Fig. 2 ist ein Schnitt nach Linie II-II der Fig. 1.
Loading device for transporting workpieces to a processing station The present invention relates to a loading device for transporting workpieces to a processing station, which device has a vibratory straightening conveyor whose outlet channel opens out at a removal device.
Known loading devices of this type have the disadvantage that the workpieces are exposed to the vibration movements of the outlet channel when they transition from the outlet channel to the removal device. In addition, the removal device is not entirely unaffected by the vibration movements of the outlet channel, so that faults can also occur in the removal device during the further transport of the workpiece.
By the inventive Beschickungsvor direction, the above-mentioned disadvantages are ben beho. It is characterized by holding means for interrupting the vibration of the outlet channel when a workpiece passes from the outlet channel to the removal device.
In a particular embodiment, the mouth of the outlet channel is during the sen vibratory movement in front of a stop that prevents the workpieces located in the outlet channel from exiting, while the shutdown outlet channel is held by the holding means at a level where the outlet channel bottom with a The removal surface of the removal device is flush. In this embodiment, no workpiece can unintentionally get out of this into the removal device during the vibration of the outlet channel.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, insofar as this is necessary for understanding the invention.
Fig. 1 is a plan view of the loading device, partially in section. FIG. 2 is a section along line II-II of FIG. 1. FIG. 3 shows, in a section along line III-III of FIG. 1, the hold-down spring of the slide of the removal device in the raised state. FIG. 4 is a section of FIG. 1 with the slide of the removal device in a different position than in FIG. 1.
FIG. 5 is a section corresponding to FIG. 3 with the hold-down spring in the working position.
The vibratory straightening conveyor has a drum 1 which is electromagnetically vibrated in a manner not shown. A ramp, not shown, runs along the inner shell of the drum 1 in a helical manner, on which the workpieces supplied to the drum 1 rise as a result of the vibration of the drum and enter the outlet channel 40 of the magazine 2 at the upper end of the drum. The magazine 2, which is either fixedly or flexibly mounted on the drum 1, takes part in the vibrations of the drum 1. The straightening conveyor described so far is known and therefore no longer needs a rude description.
It could also be replaced by another type of vibratory straightening conveyor in the present loading device. At the drum-side end of the magazine 2 interest, a block 3 is provided which contains a line 5 leading to a blower nozzle 4 for compressed air or for another pressure medium. The foremost workpiece 6 of the outlet channel 40 is blown into the removal device in the manner described below by the air jet emerging from the blow nozzle 4. A spring 9 supported on a thickening 7 of the magazine 2 and on a bracket 8 fastened to the frame 14 by means of screws 42 pushes the magazine 2 onto a piston 10 which, for. B.
can be actuated by compressed air. In a conical Boh tion 11 of the thickening 7 of the magazine 2 protrudes the tip of an adjustable stop screw 12. In Fig. 2, the piston 10 is in its lower position and the game shown in Fig. 2 between the wall of the bore 11 and the tip the stop screw 12 is sufficient to enable the vibratory movement of the magazine 2.
In front of the mouth 13 of the outlet channel 40, a plate 15 is fixed immovably on the frame 14 of the device by means of screws 16. A lying in front of the mouth 13 opening 17 of the plate 15 is used to connect the outlet channel 40 with a removal channel 18 of the plate 15. This removal channel 18 is perpendicular to the outlet channel 40 and leads in front of a transport member in the form of a turntable 19, the z. B. can be designed the same as in Swiss Patent No. 370 620 and the supply of the workpieces brought from the removal device to the turntable 19 to a Bear processing point. The transport element can also be designed differently than in the patent mentioned or could be replaced directly by a processing point.
In the mutual position of the parts 2 and 15 shown in FIG. 2, the bottom 20 of the channel 40 is below the level of the bottom 21 of the removal channel 18. The side surface 22 of the plate 15 thus serves the front workpiece 6 when the magazine 2 vibrates of the channel 40 as a stop, so that it cannot enter the removal channel 18 during the vibration of the magazine 2. Unwanted loading of the removal channel 18 during the vibration of the magazine 2 is therefore excluded. In the removal channel 18 of the removal device, a slide 23 is mounted movable Lich back and forth. The drive means for the slide are not shown in the drawing.
At its front end it has a V-shaped notch 24 for centering the workpiece to be pushed by it in the removal channel 18 to the turntable 19. A leaf spring 25 is attached to the slide 23 in a manner not shown, the tongue 26 of which protrudes beyond the front end of the slide 23. This leaf spring 25 serves in the manner described below as a hold-down spring for the workpieces moved by the slide 23 in the removal channel 18. A clamp 27 fastened to the spring 25 and protruding laterally carries an adjustable feeler screw 28 which works together with a control surface 29 of the plate 15 in the manner described below to alternately raise and lower the spring tongue 26.
