Sliding bearing The invention relates to a sliding bearing, one sliding surface of which is divided into individual partial surfaces, with a lubricant film being formed between the partial surfaces and the second sliding surface in accordance with the dynamic conditions during operation.
It is known to assign partial surfaces of a first sliding surface of a plain bearing on tiltable elements, @so. That the partial surfaces adjust according to the bearing load and under the influence of a lubricant,
i that wedge-shaped sliding gaps arise between the partial surfaces and the second sliding surface.
A spray pipe, through which lubricant is fed to the sliding gap of a partial surface, is arranged between two partial surfaces. The lubricant heated in the sliding gap mixes with the fresh lubricant for the subsequent lubricating wedge after exiting the gap. At the same time, Ida's lubricant flows outwards due to the centrifugal force and is (finally collected and cooled.
The cooled lubricant is used again for lubrication.
Since, in the known arrangement, the lubricant has to lubricate more than a part of the surface during a cycle, the lubricant is strongly heated and high storage temperatures arise.
Through the invention, the disadvantages mentioned can be avoided, and the lubricant exchange on the individual sub-areas is improved by:
Most of the lubricant heated after a single pass through a sliding gap is removed, while the following sliding gap receives almost exclusively fresh lubricant.
The aims according to the invention are achieved in that two spray pipes are arranged between two adjacent partial surfaces, each spray pipe allowing lubricant to flow against the sliding gap facing it, and that a scraper rests against the second sliding surface between the two spray pipes.
The invention is explained using an embodiment shown schematically in the drawing tion.
The drawing shows part of an axial plain bearing with oil lubrication in a cylindrical section.
A second sliding surface 2 of the supporting ring 10 of a vertical shaft (not shown) slides on the partial surfaces 1 of a first sliding surface, which is formed by the elements 3 as a whole. The elements 3 are tiltably supported by the bolts 4 in a bearing ring which is not further provided.
Between the elements 3 there are spray pipes 5 and 6 with a scraper 7 which is arranged on springs 8 in a holder 9.
The support ring 10 slides with the sliding surface 2 on several partial surfaces 1, which are arranged on tiltable elements 3, of which only two are shown in the drawing.
The ends of the partial surfaces 1 facing the spray pipes 5 and 6 are beveled and form spaces in which oil flows through the spray pipes 5 and 6, which also does not flow via lines not shown the container shown, possibly after passing through an oil cooler.
Under the influence of the lubricating oil flowing through the sliding gaps and depending on the bearing load and direction of rotation, the elements 3 can be adjusted appropriately by tilting over the bolts 4 in order to form an angle between the two sliding surfaces 1 and 2, which results in the formation a wedge-shaped lubricant layer in each of the two directions of rotation.
With the direction of rotation indicated by a full arrow in the example, wedge-shaped lubrication gaps appear between sliding surfaces 1 and 2 during operation.
Lubricating oil constantly flows to these lubrication gaps through the spray pipes 5, of which only a small part reaches the sliding gap.
while the remaining part again flows laterally away from the space containing the spray tube 5. During the slider or surface 2 -over the partial surfaces 1 constantly flows Idas heated oil .an the rear side of the elements 3 from the sliding gaps, whereupon it mixes with the fresh oil flowing in the opposite direction from the spray pipes 6,
cooled and wind washed away from the space between .Abstreifer 7 and element 3.
The lubricating oil flowing out of the spray pipes 6 against the direction of rotation effects effective cooling of the elements 3 by mixing with the oil exiting the sliding gaps, which is only a small fraction of the volume of fresh oil.
In the direction of rotation corresponding to the dashed arrow, because of the symmetry of the elements 3, their support by the bolts 4 and the spray pipes 5 and 6, processes occur as with the rotation in the direction of the full arrow.
The arrangement according to the invention can be used in both directions of rotation and is particularly suitable for highly stressed bearings, such as; B. have large hydroelectric machines. The rapid changes in direction of rotation that often occur in such machines cannot impair the lubricating effect.
