Hand blender The present invention relates to a hand mixer with a portable, designed as a handle th motor housing made of insulating material and a drive shaft protruding from the motor housing, coupled to the motor shaft, on the outer end of which a tool intended for processing liquid food is removably arranged, as well as an electrical switch that is used to start the mixer.
The hand blender according to the invention differs from known designs in that the tool has a disk to which a bushing having a resilient tongue is attached, the disk having curved wings that are perpendicular to the disk plane and bent out of this plane exert pressure as well as suction on the food, further characterized in that the coupling between the motor and drive shaft has a synthetic resin existing, bores for receiving the shaft ends possessing pin, which is enclosed by a steel sleeve, the sleeve and the pin swallow - are connected with each other like tails, finally characterized by
that the electrical switch is a two-stage push-button switch which, after switching on each stage, switches off against the spring action when the push-button is released due to the spring action.
The accompanying drawing illustrates an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention. It shows: Fig. 1 a longitudinal section of the device.
Figs. 2-5 show the tool in various views and a section.
The hand blender shown has a motor housing made of insulating material and designed as a handle with the cylindrical handle part 1, the head piece 2 and the shaft protective sleeve carrier 3. The motor "built into the housing 1-3" is designated with 4. This motor 4 is by means of the screws 6, which engage in the motor flange 5, are screwed to the bottom l1 'of the handle part 1. Between the housing parts 1, 2, 3 held together by screws (not shown) are rubber seals 7 and B. The housing 9 of the push-button switch with which the device is equipped, is screwed onto the engine cover 4x using the 9x screws.
The switch button 11 acting on the switch button 10 is guided in a recess in the housing head piece 2, into which a sealing bellows 15 made of rubber and a locking ring 15a are installed. The switch button 10 acts on the switch lever 12 articulated in the switch housing, which is under the action of the spring 12x resting on the bottom of the switch housing. The power supply cable 17 connected to the contact steps 13, 14 passes through a stuffing sleeve 16 inserted in part 2.
Contact 13 is connected to a tap of the motor winding, while contact 14 is connected to the total winding. As can be seen from the drawing, the switch button 10 is moved to turn on the switch by means of the switch button 11, the switch lever 12 being moved against the action of the spring 12x. In each of the contact stages 13, 14, when the switch button 11 is released, the switch lever 12 is pivoted to the left as a result of the action of the spring 12x and the motor is switched off.
For coupling the shaft of the motor 4 with the protruding from the housing part 3, surrounded by a guide tube 22 drive shaft 21 for the tool 32, the injection-molded coupling 18, 19 is used. Here, 18 is a plastic, for. B. nylon, existing pin which is surrounded by a steel sleeve 19 bevelled at the edges. As the drawing shows, the parts 18, 19 are connected to one another in the manner of a dovetail. This connection prevents the parts from becoming detached. The pin 18 has square holes in which the square ends 20 of the motor and drive shaft engage.
On the left-hand thread end of the guide tube 22, the protective disk 23 is screwed, which is provided with only 90 distanzier th, parallel to the shaft axis running feet 24, which serve as protection of the tool 32. The end of the drive shaft 21 is supported in a ball bearing 26 built into a collar 23x of the protective disk 23, which is built between two Seeger rings 27 attached to the shaft 21 and is also held by the expanding ring 28. In order to protect the ball bearing 26 against the ingress of the liquid food which is processed by the tool 32, a seal 29, 30 is inserted into the collar 23Y.
The tool 32 is pushed onto the end of the drive shaft 21 protruding from the seal 29, 30. The tool is formed by a stirring disk 32, which has two plane perpendicular to the disks bent, curved stirring blades 33, which are arranged symmetrically to the disk diameter D and are bent towards opposite Scheibensei th. One end 33 'of the bending edge of the wing lying on the disk lies on the circular circumference and the other end 33 "within the same on the diameter D (Fig. 3).
Of course, more than two wings could also be provided. The disk 32 has a central bore into which a guide sleeve 34 riveted to the disk 32 is inserted. This sleeve 34 be seated, as can be seen by name from FIG. 5, two axial slots and a transverse slot, whereby a resilient tongue 36 is formed which - as shown in FIG. 4 - is bent inward and which is on the shaft 21 pushed disk 32 presses against the shaft 21. A bayonet lock is used to prevent axial displacement of the agitator disk 32
formed by a groove 35 attached to the sleeve 34 and a pin 31 penetrating the shaft 21. This closure allows the disc 32 to be placed on and removed just as easily. When the mixer described is used, the end on the right in FIG. 1 dips into the processing liquid food. The curvature of the blades 33 can be seen from Fig.3, when rotating the agitator disk 32 with the motor 4 switched on, a pressure through the outside and suction through the inside can be exerted on the food, which is achieved by thorough mixing.
The two-stage push-button switch has the advantage over the previously used single-stage switch that the device can be used with two speeds, whereby the type of food and its preparation determine the number of revolutions to be selected.
