Kanten-Espagnolettenverschluss für Fenster und Türen Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Kanten-Espa- gnolettenverschluss für Fenster und Türen, mit einem an einem Flügelschenkel befestigten Lagergehäuse für einen Griffhebel zur Verschiebung einer verdeckt angeordneten Stange für die Betätigung der Fanghaken des Verschlus ses.
Gemäss der Erfindung ist in einer Profilschiene, die in einer an der Rückseite des Flügelschenkels angebrach ten Nut teilweise versenkt angeordnet ist, die Stange ver schiebbar gelagert, die Mitnehmer für die Verschwen- kung der Fanghaken aufweist, welche um eine an der Profilschiene befestigte Achse senkrecht zur Ebene des Flügels verschwenkbar gelagert sind.
In der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs beispiel des Kanten-Espagnolettenverschlusses gemäss der Erfindung dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht des Verschlusses, zum Teil im Schnitt, nach der Linie I-1 in Fig. 2, an einem Rah menteil eines Fensterflügels angebracht, Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt nach der Linie II-II in Fig. 1, Fig. 3 eine Detailvariante eines Verschlussteiles, Fig. 4 eine Detailvariante, zum Teil im Schnitt,
und Fig. 5 einen Querschnitt nach der Linie V-V in Fig. 4. Der in den Fig. 1 und 2 gezeichnete Fensterverschluss weist ein am Flügelschenkel 1 eines Fensterflügelrah- mens 1, 2 angebrachtes Lagergehäuse 3 auf, in dem ein Griffhebel 4 um eine Achse 5 verschwenkbar gelagert ist.
An der Unterseite des Flügelschenkels 1 ist eine Nute 6 ausgefräst, in welcher eine Führung 7, bestehend aus einer Profilschiene mit C-förmigem Querschnitt (Fig. 4) hochkant, teilweise versenkt angeordnet ist. In der Füh rung 7 ist eine Stange 8 in Form einer Flachschiene ge führt und mittels des Griffhebels 4 über einen Zapfen 9, der in eine Nute 10 der Stznge 8 ragt, verschiebbar.
Nahe den Enden der Stange 8 sind in derselben Aus- nehmungen 11 angebracht. In diesen Ausnehmungen liegt ein Teil von Fanghaken 12, welche um Zapfen 13 in der Führungsschiene 7 schwenkbar an der letzteren gelagert sind. Der in der Ausnehmung 11 liegende Teil der Fanghaken 12 weist eine Anschlagfläche 14 auf, die in Zusammenarbeit mit einer Anschlagfläche der Stan ge 8, bzw. der Ausnehmung 11, den Fanghaken in der Schliesslage, gegen Verschwenkung sichert.
Ein Nocken 15 am Fanghaken gelangt beim Verschieben der Stange 8 in eine Ausbuchtung 16 der Ausnehmung 11 und bringt denselben in die Offenlage.
In der Schliesslage liegen die Fanghaken 12 in einem, annähernd halbrunden Gehäuse 17, das versenkt im Blindrahmen 18 des Fensters, mittels Schrauben 19 befe stigt ist. Dabei greift der Fanghaken hinter einen Stift 20 am Gehäuse 17. Die Lage dieses Stiftes 20 ist durch Ver drehen des Gehäuses 17 einstellbar, wobei die Schrau ben 19 zur Ermöglichung dieses Verdrehens, Langlöcher 21 durchsetzen.
Zur Befestigung der Führungsschienen 7 am Rah men 1 sind Schrauben 22 vorgesehen, welche ein in der Schiene 17 angeordnetes Klötzchen 23 durchsetzen, das die ganze Tiefe der Schiene ausfüllt. Die Klötzchen 23 liegen in Aussparungen 24 der Stange 8, wobei die Länge der Aussparungen 24 so bemessen ist, dass die Stange 8 für das Verschwenken der Fanghaken verschoben werden kann.
Natürlich können auch an andern Stellen als den En den der Stange 8 Fanghaken vorgesehen sein, die mit an entsprechend angeordneten Stellen des Blindrahmens 18 vorgesehenen Gehäusen 17 zusammenarbeiten. Bei der Variante der Stange nach Fig. 3 sind End stücke 8' mit den Ausnehmungen 11 für die Fanghaken 12 vorgesehen und ein Zwischenstück 8" mit der Nute 10' für den Zapfen, der mittels des Griffhebels 4 (Fig. 1) das Verschieben der Stange 8', 8" gestattet. Der Stangenteil 8" ist mit den Stangenteilen 8' ge kuppelt indem hakenartige Vorsprünge 25 und 26 an diesen Teilen miteinander in Eingriff gebracht sind.
