Auslö:seschalter be wirkt wird.
Arrangement for triggering switching operations with electronic control elements as switching fault protection The invention relates to an arrangement for triggering switching operations with electronic control elements as switching fault protection, in particular in the electronic control room control. A switching operation may only take place if it allows the position of the other switches.
If the switch positions or the switch position messages are designated with x11, x ", ..., The switching conditions can be written in the following form in the notation of the switching algebra: (x, l & xl. & ...) Vx2l & x22 & ...) V ... = F The switching action is permitted if F = L and not permitted if F = 0.
The invention is based on the object of electrically simulating the above condition with dormant control elements and only triggering switching operations if the result allows this.
The control of the circuit conditions is important, for example, in the control room control, since this incorrect switching can lead to significant operational disruptions. But also in other industrial switchgear systems, incorrect switching can give rise to such major disruptions that they must be avoided under all circumstances. The invention now shows a way that allows this.
In an arrangement for triggering switching operations with electronic control elements as switching fault protection, in particular in the control room control, this is achieved according to the invention by preselection switches for setting the switching operations, which are at the inputs of And-members and initiators, and on the output side to an or - links with anti-valued output are connected,
at the normal output of which there is a switch preselection relay which, by responding, prepares the triggering of the switching process, which is effected via the on / off switch.
In individual cases, it can also be useful that only the initiators and the normal output of the are routed to the AND elements for the optional triggering of switching processes via the preselection switch housed in a central control station and by directly pressing the switch itself connected to it OR element to an amplifier element to trigger a locking magnet for the movement of the switch itself and an AND element is performed,
the second input of the preselection switch and the output of the switch preselection relay. The arrangement can advantageously be designed in such a way that a switch-on contact that is common to all switches and a switch-off contact common to all switches is provided for optionally switching the pre-selected switches on or off, and by actuating them via the switch pre-selection relay either the on - or the switch-off relay picks up. Often it will be appropriate to indicate the admissibility or
Carrying out an intended switching action, a signal lamp is assigned to each preselection switch, which is connected to the output of an OR element on which the outputs of two AND elements act, both of which have an input on a contact of the preselection switch and of one with its second input via a contact closed when the preselection relay is addressed to the normal output of the OR element upstream of the preselection relay and the other with its second input via a contact closed when the preselection relay is not addressed to the antivalen
th output of this OR element is performed and a third input is connected to a voltage giving a blinking signal. The further training of this arrangement can be done in such a way that the switch-on contact and the switch-off contact signal lamps are assigned, which are led to the contacts of all preselection switches that are on the initiators when the preselection switch is closed, which belong to the switches corresponding to the preselection switch and emit a voltage when the switch is open or closed.
With reference to the drawing Ausführungsbei games of the invention are explained. In Fig. 1, the control of a high-voltage switchgear is shown. In the upper part of this Fig. 1, the high-voltage branch 1 is shown, the remote control will be explained. The high-voltage switchgear consists of three busbar isolators 2, 3, 4, a circuit breaker 5, a cable isolator 6, a bypass isolator 7 and an earthing isolator B.
From the signaling switches of these high-voltage branches, auxiliary lines lead to a group 10 of initiators for the switch position message of the high-voltage branch.
Since it is well known that the high-voltage busbars - disconnectors of high-voltage branches can be switched on and off even when the circuit breaker is switched on, if the associated coupling switch circuit is closed, the positions of the disconnectors and circuit breakers of this coupling switch circuit 9 are transferred to group 22 reported by initiators. The control units mounted within a control desk 12 are shown on the left in the circuit diagram.
They essentially consist of the preselection switches 52, 53 with the signal lamps 54, 55 built into the keys. The actuating lines 15 and 16 emanating from these preselection switches lead via switching error protection and switching error notification elements to the switch preselection re- lais 18, 19, whose working contacts the on and off switching relays 56, 57 and 58, 59 of the respective preselected high-voltage power switch 2 or 3 vorprei th. For the other switches of branch 1, appropriate links are to be provided.
