Heft für Feilen Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Heft für Feilen, welches aus elastischem Material, z. B. Kunststoff oder Gummi, hergestellt ist.
Die bekannten Hefte dieser Art hatten den Nach teil, dass sie gegenüber der Achse der eingespannten Feile nicht schwenkbar waren. Musste der Arbeiter aus irgendwelchen Gründen die Handfläche zur Fei lenachse geneigt halten, so lag das Heft auf einem sehr kleinen Teil der Handfläche auf, was bei länger dauernder Arbeit mit Blasen- und Schwielenbildung verbunden war.
Die Erfindung setzt sich zum Ziel, die angeführ ten Nachteile zu beseitigen und ein Heft für Feilen zu schaffen, das auch dann eine gute Handauflage er möglicht, wenn die Feilenachse gegenüber der Hand fläche geneigt ist. Das erfindungsgemässe Heft zeich net sich vor allem dadurch aus, dass es aus einem hülsenartigen Einspannteil für die Feilenangel und einer zu diesem koaxialen Griffhülse besteht, welche beiden Teile durch einen oder mehrere Hohlräume voneinander getrennt sind.
Dadurch ist es möglich, schon bei einem verhältnismässig geringen Druck der Hand die Achse der Griffhülse gegenüber jener der Feilenangel zu verschwenken.
In der nachfolgenden Beschreibung sowie der Zeichnung sind mehrere Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung beschrieben bzw. wiedergegeben. Fig. 1 zeigt eine erste, einteilige Ausführungsform im Axial schnitt. In den Fig. 2 bis 4 sind drei weitere Ausfüh rungsformen von Heften gleichfalls im Axialschnitt wiedergegeben.
Das Feilenheft gemäss Fig. 1 besitzt einen hülsen artigen Einspannteil 2 für die Feilenangel und eine zum Einspannteil koaxiale Griffhülse 1. Einspannteil 2 und Griffhülse 1 sind durch in der Achsrichtung verlaufende Rippen 3 miteinander verbunden. Der Einspannteil 2 besitzt eine Bohrung 4, welche mit ringartigen Ausnehmungen 5 versehen ist. Diese haben den Zweck, eine zuverlässige Einspannung der Werk zeugangel herbeizuführen.
Das Ende der Bohrung 4 des Einspannteiles 2 ist durch eine Abdeckkappe 6 verschlossen. Wie bereits ausgeführt, sind Einspann teil 2 und Griffhülse 1 aus einem Stück hergestellt, was herstellungsmässig Vorteile mit sich bringt.
Das Ausführungsbeispiel gemäss Fig.2 unter scheidet sich von dem gemäss Fig. 1 dadurch, dass Griffhülse 1 und Einspannteil 2 aus zwei voneinander getrennten Teilen bestehen. Die Griffhülse 1 ist mit axialen Rippen 3 versehen, welche einen Absatz auf weisen. Der Einspannteil 2 für die Werkzeugangel 7 besitzt am oberen und unteren Ende je einen Bund 9, welcher mit den Rippen 3 entsprechenden Nuten ver sehen ist.
Zur Verbesserung des Haftungsvermögens zwischen Werkzeugangel 7 und Einspannteil 2 ist letzterer mit einer mit Stufen 5 versehenen Bohrung ausgestattet. Ausserdem besitzt die Werkzeugangel 7 eine Ringnut 8, in welche ein in der Bohrung des Einspannteiles 2 angeordneter Wulst einrastet.
Beim Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 3 besteht der Einspannteil für die Werkzeugangel aus zwei Hälften 2' und 2". Diese beiden Hälften 2' und 2" sind mit scheibenartigen Vorsprüngen 11 versehen, welche sich gegen die Innenwand der Griffhülse 1 legen. Am unteren Ende werden die beiden Griffhülsen 2' und 2" durch Rippen 3 gegen Verschiebung gesichert, wo gegen an ihrem oberen Ende zu diesem Zweck die Griffhülse 1 mit einer Einschnürung 10 versehen ist.
Beim Heft gemäss Fig. 4 sind Einspannteil 2 und Griffhülse 1 nach Art einer Stulpe miteinander ver bunden, wobei zwischen den beiden Teilen Rippen 3 angeordnet sind. Mit 14 ist die Feile bezeichnet, die die Angel 7 trägt. Um ein Eindringen von Schmutz in den Hohlraum des Heftes zu verhindern, ist die Griff- hülse 1 an ihrem offenen Ende durch eine Kappe 12 abgeschlossen, welche mit einem Wulst 13 in einer im Inneren der Griffhülse 1 vorgesehenen Nut ein rastet.

The booklet according to the invention is characterized above all by the fact that it consists of a sleeve-like clamping part for the file tang and a handle sleeve coaxial with it, which two parts are separated from one another by one or more cavities.
This makes it possible to pivot the axis of the grip sleeve with respect to that of the file tang even with a relatively low pressure of the hand.
Several exemplary embodiments of the invention are described or reproduced in the following description and the drawing. Fig. 1 shows a first, one-piece embodiment in axial section. In Figs. 2 to 4 three more Ausfüh approximately forms of booklets are also shown in axial section.
The file handle according to FIG. 1 has a sleeve-like clamping part 2 for the file tang and a grip sleeve 1 coaxial with the clamping part. Clamping part 2 and grip sleeve 1 are connected to one another by ribs 3 extending in the axial direction. The clamping part 2 has a bore 4 which is provided with ring-like recesses 5. The purpose of these is to bring about reliable clamping of the tool rod.
The end of the bore 4 of the clamping part 2 is closed by a cover cap 6. As already stated, clamping part 2 and grip sleeve 1 are made from one piece, which brings advantages in terms of production.
The embodiment according to FIG. 2 differs from that according to FIG. 1 in that the grip sleeve 1 and the clamping part 2 consist of two separate parts. The grip sleeve 1 is provided with axial ribs 3, which have a shoulder. The clamping part 2 for the tool tang 7 has at the top and bottom each a collar 9, which is seen ver with the ribs 3 corresponding grooves.
To improve the adhesion between the tool tang 7 and the clamping part 2, the latter is equipped with a bore provided with steps 5. In addition, the tool tang 7 has an annular groove 8 in which a bead arranged in the bore of the clamping part 2 engages.
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 3, the clamping part for the tool tang consists of two halves 2 'and 2 ". These two halves 2' and 2" are provided with disk-like projections 11 which rest against the inner wall of the grip sleeve 1. At the lower end, the two grip sleeves 2 'and 2 "are secured against displacement by ribs 3, whereas the grip sleeve 1 is provided with a constriction 10 at its upper end for this purpose.
In the booklet according to FIG. 4, the clamping part 2 and the grip sleeve 1 are connected to one another in the manner of a cuff, with ribs 3 being arranged between the two parts. The file that carries the tang 7 is designated by 14. In order to prevent dirt from penetrating into the hollow space of the booklet, the grip sleeve 1 is closed at its open end by a cap 12 which, with a bead 13, engages in a groove provided in the interior of the grip sleeve 1.