Die Fanghaken 12a nach den Fig. 4 und 5 arbeiten mit einer Flachstange 27 zusammen, welche ebenfalls in einer im Querschnitt C-förmigen Führungsschiene 7 ver schiebbar ist. Ein Mitnehmer in Form eines Zapfens 28 an der Stange 27 dient zum Verschwenken des Fang hakens 12a mittels eines Armes 12b an demselben um einen Zapfen 13 an der Führungsschiene 7 für das Ein hängen des Fanghakens am Stift 20 am Gehäuse 17 (Fig. 1). Derselbe Zapfen 28 verschwenkt den Fanghaken 12a mittels des Armes 12c, beim Verschieben der Stange 27 in entgegengesetzter Richtung.
Der Fanghaken 12a weist einen Anschlagteil 12d auf zur Begrenzung seiner Schwenkbewegung. Der An schlagteil 12d arbeitet mit der Wandung der Schiene 7, neben dem Ausschnitt in derselben für den Durchtritt des Fanghakens zusammen. In der Schliesslage des Fang hakens 12a liegt der Zapfen 28 auf dem Arm 12b, als Anschlagfläche auf und sichert den Fanghaken 12a in dieser Lage, so dass er nicht durch Zug am Fensterflügel, ohne Betätigung des Griffhebels 4 (Fig. 1) verstellt wer den kann.
Um ein Zurückfallen des Griffhebels 4, nach dem öffnen des Fensterflügels, in die Schliesslage nach Fig. 1 zu verhindern, sind beiderends einer Druckfeder 29 Ku geln 30 angeordnet, welche in einer Vertiefung am Griff hebel bzw. am Gehäuse 3 liegen. Die Anordnung der Vertiefungen ist dabei so, dass die Feder 29 je nach Lage des Griffhebels, auf der einen oder andern Seite der Achse 5 wirksam ist und den Griffhebel in der aufge- schwenkten oder niedergedrückten Lage sichert.

and FIG. 5 shows a cross-section along the line VV in FIG. 4. The window lock shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 has a bearing housing 3 attached to the sash leg 1 of a window sash frame 1, 2, in which a handle lever 4 about an axis 5 is pivotably mounted.
A groove 6 is milled out on the underside of the wing limb 1, in which a guide 7, consisting of a profile rail with a C-shaped cross section (FIG. 4), is arranged on edge, partially sunk. In the Füh tion 7 is a rod 8 in the form of a flat rail leads GE and by means of the handle lever 4 via a pin 9 which protrudes into a groove 10 of the Stznge 8, displaceable.
Recesses 11 are made in the same near the ends of the rod 8. In these recesses there is a part of catch hooks 12 which are mounted on the latter so as to be pivotable about pins 13 in the guide rail 7. The part of the catch hook 12 lying in the recess 11 has a stop surface 14 which, in cooperation with a stop surface of the Stan ge 8, or the recess 11, the catch hook in the closed position, secures against pivoting.
A cam 15 on the catch hooks when the rod 8 is moved into a bulge 16 of the recess 11 and brings the same into the open position.
In the closed position, the catch hooks 12 lie in an approximately semicircular housing 17, which is sunk in the blind frame 18 of the window, by means of screws 19 BEFE Stigt. The catch hook engages behind a pin 20 on the housing 17. The position of this pin 20 is adjustable by rotating the housing 17, the screws ben 19 enforcing elongated holes 21 to enable this rotation.
To attach the guide rails 7 on the frame men 1 screws 22 are provided which enforce a block 23 arranged in the rail 17, which fills the entire depth of the rail. The blocks 23 lie in recesses 24 of the rod 8, the length of the recesses 24 being dimensioned such that the rod 8 can be moved for the pivoting of the catch hooks.
Of course, catch hooks can also be provided at points other than the ends of the rod 8, which hooks cooperate with housings 17 provided at correspondingly arranged points on the blind frame 18. In the variant of the rod according to FIG. 3, end pieces 8 'are provided with the recesses 11 for the catch hook 12 and an intermediate piece 8 "with the groove 10' for the pin, which by means of the handle lever 4 (Fig. 1) the displacement of the Rod 8 ', 8 "permitted. The catch hook 12a has a stop part 12d to limit its pivoting movement. The stop part 12d works with the wall of the rail 7, in addition to the cutout in the same for the passage of the catch hook. In the closed position of the catch hook 12a, the pin 28 rests on the arm 12b as a stop surface and secures the catch hook 12a in this position so that it is not adjusted by pulling the window sash without operating the handle lever 4 (Fig. 1) can.
