Device for load-dependent, automatic operation and standstill control for drives The self-centering, footless slip-on gears, which are often used today to solve drive problems, are to avoid a rotational movement of the entire transmission unit caused by the reaction torque around the output shaft in the direction of rotation of this shaft through one from the transmission housing to the machine frame Men leading support or pulling arm connected, which absorbs the reaction torque or transmits it to the machine frame. The size of the reaction torque depends on the load on the drive.
To avoid the temporary overload of the drive system and the associated dangers, such as B. in the mastic asphalt motor cookers used in bituminous road construction and for the production of asphalt pavements at too low a temperature of the mixture of mineral and thermoplastic binder-n are given, as well as the automatic restart of the drive after the cessation of the overloading moments - z . B. after reaching the required mixing and cooking temperature - enable, are in practice many.
So-called clutches based on the principle of friction clutches are used, which depending drive or slip depending on the amount of torque introduced. As a result of the friction and the resulting heat development, these drive fuses have the disadvantage of very severe wear and tear, which often leads to rapid destruction of the clutch.
The invention avoids these disadvantages. The inventive device for load-dependent automatic operation and standstill control for drives when using a slip-on gearbox without foot between the drive motor and drive shaft with a support arm connected to the gear housing provides that the support arm is supported on a control element to be dependent on the load, the magnitude of the reaction torque to be transmitted to this control element which brings about the start-up and shutdown of the drive shaft.
The transmission of the control pulses caused by length or shape change, bending or twisting of the reac tion force absorbing element can be mechanical, electrical, pneumatic or hydraulic or in a combined way to the start and Standstandsvor direction of the drive motor or on this downstream clutch that can be engaged and disengaged he follows.
The force that results from the reaction torque and becomes effective in the support or pulling arm is expediently absorbed by a resilient element, its length or shape change, bending or twisting in the event of overload in the pulse generating for the shutdown and in the event of a decrease in the overload the normal load is the impulse for starting up the drive.
The device advantageously provides that the maximum limit of the absorption of force by the resilient element can be preset and regulated by its corresponding basic tuning and / or by setting a preload. A compression, tension, bending or torsion spring or a combined spring can serve as the resilient element. In addition to the usual spring materials, air or gas can also be seen as a resilient element.
Furthermore, in certain construction cases it can be advantageous to store the resilient element within a telescopic support or pull arm.
In the interests of simple and precise monitoring of operations, it is also advisable to expediently supplement the device according to the invention so that the size of the length or shape change, the bending or twisting of the spring element is reduced by known means Is transmitted to a display instrument that is calibrated so that the current load can be read and that this instrument is preferably coupled to a pressure register time recorder.
The last mentioned device is e.g. B. in the production of mastic asphalt of great importance. From the load diagram, d. h. From the load peaks, the timely addition of the individual mineral and binding agent components can be seen on the one hand, and the completion of the mastic asphalt can be seen after the addition of all components and after the load has dropped and the load has been restored to a constant value, with the size of the final load is to be regarded as a measure of its suppleness.
The figures show an exemplary embodiment of the invention, namely: FIG. 1 shows the outline of the drive of a mastic asphalt motor stove in a simplified form and FIG. 2 shows the elevation of the rear part of the drive with slip-on gear , Working shaft, support arm and the organs assigned to these parts.
According to the floor plan, the internal combustion engine 1 , which is equipped with an alternator or generator 2, controller 3, battery 4 and a starting device (not shown), drives via an ela Static coupling 5 the double bearing shaft 6. On shaft 6 there is a V-belt pulley connected to an insertable and disengageable magnetic coupling 8 arranged, the through, V-belt 9 in operative connection with the drive V-belt pulley 10 of the slip-on gear 11 < / B> stands.
The output shaft 12 going out from the gearbox 11 leads into the mastic asphalt boiler 13 and is provided with backward elements 14. A support arm 15 is connected to the gear housing 11 , which, as can be seen from the elevation, is connected to the one by the bolt 16 and that by the Bearings 17 and 18 fixed, pressure transmission rod 19 are connected in an articulated, displaceable manner.
The compression spring 20 closes around the rod 19, which rests with its lower support on bearing 18 and with its upper support on the thread nut 21 that enables the preload regulation. The adjusting ring 22, which limits the upward movement of the rod 19 , rests against the bearing 18 . The lower end of the rod 19 is in operative connection with the limit switch 23 , which is connected to the magnetic coupling 7 </ B> leading circuit is connected.
The upper end of the rod 19 controls the load indicator instrument 25 and / or the pressure registration time recorder 26.
The functional picture is summarized as follows: The reaction torque that becomes effective in the direction of rotation of the output shaft 12 is absorbed by the support arm 15 and by the bolt 16 via the pressure transmission rod 19 On the spring 20 counteracting the reaction pressure. When the maximum load limit is reached, the limit switch 23 is opened and the circuit 24 fed by the battery 4 is interrupted, which means that the magnetic coupling is disengaged > 7 and thus the shutdown of the drive is achieved. When the load - as it is e.g.
B. is the case with a mastic asphalt cooker after a greater suppleness of the mix associated with a further increase in temperature has been achieved - the pressure transmission rod 19 is moved upwards by the spring force 20 counteracting the reaction torque is pressed and thus the limit switch 23 and the circuit 24 connected to it are closed again, whereby the magnetic coupling 7 is engaged and the drive is restarted.
All load fluctuations are measured according to the movements of the pressure transmission rod 19 , determined by the reaction torque and the counteracting spring force, on the load display instrument 25 connected to it and / or transferred to the print register time recorder 26 .
