig. 1. Cette feuille, de forme oblongue, comprend une partie centrale 1, de forme rectangulaire, délimitée par des lignes de pliage 2, 2' sur ses côtés longitudinaux et 3, 3' sur ses côtés latéraux. Chacun des côtés longitudinaux de la partie centrale 1 est pourvu d'un bord repliable 4, 4' respective ment, ces bords formant après rabattement, les panneaux longitudinaux de la boîte.
La partie d'extrémité rattachée à la partie centrale 1 par la ligne de pliage 3 comporte une bande repliable 5, de forme rectangulaire, délimitée par une ligne de pliage 6, parallèle à la ligne de pliage 3, et par des lignes de pliage 7, 7' situées dans le prolongement des lignes de pliage 2, 2' respectivement. La partie centrale 8 de la bande repliable 5 forme, après rabattement, I'un des panneaux latéraux de la boîte, ladite bande 5 étant pourvue à ses extrémités de languettes 9, 9', collées sur des parties triangulaires 10, 10' respectivement, lesdites parties triangulaires étant formées par les bords repliables 4, 4' et des lignes de pliage 11, 11' respectivement.
Les languettes 9, 9' sont destinées à maintenir la boîte en position ouverte.
La partie attenant à la ligne de pliage 6 forme, après rabattement, un élément 12 du couvercle de la boîte, ledit élément étant pourvu de deux lignes de pliage 13, 13' situées dans le prolongement des lignes de pliage 7, 7'respectivement. Des bords repliables 14, 14'respeo tivement, sont rattachés à l'élément 12 par les lignes 13, 13' respectivement, ces bords repliables étant destinés, après leur rabattement, à consolider la partie supérieure des panneaux longitudinaux 4, 4' respectivement, de la boîte.
L'autre partie d'extrémité rattachée à la partie centrale 1 par la ligne de pliage 3' comporte une bande repliable 15, de forme rectangulaire, ladite bande étant délimitée par une ligne de pliage 16, parallèle à la ligne de pliage 3'. La bande 15 forme, après rabattement, le panneau latéral de la boîte, parallèle au panneau 8. A la ligne de pliage 3' sont également rattachés des volets 17, 17', rabattables vers l'intérieur de la boîte, ces volets étant destinés à consolider le panneau latéral 15.
La partie attenant à la ligne de pliage 16 forme, après rabattement, l'autre élément 18 du couvercle, ledit élément étant pourvu de deux lignes de pliage 19, 19', situées dans le prolongement des lignes de pliage 2, 2' respectivement. Des bords repliables 20, 20' sont rattachés à l'élément 18 par les lignes de pliage 19, 19' respectivement, ces bords ayant le même but que celui des bords 14, 14' décrits ci-dessus. L'élément 18 est, en outre, pourvu sur son bord extérieur 21 d'un bec 22 formant levier au moment de la fermeture de la boîte, ledit bec étant destiné à faciliter l'introduction d'un onglet 23, en forme de demi-lune, dans un évidement 24, de forme analogue, ménagé dans l'élément 12.
La boîte est également munie d'une poignée 25 (fig.
2 et 3) comportant une partie centrale 26 de faible largeur, deux pattes de fixation 27, 27', de forme rectangulaire, chaque patte étant reliée à la partie centrale par une pièce 28, 28' respectivement de forme trapézoïdale.
Des lignes de pliage 29, 29' et 30, 30'séparent la partie centrale 26 des pièces trapézoïdales 28, 28' respectivement, et ces dernières des pattes 27, 27'respectivement.
Pour faciliter la fixation des pattes 27, 27', par exemple par collage, sur les bords repliables 4, 4' respectivement, de la feuille de carton, des lignes de repères 31, 31' et 32, 32'respectivement (fig. 1) sont tracées sur la face extérieure de chacun desdits bords 4, 4'.
La poignée 25 pourrait être renforcée au moyen d'une ficelle de forme aplatie, du genre dénommé bolduc.
La feuille de carton décrite est repliée à plat, comme représenté à la fig. 4, pour être livrée au pâtissier avant son utilisation, la poignée 25 étant fixée dans une position repliée, comme représenté à la fig. 3. Il suffit ensuite de déplier les éléments du couvercle, comme représenté à la fig. 5, pour permettre l'introduction de la pâtisserie, ensuite de rabattre les bords pour façonner la boîte, de déplier la poignée 25 et enfin de fermer la boîte en introduisant l'onglet 23 dans l'évidement 24 en se servant du bec 22, la boîte d'emballage se présentant alors dans la forme représentée aux fig. 6 à 8 pour son transport.
Il est évident que la partie centrale et les côtés longitudinaux et latéraux de la boîte, au lieu d'être rectangulaires, pourraient avoir une forme carrée.