The noise protection and switching error notice consists of a large number of logical switching elements, which are divided into four groups. The group marked 20 is required in connection with the signal lamp built into the preselection button. The group 10 has the task of passing on the switch positions of the disconnectors and power switches of the high-voltage branch 1 to the switching fault protection and switching fault notification elements.
The group 21 consists of AND members that have to determine whether the unlocking conditions for the approval of remote switching of the high-voltage switch in question are met. There are five such AND members housed in the group 21, the inputs of which groups 10 and 22 are dependent in a certain way on the initiators.
The five AND elements of group 21 determine in which cases remote control of the high-voltage switch is permitted. The combination of the lines leading into the AND elements corresponds to a list of switch position dependencies that can be switched. In the same way as it is described for the high-voltage disconnector 2, the switch preselection buttons and their signal lamps for the other high-voltage switches are also associated with other groups of logic switching elements.
In the lower left part of Fig. 1, the common for the entire high-voltage branch A switch button 25 and switch-off button 26 are arranged.
These on and off buttons are Signallam pen 60 and 61 assigned, which indicate whether the pre-selected switch is on or off. The connecting lines 27 emanating from the on and off buttons lead via the relay arrangement 62 to an auxiliary rail 28. The control circuits for actuating the on and off coils of all high-voltage switches of the high-voltage branch under consideration are connected to this auxiliary rail via the switch preselection relays 18, 19 on closed.
The control of a high-voltage switch, for example the high-voltage disconnector 2, takes place in the following way: The switchman presses the switch preselection button 52. If the switches of his own high-voltage branch 1 and the switches of the coupling switch circuit 9 are switched in this way are that the intended remote control of the high-voltage disconnector 2 does not lead to a switching error, one of the five lines that originate from the AND element group 21 becomes conductive with the result that the OR element 35 has a voltage gives.
The consequence of this is that, first of all, the signal lamp 54 in the switch preselection button 52 is brought to light up quietly via the line 32 and that the preselection relay 18 is also actuated via the line 33. Then its contacts are closed and the separator 2 is switched on or off, depending on whether it is in the on or off position and whether the power button 25 or the off button 26 was pressed on the control desk.
The connecting lines just explained to the signal lamp 54 in the switch preselection button 52 lead via the contact 36. This ensures that the signal lamp 54 in the switch preselection button 52 only lights up when the intended switching operation is permitted when the preselection relay 18 has responded. The line 34, which is connected to the antivalent output of the OR element 35 and which would cause the signal lamp 54 to flash if the switching operation were not permitted, is also routed via a contact 37 of the preselection relay 18.
In this case, the lamp can only flash if the preselection relay is in standby. In the example, the switching fault protection for the isolating switch 3 is designed so that it remains effective even when the switch is actuated on site.
The five AND elements of group 23 decide on the admissibility or inadmissibility of the switching action not only after the switch preselection button 53 has been actuated, but the decision is made continuously via the OR element 35 and the line 38, an AND if the switching action is admissible. Element 39 and an amplifier element 40 are supplied. The amplifier actuates the blocking magnet of the high-voltage switch, which releases the switch for on-site switching operations.
When operated remotely, the preselection switch 53 is depressed. As a result, the second input of the AND element 39 is connected to voltage via the line 41 and thus the output 42 is live. The switch preselection relay 19 picks up, and the separator 3 can be switched on or off from the control room. At the same time the signal lamp 54 is brought to light up on the contact 36 of the switch preselection relay 19 and a contact of the preselection switch 53.
If the intended switching operation is inadmissible, the line 43, which is connected to the antivalent output of the OR element 35, is always live and supplies the AND element 44, whose second input is always connected to a blinking voltage.
The output of the AND element 44 is live in the rhythm of the flashing frequency and lets the signal lamp 55 flash via the contact 37a of the preselection relay 19 and the preselection switch 53.
This circuit does not yet contain any safety measures against incorrect switching in the event of operating faults in the logic switching elements.
This can also be achieved through the further development of the invention. For this purpose, the arrangement is designed in such a way that a second system of logical switching elements is provided to prevent incorrect switching in the event of faults in the logic switching elements, which supplies an output variable that is complementary to the output variable of the first system, including both output variables their antivalence are checked and the preselection relay only responds if they are present.