The opening 17 of the plate 15 forms the beginning of a straight guide 30 provided in the plate 15, the longitudinal axis of which coincides with the longitudinal axis of the outlet channel 40 and is thus perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the removal channel 18. In the straight guide 30 a loaded by a spring 31 catch gate 32 is arranged movable back and forth. This gate 32 forms at its end facing the Mün extension 13 a fishing fork 33 for guiding the foremost workpiece blown by the air jet of the nozzle 4 from the outlet channel 40 into the removal channel 18. This link 32 has on its underside two spaced apart pins 34 which protrude into a recess 35 of the plate 15.
The pin 34 facing the fork 33 serves, in cooperation with the wall 36 of the recess 35, as a stop to limit the movement of the cushions 32 in the direction of the mouth 13. A lever 37 engages between the two pins 34 and pivots by means of the axis 38. bar is mounted on the plate 15 and lies in the recess 35 of this plate. The lever 37 has a contact surface 39 which cooperates in the manner described below with the front end of the slide 23 to control the catch gate 32.
The movement of the piston 10, the generation of the air flow from the nozzle 4 and the movement of the slide 23 and thus that of the backdrop 32 can be in the correct time sequence and in coordination with the movement of the turntable 19 by known means, not shown, such . B. a pressure oil or compressed air control, automatically ge controls.
The loading device shown and described works as follows: In the position of the parts of the loading device shown in Fig. 1 to 3, the magazine 2 vibrates with the drum 1. The workpieces in the outlet channel 40 are held back by the stop surface 22 of the plate 15. The catch fork 33 of the link 32 is located in the removal channel immediately in front of the passage opening 17. The slide 23 is in its outermost starting position, facing away from the turntable 19. The hold-down spring 25 is in the raised position (Fig. 3). A workpiece is now to be brought from the outlet channel 40 into the shallow depression 41 of the turntable 19.
For this purpose, the above-indicated automatic control of the loading device first lifts the piston 10 from its position according to FIG. 2 against the action of the spring 9, whereby the wall of the conical bore 11 is pressed against the tip of the stop screw 12. As a result, the magazine 2 is clamped, so that it can no longer vibrate despite further vibration of the drum 1. At the same time, with this clamping of the magazine 2, the bottom 20 of the outlet channel 40 is brought to the level of the bottom 21 of the removal channel 18.
Now, by the automatic control, an air jet is sent through the nozzle 4, which moves the work pieces located in its area in the outlet channel 40 to the front (to the left in FIGS. 1 and 2). The foremost workpiece 6 reaches the catch fork 33 and at the same time prevents the following workpiece from crossing into the removal channel 18. In the meantime, the movement of the slide 23 in the direction of the catch fork 33 has also begun. After some time, the slide 23 hits the contact surface 39 of the lever 37 and pivots it clockwise (FIG. 1).
The lever 37 takes the catch gate 32 with it by striking the pin 34 in front of it under the loading of the spring 31, and the catch fork 33 begins to move out of the area of the removal channel 18. As soon as the fishing fork 33 has completely left the removal channel 18, the catch 24 of the slide 23 rests on the workpiece and pushes it to the turntable 19. During the forward movement of the slide 23, the sensor screw 28 runs on the sloping control surface 29, so that the Hold-down spring 25 lowers and the spring tongue 26, after exiting the Fangga bel 23 from the channel 18, places itself on the workpiece located in the removal channel 18, so that the workpiece is pressed against the bottom 21 of the removal channel 18 by the spring tongue 26.
Since the side edge 43 of the slide 23 reaches the area of the opening 17 before the workpiece to be moved by the slide 23 has left this area, the workpieces lying in the outlet channel 40 are prevented from entering the removal channel 18 by this side edge 43. Fig. 4 shows the moment of the forward movement of the slide 23 with the held down by the spring 25 workpiece 6, where the latter leaves the removal channel 18 and the level of the turntable 19 with the Bo the 21 of the channel 18 is at the same level.
Soon thereafter, the slide 23 brings the workpiece to the recess 41 Ver of the table 19, and the spring tongue 26 pushes this workpiece into the recess 41. Now the slide 23 moves back with the retaining spring 25 never. Before its side edge 23 leaves the area of the opening 17, the piston 10 is controlled downwards so that the magazine 2 can vibrate again and the level of the bottom 20 of the outlet channel 40 comes to lie below the level of the bottom 21 of the channel 18, so that in turn the side surface 22 of the plate 15 acts as a stop and prevents the exit of workpieces from the channel 40, which is now vibrating again. The spring 9 ensures that when the magazine 2 vibrates, the bottom 20 of the channel 40 always remains below the level of the bottom 21 of the channel 18.
During the backward movement of the slide 23, the lever 37 follows the slide 23 counterclockwise under the action of the spring 31, and thus the link 32 pushes itself into the removal channel 18 until the front pin 34 hits the wall 36. Now are Again, all parts of the loading device in the starting position according to FIGS. 1-3, and the cycle described can begin again after the recess 44 has been brought in front of the exit of the removal channel 18 by rotating the Ti cal 19.