Cardboard packaging box for pastry
The present invention relates to a cardboard packaging box for pastry. It is characterized in that it comprises a cut cardboard sheet having a central part, two end parts arranged in the direction of the length of the sheet respectively and a cardboard handle, the central part forming the bottom and the sides. longitudinal sides of the box, the end portions forming the lateral sides and a cover element respectively, each end of the handle being fixed to the corresponding longitudinal side, said handle when the box is in the folded state to keep it under a reduced volume being folded back on itself in a zigzag fashion.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the box which is the subject of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a plan view of a sheet of cardboard cut and provided with fold lines in spaced lines and marks of the location of the end tabs of the handle in dotted lines.
Figs. 2 and 3 are plan views of the handle in the unfolded and folded positions respectively.
Fig. 4, on a smaller scale, is a plan view of the box in an intermediate stage of folding the cardboard sheet.
Fig. 5 is a plan view of the box in a partially unfolded position in an intermediate phase of its formation.
Figs. 6 to 8 show the box in the transport position, fig. 6 being a view in elevation, FIG. 7, a plan view of FIG. 6, and fig. 8, a side view.
The box, in the embodiment shown, comprises a cut cardboard sheet which, in the unfolded state, looks as shown in FIG. 1. This sheet, of oblong shape, comprises a central part 1, of rectangular shape, delimited by fold lines 2, 2 'on its longitudinal sides and 3, 3' on its lateral sides. Each of the longitudinal sides of the central part 1 is provided with a folding edge 4, 4 'respectively, these edges forming after folding, the longitudinal panels of the box.
The end part attached to the central part 1 by the fold line 3 comprises a foldable strip 5, of rectangular shape, delimited by a fold line 6, parallel to the fold line 3, and by fold lines 7 , 7 'located in the extension of the fold lines 2, 2' respectively. The central part 8 of the folding strip 5 forms, after folding, one of the side panels of the box, said strip 5 being provided at its ends with tongues 9, 9 ', glued to triangular parts 10, 10' respectively, said triangular portions being formed by the foldable edges 4, 4 'and fold lines 11, 11' respectively.
The tabs 9, 9 'are intended to hold the box in the open position.
The part adjoining the fold line 6 forms, after folding, an element 12 of the cover of the box, said element being provided with two fold lines 13, 13 'located in the extension of the fold lines 7, 7' respectively. Folding edges 14, 14 'respectively, are attached to element 12 by lines 13, 13' respectively, these foldable edges being intended, after their folding, to consolidate the upper part of the longitudinal panels 4, 4 'respectively, of the box.
The other end part attached to the central part 1 by the fold line 3 'comprises a foldable strip 15, of rectangular shape, said strip being delimited by a fold line 16, parallel to the fold line 3'. The strip 15 forms, after folding, the side panel of the box, parallel to the panel 8. To the fold line 3 'are also attached flaps 17, 17', folding towards the inside of the box, these flaps being intended to consolidate the side panel 15.
The part adjoining the fold line 16 forms, after folding, the other element 18 of the cover, said element being provided with two fold lines 19, 19 ', located in the extension of the fold lines 2, 2' respectively. Folding edges 20, 20 'are attached to the element 18 by the fold lines 19, 19' respectively, these edges having the same purpose as that of the edges 14, 14 'described above. Element 18 is furthermore provided on its outer edge 21 with a spout 22 forming a lever when the box is closed, said spout being intended to facilitate the introduction of a tab 23, in the form of a half. -lune, in a recess 24, of similar shape, formed in the element 12.
The box is also provided with a handle 25 (fig.
2 and 3) comprising a central part 26 of small width, two fixing lugs 27, 27 ', of rectangular shape, each lug being connected to the central part by a part 28, 28' respectively of trapezoidal shape.
Folding lines 29, 29 'and 30, 30' separate the central part 26 from the trapezoidal pieces 28, 28 'respectively, and the latter from the tabs 27, 27' respectively.
To facilitate the fixing of the tabs 27, 27 ', for example by gluing, on the foldable edges 4, 4' respectively, of the cardboard sheet, the reference lines 31, 31 'and 32, 32' respectively (fig. 1 ) are traced on the outer face of each of said edges 4, 4 '.
The handle 25 could be reinforced by means of a string of flattened shape, of the type called bolduc.
The described sheet of cardboard is folded flat, as shown in FIG. 4, to be delivered to the pastry chef before use, the handle 25 being fixed in a folded position, as shown in FIG. 3. It is then sufficient to unfold the elements of the cover, as shown in fig. 5, to allow the introduction of the pastry, then to fold the edges to shape the box, to unfold the handle 25 and finally to close the box by inserting the tab 23 into the recess 24 using the spout 22, the packaging box then being in the form shown in FIGS. 6 to 8 for its transport.
It is obvious that the central part and the longitudinal and lateral sides of the box, instead of being rectangular, could have a square shape.