If the first system fulfills the condition (xll & xl2 & ...) V (x21 & x22 & ...) V ... = F1 where x11, x12 are the switch position messages in the form of binary signals at the switch position outputs -Initiators are available, switching is permitted if F:, = L. The complementary switch creation messages x11, X12 ....
fed. This second system is then designed to simulate the equation. (x, 11 Vxl2V ...) & (x21Vx22V ...) ... = FZ By applying de Morgan's theorem one finds: Ff! = F1 This equation means that the output of the system 1 carries a signal that is always complementary to the signal of the output of the system 2.
. This non-equivalence is checked with further elements which simulate the non-equivalence condition (F, V FZ) & (FL & FZ) = R. The intended circuit can only be carried out if this condition is met.
In order to check this condition, the arrangement can be carried out in such a way that the first system consists of as many AND elements as there are possibilities for the existence of switching conditions, the inputs of which are connected to those initiators on which corresponding ones exist Switching conditions voltages occur and their outputs are led to an OR element, and that the second system consists of as many OR elements as there are possibilities for the existence of switching conditions that exist with their inputs at the complementary outputs of the initiators mentioned and are connected to an AND element with their outputs and that the preselection switch,
the normal output of the output Orgfedes of the first system and the antivalent output of the output AND element of the second system are led to the inputs of an AND element at whose output the preselection relay is located.
The actual check of the non-equivalence conditions takes place in that the normal output of the output OR element of the first system and the normal output of the output AND element of the second system are fed to the inputs of an OR element and an AND element, and the normal output of the OR element Element and the complementary output of the AND element are connected to an AND element whose output is connected to an error indicator lamp and an input of the AND element acting on the output side of the preselection relay.
In Fig. 2, an embodiment of this further training of the invention is shown. For the sake of simplicity, the complete circuit diagram of FIG. 1 is not repeated. Rather, only the switching elements have been symbolically pulled out, which must be supplemented accordingly. It is assumed that the further development of the invention is used for switching the disconnector 3. This circuit calls for the preselection switch 53 to be operated.
It is connected to one input of the AND element 70, the other input of which is connected to the anti-glare output of the test button 71. The output of the AND element 70 is at an input of the AND element 39. As in the embodiment according to FIG. 1, the switches, whose switch positions must be observed when executing a new circuit, act via initiators on the group 23 of AND -Gembers, the outputs of which are led to the OR element 35, which is connected on the output side to an input of the AND element 39.
In addition, these initiators are now with their complementary outputs on the group 73 of OR elements, which are led on the output side to the AND element 75, which is also connected to an input of the AND element 39 with its antivalent output. The outputs of the OR element 35 and the AND element 75 also lead to the inputs of the OR element 72 and the AND element 74.
The OR element 72 has its normal output and the AND element 74 with its complementary output leads to the AND element 76, the output of which is connected to an input of the AND element 39 and to the error indicator lamp 77.
By pressing the preselection switch 53, the preselection relay 19 is made to respond via the AND elements 70 and 39, if the switching conditions are also met at the same time. This is the case when 39 voltages are present at all inputs of the AND element.
After the preselection relay 39 has responded, the permissibility of the switch operation is reported by the signal lamp 55. By pressing the button 25 for the switch actuation, the actuation signal is switched through via a contact of the preselection relay 19 and the voltage for the actuating coil of the high-voltage switch is switched on via amplifier or other relay contacts. The function of the AND element 39 can be checked with the aid of the test button 71 and the AND element 70. If the preselection switch 53 is pressed, the signal lamp 55 must light up.
If the test button 71 is then actuated, the AND condition of the AND element 39 is no longer met and the signal lamp 55 goes out.
The switch position messages x11, x12 ... are expediently derived from the on position of the high-voltage switch, the position messages xlh x12 ...
on their off position. The non-equivalence is then also disturbed when the high-voltage switch changes from one position to the other and with the aid of the error indicator lamp 77 it can be checked whether the switch has reached the commanded end position.
